      Asked for refund 2 days after purchase. Company has not replied or has given refund. Not what I expected.

      I signed up on 3/13/2022 & met with the personal trainer on 3/27/23 but after our call, I began to request a copy of the agreement. My first attempt was to call Cust Service, & the call dropped, & when I called back, a recording explains that there is no Cust Service rep available& further instructed me that I should email cust serv. I emailed cust serv, as well as the person I signed up with, & requested a copy of the agreement. Three days have passed & no one has responded. The agreement is also not posted on co. website, which raises questions. On the 3rd day of sending emails, the pers trainer that I met with on 3/27/202 responded and states the emails have been forwarded to him & that he is trying to send them to cust serv. This business interaction is already making me feel uneasy, and I no longer feel comfortable with continuing any business relations with V Shred. I only deal with reputable companies & this one does not meet my satisfaction. As of yesterday, a rep has been emailing me, & once again I requested to see the agreement, & I expressed my concerns thus far, & my wish to cancel the agreement. The rep has ignored my request for a copy of the agreement & begins to list all the benefits of joining V Shred. Now we are going back and forth, where I've requested all business interactions be terminated, & that they do not have permission to withdraw any funds from my bank account which is due to begin on April 14, 2023. The rep explained that they cannot refund any funds to me until I've completed the program for 90 days, & only then it is up to the discretion of the company to decide whether I've completed the program accordingly. I informed the rep that as of date, I have not paid any funds, therefore, there is nothing to refund, my wish is to terminate all business interactions between V Shred and myself. I contacted my bank this morning to confirm that V Shred does not have the authority to withdraw any funds, any tampering will result in legal action.

      Their marketing strategy is very good, but the digital product is terrible, which is why I am requesting a refund. There are free apps that are much better than this. Based on the complaints, and my personal experience, V Shred makes it exceedingly difficult to get a refund even though they offer a refund during the 30 day trial. The company does not respond to emails and the customer service phone number they give upon signing up does not accept customer service calls as stated by the automated message. Fortunately, their 30 day policy leaves them liable if they do not comply to a customer request for a refund within the appropriate amount of time. I'm sure someone at V-Shred will write back in a condescending manner stating how busy they are and cannot respond to emails or some other feeble excuse. I look forward to my refund being processed.

      This is a total scam! First I closed out the window before getting confirmation of my purchase thinking that the purchase was never finalized so I was not going to be charged. In fact, I was charged. I decided to go and log in and check out the program since I was already charged and just as I thought, it was nothing like it was advertised to be which is why I had originally closed out the window before finalizing my purchase. I have emailed them to cancel as they said there’s a 30 day money back guarantee but have yet to receive a response. I truly wish I had read these reviews prior to even considering this program. They have waisted my time with these endless videos and my money. If you are considering this program, I highly recommend you don’t!!

      I too have requested a refund for a $57 purchase, as the program is not what I thought it would be. The video advertising the product says multiple times if you're unsatisfied, you can request a full refund. Original order was 3/15/23. I requested a refund on 3/23/22 by email and also on the web/app. The only reply was an auto one that they are so busy, but please purchase more of the items listed. That's not customer service. I've not received any other reply, even after resending again on 3/24/23 and today, 3/29/23. I went to my credit card company too to file a complaint.

      I purchased the weight loss for her ans the custome diet plan for a total of $124. It's been a week ans still no custom meal plan and can't follow the weight loss program. It's to many ads and unwanted videos. I requested a refund but have yet to hear bad. How convenient they don't offer support over the phone. Email only which they don't reply. The custome meal plan said it would be ready withing 48-72 hours and its been 7 days already. Don't fall for this false advertising like I did. I highly doubt they will email me back for a refund. I sent the refund request 3 days ago and nothing has happened. Dont waste your money!!!

      Do not sign up! Read the fine print! They tell you in welcome video that you have a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee, and then the upselling is relentless from there. If you’re naive as I was to sign up for custom coaching, the cancellation window is 72 hours, and you won’t even get the chance to meet your coach in that window. I cancelled within 24 hours of “meeting” my coach from a recorded message. I’ve had several emails with customer service and even though this program is not a good fit for me because I told them I didn’t want a strict calorie counting diet, they refuse to listen and are holding me hostage. Please don’t sign up for this program or support a business that is preying on curios people that want to better themselves. This experience makes me sick to my stomach!

      I would give them no stars if I could. They will not respond to any requests to their customer service in any way shape or form. The program that they advertise and spend an hour explaining in their informational video is NOT what they are selling! You end up paying a fee to get their app on your phone that is supposed to connect you to videos for exercise diet and support but the phone app consists of nothing but advertisements for supposed videos for the things that they said were free all have additional costs. shameful how they take advantage of people who may be vulnerable…in fact vulnerability it their target!
