    Order confirmed on 7/10/2025, but never received tracking. Customer service apologizes but cannot provide ETA. Has stopped responding to email inquiries. Called my bank to dispute charge

    I have contacted this company 4 times. It has been a month since I ordered my merchandise. They already have their money, but I don't have the product. I am calling my bank. I believe I have been scammed.

    Order simply never came in. No phone #, customer service email was just their basic email address. I emailed 2x, no response. So I called my CC Co. right away and got a refund.

    I ordered one product and was then charged for my whole cart(several items) to the tune of a 1187$. Have called my credit card company and they are filing a dispute but I can NOT afford this.!!!!!!!!!

    OMG!!!
    I DIDNT EVEN THINK I NEEDED TO CK TO SEE OF THIS WAS A BAD BUSINESS. IM 71 YRS OLD LIVING ON MY S.SECURITY N SAVED TO BY MY POT BELLY PIG ***** A NEW BED N NO MATTER HOW HARD IVE TRIED I CUDNT GET A SINGLE REPLY OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT. AND NOW OF COURSE I LOOK. SO ONCE AGAIN IVE THROWN OUT MONEY I REALLY CUDNT AFFORD TO. NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? I GUESS IM JUST SCREWED N NO $$ FOR ***** A LARGER BED NOW. AND I THOT I WAS SO SMART SHOPPING HERE N NOT GETTING FR *******. DO I HAVE ANY RECOURSE? ANY WAY TO STOP $$ N RETRIEVE MY $130. ?????????PLEASE HELP ME.

    The beds were of poor quality for the expensive price I paid. When inquiring to return their product, they offered me 20% off if I kept the beds. When asking for a return address, they sent me a zip code only and said when I found out the return cost ( which I am required to pay), they would send the address. The cost of return is as much as the beds. They have no real contact number and stall the process with their 24 to 48 hour response time. I agree with all the reviews below. I researched beds and their description is deceiving and in accurate. I want my money back and I want them to pay the return shipping. Zero stars

    If ZERO were an option, I would have selected it. This company is a total SCAM. Do NOT do business with this company! The products sold look nothing like the photos on the website. Then, when you return the products, they give you the total runaround and don't issue refunds. Buyer beware!!

    Defective. Impossible to attach to car seat due to no seat belt strap on the cover. Emailed Fuzzy, no response.
    No phone number. I can’t use item as a car seat for my dog. It is a very expensive dog bed, which I don’t want or need.
    Company not ethical.

    Absolute garbage. I was so excited for the backseat car protector. My dog actually threw up on it the second time we used it, and it worked great. But then I washed it on a delicate cycle and the edges tore to shreds. So cheap, I cannot believe it broke into pieces after the first wash. The company demanded I return it and pay shipping costs just to have the opportunity to perhaps be refunded. It is clear this item was produced for about $2 max. I would not support this company again, and am so disappointed in their product quality and customer service.

    I wanted to return my dog couch for a full refund. The return policy states full refund in 30 days to unopened items. I have sent 6 emails. Each time they ask for pictures of it unopened. I sent pictures 6 times. Then they offered me a 20% discount to keep the item that I don't want. I have requested 6 times to send me a return label to no avail. I am writing to the BBB about this company. Their return policy is clear and states refund for unopened items within 30 days of receipt. I began emailing (they have NO phone number) as soon as it came as it came I assembled and too late. They just repeat the same email to me - to send pictures. I continue to request a refund and return label. They do NOT tell you where to return it for a refund. I question the legit of this company.
