My wife and I both purchased Vshred fat loss extreme for him/her. It was $61 each or $122 total. When we got the actual plan it was nothing like it said in the videos before. I am writing to file a complaint against VShred, a company I found on ********* I made a purchase from their website on Saturday, March 25th, 2023, and I was intrigued by their compelling marketing, so I decided to move forward with my purchase.During the checkout process, I was offered an upsell for a month supply of Burn Evolved 2.0, which I agreed to purchase. However, the checkout process was exhausting because each new screen was asking me to buy something else. I declined all other requests to buy anything more.When I got to the last screen, I saw that VShred had charged me $41 for the approved Burn Evolved 2.0 product, but they also charged $144 for the exact same month supply of Burn Evolved 2.0. I was shocked to see such a huge difference in price for the same product, and I immediately contacted VShred through email to address the issue.Unfortunately, I have not heard back from VShred in over 48 hours, and I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. I believe that ********************** is engaging in deceptive business practices by charging such a significant amount for the same product without any clear explanation.As a result, I have decided to move forward with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against VShred. On March 24, 2023, I viewed a pop-up video on Instagram by VShred. I listened to the sales pitch and opted to purchase the 90 day workout and nutrition information for a total of 60.99(includes tax). I entered my card info to make a transaction and then was taken to another video immediately, without any add to cart or review purchase option. This web page required watching another presentation selling supplements. In text beside the video link it said to not hit the back button or you may be charged double. So, to go forward, it required watching the sales video. After watching the video, there was no option to move forward other than an option to say No thanks to the supplement purchase with the video repeating the sales pitch again. I finally notice a text of the word Done selecting it to get out of the video. The video disappeared as well as any opportunity to confirm final purchase or cancel. Very confusing and misleading. The ads say they have a support email chat team as well as an 800 number for 24/7 help. I have called the 800 line to reach a recording that says the line does not provide service at this time. I have emailed at least 5 times, the first email being within 5 minutes of realizing my transaction went through. I said I wanted to cancel. I did receive one response from the chat line at approximately 10:40 on 3/24/2023 that said the demand for help was very high and my email would be responded to in the order that it was received. I received an email to day, 3/27/23 saying that help representatives were now available to assist and would be getting back to me. Then another ad came up saying if I paid $10.00 dollars and then a monthly payment thereafter, I could subscribe to receive support with the VShred program. I have not downloaded the app to their program, and instantly suspected a scam misleading sales pitch. I am requesting a refund, and have not had access to any program material. On March 20th I Purchased the online workout VShed however, that same day, I ended up tearing a tendon in my left foot. Purchase submitted 3-18-2023.Purchase submitted for one bottle of Tumeric Black supplement for $49. This order was completed successfully with no problem. During the order process, a subsequent offer was presented offering 6 bottles for $24 ea. and I accepted. However, when I received receipt via email it indicated a charge for $195 which is $32.50 per bottle. I immediately attempted to contact Vshred using published support #. Reached a recording stating they no longer accept phone calls and to email them for assistance. Shortly after I emailed, I received a automated reply that my request for assistance would be handled in the order received. As of 3-27-2023, I have not been contacted to resolve issue. After placing my order I attempted to cancel the order before it was processed. After finding out that I was unable to take the supplements with a recent surgery. I made a purchase on Vshred, spent over $500 getting caught in the net of add ons and offers. I did so with the thought that they guaranteed a refund. The SAME DAY I changed my mind about the order and wanted a refund. I have been emailing for the last 3 days now, and no reply or even acknowledgement of my email. I feel as though they are just going to skate by the 30 days and then tell me I cant get a refund. They do not reply to emails and I've only seen replies from the business on this website so I am trying here now. I understand the meal plan I paid for is probably non refundable but even then that hasn't been started or made yet. I want a refund for the fat loss program and the NINE burners that somehow were added to my cart and the ** Burner as well.
