  After trying every diet plan out there for last 12 years I decided 4 weeks ago to try Vshred. The results were immediate. I chose carb cycling plan with Burn. I also purchased 3mo supply of Enzymes and Greens. Before I spend more $$ I wanted to see some results. My goal is to lose 25 lb and so far, in 4 weeks, I lost 7 lb and 2" in seat.
  I'm very pleased with the progress.
  My coach, Allison S, is great. She personalized my meal and exercise plan, monitores my progress, keeps me motivated and is available to answer my questions. I forsee success in reaching my goal. Thank you Allison S!

  I contacted them via email requesting to cancel my purchase within an hour of ordering. I received an automatic reply stating that I would hear back from them within 24 hours. I received an email three days later stating that my order has shipped. I even tried the customer service number and the answering machine stated they weren’t doing customer service actions at this time. Well, obviously not.

  I just started this program on 3/6/23, I haven’t seen very many results yet, but 2 weeks isn’t long enough to really tell anything. My coach Cassandra B. has been wonderful, super encouraging, and responds fairly quickly to my communication. The toughest part is starting, but with consistency you get results. I’m excited for what’s in store, and the results at the end of this journey.

  So far my experience is almost 3 weeks in. 2 weeks on the VIP program. I love my trainer and the program. This type of set up works for my lifestyle and you got to have commitment.

  This company is more driven by money than helping their customers. They are next to impossible to get a hold of and get any type of help. They promise a money back guarantee, no questions asked, but I have not recieved it and have tried to contact someone several times to do so. This program does not work for me and I want my full refund of $135.16. Hoping you can help. Don't waste your money, they don't care!

  Trainer Robyn, for 90 day workout/meals has been checking in wirh me at least once a week, encouraging me all the way!
  Trainer, nutritionist Brianna started helping me for the Turbo plan on 3/10, and has also been very helpful with vegetarian meal plan and low impact interval training. She also has been checking in each week.

  Don’t do it! I changed my mind and have asked numerous times for my money back. NO ONE has ever responded back. Vince said you can get your money back “no questions asked”. No, they haven’t asked me any questions, but also are NOT refunding my money.

  I could not be happier with this program and with my trainer, Josh! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, encouraging and has responded in a most timely manner to any concern, question or request for assistance that I have had. I am in my third week and have lost 10 pounds and am thrilled! I love having my menu plan given to me to follow-and if there is something I don’t care for, I simply use my swap list to alter. I have Josh as my trainer for a three month period and am so grateful to be working with him on my journey to be healthy again!

  Honestly... it is great having the meal plan, but it is also a lot of work getting back to them weekly about how it is going when you're a busy person. Lol
  I haven't seen much improvement, but i would fo it again. I am having surgery on my foot next week, so when I'm back, i will be able to do the exercises again, which i haven't been able to do much of for a while now.
  If you're questioning it... it works, everything works if you actually do it... Vshred just makes it easier when you don't have the brain power to do yet another type of food planning.
  They take the guess work out. (The app could be easier to use... and I wish I had known that the meal planning is all in the app before paying for a meal planner)... but with that said, I like the meal planning too. She just didn't use my correct name once which means she is either distracted, or has too much on her plate. :)
