5 starsI'm on month 14 with vshred meal and gym plan. The results were fantastic. I noticed results quickly. Per my doctor, 2-4 pounds per month is healthy (you're not likely to put it back on). I'm sticking with vshred mostly for the gym plan. It's nice to have a new monthly meal plan.
went from 210 to 165. I took it slow, and did it in 8 months. Great coach, Zech, answered all of my questions. I'm ashamed for what I was paying trainers at the gym, $60 an hour 3x a week for 10 years. I hit the gym 4x a week for 1.5-2 hours. When i was with trainers many years ago, i was trained 3x a week for 50 minutes. The extra time in the gym and a varied gym plan with meal plan was what really carried me.

5 starsSince using V Shred, I've dramatically dropped waist sizes, and added lean muscle. I have more stamina at work and noticed better brain function! It's all because of my coach Ryan M who has worked with me every step of the way. Ryan is patient and will adjust your meal plan as many times as it takes to get it right for you! Ryan also made me a custom work out plan that has produced results! If you want to transform your body, and mind, go with V Shred!!V Shred, LLC

5 starsBought on recommendation of my brother who was down 25lbs. If you are not seeing results, you are cheating or have other med issues that need to be discussed with your DR. I am Down 5 lbs 1st week, sleeping better and lost 8 total body inches. I'm in. Tons of modifications if you need them ( at 57 I need a few) and their customer service and trainers have been very responsive. 5 starsI have went through many weight loss programs throughout my life and after a short while I just couldn’t figure out what’s what and gave up. I decided to give this a try before giving up. This V Shred program has definitely exceeded my expectations. I don’t usually do Fb and am glad that I did as there is so much information, love and uplifting remarks to draw from. I purchased the program that had what I was looking for, set meals, detailed recipes, grocery list, workout videos for each day and last but not least is the outstanding personal trainer/ coach Alyssa. She has been wonderful, on point and inspirational.
She has put together healthy and delicious meals that I would never have come up with and the meals are convenient to prepare and cook.V Shred, LLC

5 starsVshred does what is supposed to do. It gives you the workout program along with a nutrition plan, all you have to do is follow it to the "T". My trainer Konstantinos is excellent, he followed up with me regularly and kept me motivated. He was more than willing to tweak anything to keep me on track so I wouldn't get bored.V Shred, LLC

5 starsI really appreciate a diet system that recognizes us with advanced years. My coach Kay has been very patient and encouraging with my food intolerance of dairy and eggs and has come up with helpful suggestions. I am so glad I am able to follow the workout routines, mostly, since it has been 4 years since I have followed any routines. Again Kay has been very responsive and positive and I appreciate her help.V Shred, LLC

1 starSCAM ALERT!! This is a manipulative scheme that, while the website will tell you "WAIT your order is not complete until you watch this video" it already charged your credit card. After spending 45 minutes on videos and being told to "WAIT..." one more time I just closed the website only to find my card was charged multiple times. My intention was to add things, and then delete some from the cart when I got th check out. I just never got to the cart but I was charged for everything.V Shred, LLC
