    I have an order that was placed AUG 7,2025 and have yet received package, tracking number or any other information!! I have read several complaints that are very much like the issue I have had with this company!!! I would certainly not order again from them and definitely not recommend them!!!

    I made the mistake of ordering from this fraudulent company before looking it up online. Once I ordered, and realized it was a fraudulent company I immediately emailed to cancel my order. I sent over 25 emails asking for my order to be canceled. They NEVER responded. This was in November of 2024. I made a complaint with my credit card and filed a dispute. In February of 2025 Funny Fuzzy finally responded but I was wary and depended on my credit card (***** ******* *****) to back me up. I filed two complaints only to have to pay for merchandise I never received.
    Apparently, in Funny Fuzzys fine print, they do not have deliver goods paid for and the customer has no recourse.
    Thank you so much ***** **** ******* ***** for showing that you can’t trust anyone, even Credit cards that are supposed to be the most fraud free credit cards out there. Do Not Order From Funny Fuzzy, I should have realized that with a company name like Funny Fuzzy would be a fraud. But they are all over ********* and cheating people out of their money and items not delivered.
    Never again!

    hadn’t received my order. The tracking number is **************. I placed it on August 27th. This is unacceptable. I’ve contacted FunnyFuzzy numerous times and they hadn’t helped rectify the problem. I want a full refund.

    I made an online order on 08/12/2025 for a water-resistant durable sofa protector pet-friendly non-slip couch cover and paid $49.59. It has been 50 days ago since my order and I still did not get my order yet. I sent emails to FunnyFuzzy many many many times, but they either do not respond or keep sending me an automated email response saying "We are working on your order."
    I think I got scammed.

    Usually I’m pretty good at avoiding bad companies, but I guess I got scammed this time. Ordered $250 worth of pet covers for my furniture. Paid for expedited shipping and did not receive. When I emailed them, they said that shipping was late and they would return part of my money. I asked in subsequent emails when to expect my order to which they never replied. On the Shop app there is a tracking number but it is not valid. It’s been 6 weeks since my order.

    Placed online order on 8/26/25 for 3 items, express 3-7 day shipping, and shipping protection, totaling $239.92.
    Shipping DFT1391666J5HW unable to track.
    Emailed company on 9/7/25, received response on 9/8/25 stating they could not share tracking information until it arrives in USA and they will share tracking information with me when available.
    Emailed again to inquire about express shipping refund since that was not fulfilled, "How does this status fulfill funnyfuzzy's statement that orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received and fulfill the express shipping method? Can you provide any estimate on delivery date? Regardless of if or when this order arrives, I am requesting a refund of the express shipping fee due to the delay." Received prompt response that FF has "urged the carrier to move things along as quickly as possible" (9/9/25)
    Emailed again on 9/20/25 requesting update, received response that order is in transit and they are closely monitoring process. No actual shipping update or estimated delivery date given.
    Emailed 9/22/25 requesting complete refund, no response received.
    Emailed 9/26/25 requesting complete refund, no response received.
    Order number available if BBB can assist me in obtaining a refund.

    zero stars!!!
    it says I have to give a start rating but do not be fooled, this company deserves ZERO STARS.
    I spent $142.00 on a dog bed and an accessory from this company. I assume it is a fake company because they have never sent a shipping notice or replied to any of my communications regarding wanting a refund on this merchandise, which never arrived. I have written to them 5 times in the past two months and nothing ever happens. It makes me so angry to have spent that money on what I thought was a credible product.

    Scam company. I ordered my product 3+ months ago and it hasn't shipped.
    There has been zero update. When I email to ask them to cancel my order for a refund, there has been no reply at all. Do not trust this company.
    No service, no reply, no refund.

    Ordered a pet cave from funny fuzzy a month ago I have not ever received anything no phone number to call only in email that they do not respond to $80 and they send me nothing bought it on ******** and ******** won’t recognize that there is a problem either stay away from fuzzy funny they won’t send you anything my understanding they’re close
