  Josh my trainer is amazing. I’ve been stuck for quite some time and with eating 1800 calories a day, I’m down 14lbs in 3 months. I haven’t been this thin since high school. Down from 24% body fat to 20%! I love their burn evolve and burn pm supplements as well. Can’t recommend this enough!

  I am about to begin month #2 on Monday. If it hadn't been for my coach/trainer Kate L., I probably would have given up. We are in contact most of the week, especially if I have questions about swapping proteins etc. I have lost inches instead of weight but we know it's working because as she said, the scale does not give the entire story about what is going on. I know that I needed to cut my eating out due to the amount of sodium in the meals.
  I have tried other plans and have gained all of the weight back. I am confident with Kate's assistance I will make it to my goal. I signed up for a year so I have nothing to lose but weight.

  I’m 3 weeks away from completing R90 program. I’m 53 and I am seeing great results. While some of the exercises are tough I am stronger now than when I started. I also purchase the meal plan and that has been a big reason for my results. It’s not just doing the workouts it’s also following a good meal plan. I plan to do a second round of R90 to continue to work on my body. It’s really a journey and if you are consistent you will see results. By the way the cost of the meal plan and the program is totally worth it .

  I've been doing this for almost a year now. I use to eat no carbs at all and around 1200 cal/day to maintain my weight and I was struggling. With this programm, I eat more carbs then ever, almost 1600 cal/day, people notice that I look more ealthy (still the same weight as my goal is only to loose 5 pounds or to maintain my weight). My trainer, Lisa, is super fast and understand my needs.

  Barbie ***** is my coach! I was very nervous about the whole process. I have never exercised only played sports, I’m about to be 65 so when I started out as a teenager we were told run out the the fields and play. No stretching no warm up or warm down. As I watched my kids who we taught to stretch, warm up and down, and how to workout for their bodies. I tried to follow them but I hated the burn. I thought it meant something was wrong. Barbie has eased all of my worries, reached out to me and responds quickly. Doesn’t laugh when I get confused over the technology which I have or frustrated when I need help understanding the exercises.
  I am impressed and so glad I signed up. As Barbie tells me “this is a lifestyle change not a diet or body building” I can’t recommend it more!!!!

  I love this program! In the past 7 months, I've lost 41 lbs and maintained it. My coach is so responsive and helpful for helping me meet my goals. I will say that it is up to you to follow the plan, so you have to go into it with the mindset that you will trust the process and stay as consistent as possible. However, my coach has held my hand through every hiccup I've had and encourages me to stick with it.

  The program sent does not match the video sales presentation. The first two of the three points of this sales pitch are Metabolic Confusion and EPOC, and are not first and foremost in the program. The program doesn't mention confusing metabolism in the read through. When questioned, the response I received suggested at the end of the email that I take a look in the diet plan section that's titled, "after 90 days"! To begin a program by sifting through all the getting started information to find the buried "after" portion to follow, doesn't make sense. 90% of entire sales pitch is geared toward "endomorph", metabolic confusion and high intensity inerval training in 15m increments, yet these components, namely the alternating days of high low carb in a personalized meal plan, does not appear easily accessable in the program received. It feels much like bait and switch. I will be asking for the full 100% refund the sales pitch offers.

  For those of you who were unhappy with your purchase, did you actually try the program? Did you change your eating habits and start working out? I think I spent 70$ for the fat loss extreme program. It's truthful that your inbox will be filled with emails requesting you to do the metabolic assessment and for sales for the products and pills v shred sells, but you can turn that off. Just click unsubscribe. I purchased this program in October and finished the 90 day fle part yesterday. I didn't get amazing results and others are right, unless you're already healthy and active, this won't get you shredded in 3 months. But for someone like me, 180+, with lots of fat to lose, seeing that I dropped 10 pounds and several inches in 90 days, was a win for me. I'm looking forward to starting the program a second time. This time I'll know what to expect. Maybe the exercises will be easier. I now can do squats without hurting for days afterwards. I can do a push up. My coat and pants fit a little better. My husband tells me I feel skinnier. Those are all wins in my book. I didn't purchase the diet program, because diets don't work, they're not sustainable. I just started keeping track of what I'm eating and have tried cutting foods out that don't have protein or that have empty calories. I still eat chocolate. I did purchase the burn evolved pills, I don't know that they're making any difference. I bought the apple cider gummies, and while they're not terrible, they do nothing to suppress my appetite. I'm just going to say that this exercise program is like any other. It's not going to work unless you put work into it. You can't expect to get toned and buff in 3 months. How long did it take you to get fat and out of shape? Longer than that I'll bet. I'm only going to get more results from this program, as I put more into it and look into other products they have available. Most of all, v shred helped me realize how out of shape I was and that I can finish something.

  I just joined the work outs are really good had me feeling sore on day two. However I did not know the meal plan was a purchased item. I did not show me how much i was to pay. I noticed it on my my stuff on the app. I requested a refund for the meal plan. But sadly I was declined. The app is not very transparent when completing the questionnaire. Like it should clearly state how much things will cost you. I agreed to the $57 and my supplements. I am not happy at all. Stress interferes with healthy habits. I'm stressed. One good thing about Shred they did respond to my emails Thank you Ashli T for all of your help. I hope you make changes to your app so that this does not happen to someone else. I did purchase 2 supplements to give it a try. Hopefully, It wont come out to be a total loss.
