1 starTotal scam. I placed an order and it says it was fulfilled, but I never received a tracking number, the package never arrived and the company still has not returned any of my emails after 4 attempts. Buyer beware of this one.

2 starsI purchased V Shred for $57 6 days ago. I decided it's not for me and have been trying to get a response for a refund. I've emailed a couple ti.es with no response. I don't want to have to dispute the charge through my credit card. I would rather V Shred do the right thing and refund my money as promised with their 30 day return policy.V Shred, LLC

1 starI was inquiring about the product and followed the steps on the site to get info and see what the cost would be. Before reaching the "checkout" tab I realized I was being charged in real time as I made each selection. Again I was just seeing what this program was offering and would cost and was under the impression that I would not be charged till reaching a checkout. I got an alert on my account that these charges were already being made. You do not provide any call center support so I have reached out in every email means I could find. 1 starNot even half way through looking at the products they offered I was charged for the 57 dollar package. There is nowhere in the site where I hit confirm. Reached out few times and no response for my money back. Honestly just want my money back as it states 30 days money back no questions asked. Not comfortable with this kind of business. 1 starAfter you place your original order they force you to sit through 4 upselling videos. The top of the page will suggest you will be double billed if you hit the back button and it states that the original order has not been placed yet. There is no option to skip these videos and the heading at the top of the page indicates your original order is not yet placed. This leaves the user to believe they have to watch all of these upselling videos to complete the original order. The only companies I have ever known to do things like this are scam companies. I immediately regretted my purchase once I experienced this. They offered their burn pills at a discount. I requested three bottles. The next page states they will give an even bigger discount on 6 bottles. I had no idea they were adding this to the original 3 bottles I ordered. I didn't know this because no option was provided to review my order before finalizing it, despite what they claim on another review below. I had no idea they were billing me for $360 until it already processed. I immediately (within minutes) contacted the company to cancel most of the burn pills. I received a canned email saying they are busy but will get back to me soon. I just received an email saying they are shipping all of the pills today, 2 days later. Any reputable company would not ship out a product before addressing a request to cancel a portion of the order 2 days earlier. Overall horrible customer service experience and I have no interest in doing business with V Shred ever again. Very shady.V Shred, LLC

1 starOn the 20th of March, I watched and ordered from V shred.com for a diet program. All during the video from V Shred and the written material, It CONTINUALLY tells you , you can cancel at ANY TIME for a FULL REFUND, NO QUESTIONS asked!!
Within 2 hours i received 8 E-mails from V Shred concerning what they were sending and how to use the product,about a DIET plan, AND a FOOD & Exercise plan. I had a change of heart and was overwhelmed with the sight and SENT AN E-MAIL THAT EVENING March 20th , to customer support to cancel the order completely. Didn't receive a response to my E-MAIL, but RECEIVED ANOTHER E-MAIL from them,talking about a personal trainer. I again sent an E-Mail the next morning to another E-Mail address that says to contact IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS. NO RESPONSE to it. I then called the Ph # for CUSTOMER SUPPORT. A machine says, WE DON'T NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT THIS NUMBER!!! At this point, I'm thinking this IS A RIP OFF COMPANY, so I call my Credit Card company to contest the charges. I was given ANOTHER ph# by them to call for CUSTOMER SERVICE, which I DID, and GOT THE SAME MESSAGE.NOW, im sure they are a BOGUS company, but i receive yet ANOTHER E-MAIL from THEM, about what is coming!! I go back to their web sight and find YET ANOTHER NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I call THAT number, and get the SAME MESSAGE,WE DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS NUMBER!!!??? SO, I go back and re look at the E-Mails they have sent and find MORE phone #s to call for Customer Service, I CALL BOTH AND GET THE SAME MESSAGE THAT THEY DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE,AT THOSE NUMBERS. SO I AGAIN send an E-Mail , to the head man there, and the person that is on the videos for the product, AND HE SAYS RIGHT ON THE VIDEO, YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME FOR A COMPLETE REFUND NO QUESTIONS! Which I found to a LIE. I am still working with my Credit Card company to get refunded!! 4 PHONE #s and 2 E-MAIL ADDRESSES, 4 days and NO RESPONSE!!!!!V Shred, LLC

5 starsIts a good program and I lost weight. Custom meal and workout plan were great on the Accelerator program. Coach was there for support and answered all my questions.
The only issue I had was a promise to get 3 months of free supplements but that didn't happen. I dont do well with broken promises. I received 2 months only. Besides that issue, its a great program that works and I would highly recommend to friends and family.V Shred, LLC

5 starsMy coach is wonderful. Marie H helps me with any questions I have. If I get stuck on something, she is right there to give helpful hints or something new to try. I couldn’t be happier. 1 starPretty much a scam! What should have been only $50 turned into being charged over $300. I’ve called customer service for a refund but every time I call it states no one is available. I’ve emailed 3 times and have not heard back from anyone. Very poor customer service. I understand a high rate in emails but do not offer customer service by phone if you do not have the people to answer the calls. A promise that was given is you have a 30 day refund guranteed! Over $300 is a lot and I need that refunded asap, but again, I’m not able to get a hold of anyone. If someone from Vshred has a remark about this complaint and they are defending themselves instead of just contacting me directly, it shows where their priorities are and that’s terrible!
