    I placed an online order on August 13, 2025 for 2 couch covers ($90) . I have not received any updates on delivery since I emailed the customer service dept on Aug 26. Their response at that time was delays in shipping. I have emailed them again but this time there was no reply.

    Ordered from website 8-9-2025 confirmation #********* purchase amount $179.84 for two dog beds.
    I've not received any shipping confirmation. Last correspondence they said things were slow and offered percentage off. The time frame is no longer acceptable and they are now not responding anymore. I want a full refund.

    I filed a complaint on Saturday, 9-13-25. I also had emailed the company funny fuzzy one last time. I received an email this morning that they have issued a full refund. I don't have a claim number to log into so I could add it has been resolved without an investigation.

    Ordered a dog bed on July 28, 2025 for 89.25. This item was paid for. I still have not received the item. I sent an email and asked about expected delivery. I got an email back stating there would be a delay and if I continued to wait for product they would take 10% of purchase price. I sent email back stating I was not interested in waiting and wanted a full refund. Never heard back or received refund. I have sent 3 more emails and none answered. I would like a refund.

    Ordered and they took the money Said it was on the way but could not provide any tracking number at all. Then said they would contact me then said on the way but could not tell me when or how it was going to be shipped. Several other people also have the same problem if you look it up.

    I received a confirmation email from FunnyFuzzy.com on July 30, 2025 of my purchase. I can't get any tracking info with the confirmation number or shipping. I don't get any information with the tracking info. Support has responded twice by simply saying it's on its way. I want a full refund. It's been 26 days and I should be able to at least track the progress of it, in order to see if it is really coming. I am seeking a full refund of $158.43. The tracking info does not work.
    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    On July 31st, 2025, I ordered a “Donut Orthopedic Dog Bed x 1” off of Funny Fuzzy. The email said that it would be shipped between 1-3 business days and now it is currently August 20th, 2025, and Funny Fuzzy keeps telling me to wait for the carrier. On my end, it says that they haven’t even shipped my package yet.

    I placed an order from them on July 20th. The first email said it would be here on July 24th, but the "track my package" link said no information available. They sent another link that said the same thing. I've asked for a refund, they say they can't until it arrives I've asked for information and they sent an offer for a 20% discount, that does me no good with our the product. Their last communication gave me a tracking number with no link. August 12th. The links still say no information available.
