    On June 22, 2025 I placed an order for a product from this website. On June 30, 2025 I received the product at my home. When I opened the packaging there was a strong and pungent smell of wet dog as if the item was contaminated or had already been used. I immediately contacted their support team as instructed for any issues. They initially asked for photos which I supplied although I explained the issue was with the smell more than something visual. Initially they offered me a 20% refund if I would keep the item. I said no I have no interest in a faulty item and would like my money refunded. They then offered me a 40% refund if I again would keep the item. I refused. The last offer was for 60% and it was noted that the shipping costs were very costly so this would save me money. However, their policy states that the customer is responsible for return shipping unless an “issue of quality” which this was. Therefore per their own listed policy I am entitled to send back the item and receive a full refund including return shipping costs.

    I ordered a dog bed. My email confirmation said it would be delivered in 1-3 business days. On the 4th day I sent an email asking for an ETA. The next day I received an automated response saying they would respond within 72 hours. I had to email them again and they replied back that my delivery would be some time next month (July). I replied back that is too late and too vague. I asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I received no reply. That was on June 26. I replied again the next day asking for the order to be cancel and a refund. Emailed again on June 30th. On July 1 they emailed back stating they would give me a 10% refund as my order was delayed. I replied I wanted to cancel and a full refund. On July 2 they emailed back stating they would give a 20% refund.

    On 6/13/25, I was charged $147.98 from FUNNYFUZZY for order #*********. I was told my order would ship in it's entirety within 3-5 business days. Not only did my order not ship within that time frame, but I only received ONE of the 4 items that I have ordered (though they claimed I received 2), the item I received was NOT as described and there is no longer any pending shipping information for the remainder of the order. I would like AT MINIMUM a refund on the items I did not receive which equals $49.35. I would also strongly recommend you consider halting doing business with this company.

    I placed an order on June the 9th and received an email saying that the order was on its way on June the 10th. I paid extra for express shipping which was advertised to take 3-7 business days. I emailed them on June the 19th and their response was that "sometimes it likes to take a scenic route" and that it would take 5-12 business days instead of the 3-7 advertised on the website. I emailed them again on June the 24th and the email was returned because the account is inactive.

    I ordered a product from this company weeks ago, have not gotten any information about if/when it will come. I have reached out to their only customer service contact over 10 times over this time period with no response. I am starting to believe I was scammed.

    I placed an order for a pet "couch" on 4/4/25. Cost $130.23.

    On 4/18/25, I contacted them about the status of my order. Their response was they forwarded my information to the "relevant team" and they were waiting for their response.

    They responded on 4/20/25 stating there were "inevitable delays in shipments due to the impact of the US tariff policies and were making corresponding adjustments" and would be making arrangements for shipment.

    I have sent 2 more emails, (6/24/25) asking for order to be cancelled and a refund and still no response.

    I saw online that they may have closed???

    I ordered an item with an order number ********* on May 23, 2025. It has not arrived. I received many emails from this company. One of them instructing me to download their app so that I could track my order. I downloaded their app app, but each time I tried creating a log-in and password for the app, I am told that they do not have my email address on file and there is no such order. The order amount was 59.49. How could they send me that email thanking me for my order, and send me a bunch of promotional emails if they do not recognize my email and my order. The amount was deducted from my bank account very soon after I placed the order on-line. I have tried emailing them using their customer support email, but there has been no reply.

    On April 18, nearly two months ago, I ordered a sofa mat and one for the loveseat from Funny Fuzzy from an online ad. The order # is *********. My credit card was subsequently charged $80.49. When my order didn’t come and I didn’t receive an email confirmation of the order, I found a customer service email and emailed. I was told that due to difficulties created by changes to tariff law, they were having trouble filling my order. They offered 10% back upon shipment for my troubles. I emailed back and said please issue the credit of 10% immediately since rather than charging my card upon shipment as they should have, they charged me immediately. No response. I emailed again on 6/10 and asked for the goods or a FULL refund by June 17, 2025, or I would contact the BBB. No response.

    After letting them know i filed a complaint they delivered after 1 1/2 months. So i did get merchandise but would not recommend this company to anyone. They had to be reported to get a response.

    I purchased 3 dog beds over a month ago. They never shipped the other two. I have sent at least 100 emails. They refuse to reply. 3 times they have sent the exact copy’n’paste email asking for more information so they can help me. Then I reply, and they never reply past that. I have begged them to refund my $100. They will not refund or ship my items.
