1 starI have requested a refund for a $57 purchase, as the program is not what I thought it would be. It is stated I have 60 days to try it or get my money back. I asked the day after I paid. It has been a week since I emailed and have not gotten the refund yet, only more ads to buy more products/classes.V Shred, LLC

1 starI ordered V Shred on March 15 2023 and haven’t been able to login it’s March 21 2023. I have emailed them and they haven’t responded so I want to cancel my order and subscription they say you have 30 days. I emailed them like 5 times to cancel my order they still don’t respond I believe it’s a scamV Shred, LLC

1 starI purchased Toned in 90 days, Burn and Burn PM, on 3-14-23 and immediately regrated the purchase I sent an email right away to customer service immediately and have emailed them everyday since, 3-15, 3-16, 3-17, 3-18, 3-19, and 3-20-2023 with no response they owe me $425.00 Poor customer service, confusing ordering system, never let you out of the website without ordering multiple products Don't waste your money!V Shred, LLC

1 starMy call was not informative at all was a waste of my time. He told me to contact him in two months and we would talk again and I should just follow the diet and exercise plans I had. He has not stopped sending me reminders to call and sign up. I don't even know what I would be signing up for or how much it costs. So no I don't recommend it for any one.Review fromGary A

1 starI purchased $782.00 of products (pills and software programs) on 12/15/2022. I contacted them by email on 01/14/2023, within the 30-day return window, to cancel my membership and arrange return of the products. I returned the unopened pill bottles by FedEx on 02/07/2023 (I was hospitalized in the interim.) They wrote they would refund within 5 to 7 business days. It is 03/18/2023. Not only did they never refund anything, they continued to bill my credit card for $9.95 for February and March.V Shred, LLC

5 starsI started this journey about a month and a half ago with Zechariah. He has been great and very supportive, even changing my meal plan after I didn't care for certain foods or dishes that were on the menu. I have currently lost over 40 lbs. with the diet and exercise plans. I am incredibly pleased with my progress and guidance I have received from my coach. I realize that there are a lot of supplements and supplies that may make you feel overwhelmed in addition to all the ads. But that was never a problem, and I didn't ever feel pressured to purchase what I didn't want. I kept it simple with just the exercise, custom meal plan and coaching. The only extra I purchased were the protein shakes which turned out to be very good and made great substitutions for other proteins I didn't want to eat that day. I never had any of the problems I read with overcharging credit cards in other people's reviews. One thing I realized early on was that it takes dedication and consistency to make this program work, and it does as long as you don't approach it as a quick fix or with half measures. I still have a ways further to go and I'm excited and looking forward to this journey that is actually working for me where other diets like Keto just couldn't be sustained.V Shred, LLC

5 starsMore Than I Expected! If you have struggled with what to eat and how to exercise for maximum results, this is a great program. I got a coach, Lola, and she has been helpful in ways I did not expect. I have had trainers in the past and it was all about exercising and maybe some generic eating suggestions. My coach actually identifies specific issues that pertain to me and is helping to address them so I can deal with them and move forward. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of medical due to not taking care of my body for most of my life. My coach is working with my medical conditions and understands what my body needs to heal. The eating program is created for foods I like and can be adjusted any time, and supports my medical requirements. She actually works WITH me and communicates with me. Plus there are many additional supports, like a Facebook group with support, live exercise classes and motivation. Yes, you will receive a ton of emails but you can opt out. I suggest getting a coach to help you get started and learn what is best for you. Once you have that information you may decide to work the program on your own. 1 starI agreed to sign on to the program for the v shred elite after a very hard sales pitch, I was sent the information package via email not by a coach which was what I was expecting. I was contacted several days later that I had not filled out any information to get started.
I stated that after researching several other videos and what was offered that I felt this program was for me.
They basically stated too bad it is past the 72 hours and we do not refund the program. It was my understanding that they would not refund the money once I had started the program but that is was guranteed. Well this is poor business practice in my opinion.
It seems they are holding me hostage and now I will be disputing with an attorney.
I would not recommend this company and feel financialy abused and would never use them.V Shred, LLC
