    I ordered a bundle of documents from them to close the sale for my condo. I pretty much selected everything I could order and paid around almost $700 for the docs and the rush fee. Next thing I know there's still a missing "HOA demand" document that's necessary to move forward in escrow and close on time. It's not even selectable on the list when I first ordered. I don't know how my escrow officer was able to find it, but she was able to order it in my behalf. However, it costed me an additional $400 (doc and fee). Shame on this business. I feel like I've been taken advantage of given my situation.

    Their pricing is exorbitant. I needed a lender questionnaire to close on a condo purchase priced at $220, for a 6 page questionnaire. I also had to pay a lender premiere fee $75 for AEFCU. The document they have on file is 2 years old , I was informed by AEFCU. So I was charged an additional $50 fee to upload my specific document for AEFCU. $345 Beware of timeframe, it took 15 days to complete, I had enough time so I avoided a $125 rush fee.Disgusting!!!

    I was looking for documents for property I was buying. I have bought and sold hundreds of homes and asked for the by-laws. That always contains "Use". It was in a different doc. I had a chat online to see which document it would be in since there were 2 doc that is could be in. They offer no guidance. I ask it I could apply my first purchase to the bundle offer for all the docs, which was much more than a single doc. They said no and it ended up costing me a lot more. I started the chat 2 min after I received the By-law and explained. They did not care or try to help.

    Ive tried to resolve this with a simple answer, but after calling them and trying to talk to someone, guess thats not possible. They charged me twice for docs, credited me next month for one then charged me again for it the next month. Very poor service when they wont even answer your call Id like to give them a minus one rating

    This company is taking advantage of people with enormous fees. My HOA for the year is $270 and they charge $358 for documents? Ridiculous! I had no choice but to pay it in order to close the sale of my house. I was shocked because I had not received any email warning me of the charge and rush fee. Then to charge for using a credit card. Unbelievable.
