New voicemail from ********** in mailbox *** on Thu Aug 28 13:56:19 2025 : I just wanna let you know, fit on, like, the current case of PH Realty. I did end up getting my security deposit from them. Since their main office or one of their offices is a couple blocks for my work. I was able to show up and kind of do what talking to. It did take me about a week of going every day to get them to finally give it to me. They kept not answering their phone calls, not answering the emails. They would say that they were gonna let me know the day out, like, after I discussed with them and they never answer me back. So it just took me a couple days of kind of following up with them and showing up at their doorstep to finally get it. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dog bed on July 25th with expedited shipping. Since then, I have not received any information about shipping, no response to my emails asking for an update, and no options to cancel. I placed my order on May 24,2025. I first reached out by email on June 14, 2025. I received a response on June 16, 2025 stating there would be a delay in the delivery of my order. I have reached out a few more times and they will not respond to me and the order has not been delivered! I want my money refunded at this point. Our vacation is happening which we wanted the order for!

I purchased Order #********* for $81.93 with shipping protection on 7/12/2025. The item was Multi-Functional Breathable Cooling Elevated Dog Bed with Canopy - PawAir × 1 and it showed as in stock and shipping within 1-3 days.
I have followed up 3 times via email and had no response at all.
I either want my item or a refund, but at least a response from them. Ignoring a request for an update is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

Made an order July 14, 2025. Received a confirmation email that the order would arrive on July 17, 2025. It is August 1, still have not received the order. I have sent 3 emails to customer service, that have gone unanswered. There is no tracking information provided.Customer Answer

False advertising. Ordered off ******** through the company funnyfuzzy a couch cover for $65 advertised to be shipped within three business days to me. Ordered on the 16th of July. Reached out by email on the 27th asking for a tracking number for my order. I was responded to by email from the company stating that there is a delay on my order and they can’t give me a tracking number or ETA, so I politely asked to cancel my order. I received two additional emails from this company asking me to be patient and offering me first a 10% discount and then a 20% Discount if I wait for the product. Each email response I asked for my order to be canceled and my money returned. Only after I threatened them and put a reverse charge with my bank did they finally offer to refund my money. Frustrating, false advertising, waste of my time! I will never again buy anything from this BS company or off of ******** ever again until they can vet the companies selling products on their platform! Also this company should be fined for not having an easy way to cancel your orders and false advertising for shipping product’s! Buyers seriously BEWARE!!!Initial Complaint

--- After waiting over a month for the products, I received an email communication on 6/27/25 stating that one of the items is out of stock and offered me a full refund.
--- I accepted the refund offer on the same day. I never received it.
--- I then bought similar items elsewhere and no longer need or want the items from the business.
--- On 7/9/25 I received a shipping communication stating the out-of-stock item had been shipped.
--- I sent the item back to the business via 'refuse delivery.' This refusal was necessary and was also recommended by the business.
--- I never received any of the other items I ordered and paid for. I don't have any of the items from the order in my possession.
--- I have continued to request a full refund of the entire purchase from the business. This request continues to be ignored.Customer Answer

I ordered 2 couch covers 2 weeks ago and they haven't arrived.
