I paid for the product and have not received anything in email or in the mail. *** tried to reach out and no help. I have the charge on my credit card but nothing to prove it. It feels very fishy so I want my money back and want to move on from this company.Business Response

On April 7, 2023 I purchased Fat Loss Extreme for her $57 which promised to promote metabolic confusion activation. I also purchased $67 for a customized diet plan which I currently do not have access to that purchase. The app is a total scam and is filled with videos, of the poster boy *******************, rambling on about magic, imaginary studies on fat burning that don't exist in reality, and videos of him promoting supplements. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the content of the program and it is not what I was promised. I want to request a refund like I was promised upon purchasing if I was not satisfied, but there is absolutely no direct way to do so. I sent numerous emails, but have not had access to an actual person. I also purchased 6 bottles of supplements $212.06 which I'm awaiting their arrival. I will try the supplements and hope that they actually send them to me. I am even willing to accept the customized diet plan if Vshred follows through with sending it to me. SCAM!! You watch a video for an hour with all this science backed information and it sounds amazing and they tell you theres a 100% money back guarantee, so you sign up. You get into the app to find that actually its nothing like they said in the video and then get harassed with emails telling you that if you want what they advertised in the video you have to pay another fee. After all of this I decided to ask for my money back. I sent them 3 emails and it took them 2 weeks to reply. I ordered the Fat loss extreme program on March 25 and was advised that I would be receiving an email with login instructions and temporary password. As of April 8th I have yet to receive it and I have now submitted 2 emails to VShred customer service. I received a reply for the first one stating someone would address my email in the order it was received. This still has not happened. The second email got no response. I placed an order on 4/01/23 which I have never received confirmation or tracking information even though I was promptly charged. My order was for 6 ******* of Test Boost **** 6 ******* of Burn PM & 6 ******* of HGH Boost plus the Sales Taxes for all of it. My credit card declined one of the three charges but paid the other two which included a charge for $207.68 on 4/1/23 at 2:28 PM ET and a charge for $153.36 on 4/1/23 at 2:52 PM ET. During the presentation they implied that all orders were to be processed within 24 hours and at this point the only thing that shows my order is when I log onto the website and go to my orders under my profile and the charges to my credit card. I sent 3 emails to ********************************** on 4/4 at 9:35 AM CST, 4/5 at 10:32 AM CST & 4/7 at 1:19 PM CST requesting Status of Order and the final one requesting to Cancel my Order. I also sent an email to ******************************** complaining about them sending me numerous emails trying to sell me more stuff before even fulfilling my initial order. I also mentioned that if they had not fulfilled my order by yesterday 4/6 that I would Dispute my credit card charges and file a complaint with you. I had also sent them several messages through their website using a couple different subject categories. I did get one response from ********************************** on 4/4 at 9:25 AM CST stating that they have had an unusually higher number of requests which looks to be a boiler plate response for a long time looking at other complaints that you have received. I purchased a bundle from V Shred on March 27th for $134.05. After gaining access to everything I realized it wasn't for me, so I requested my money back the next day! I got the email saying someone will be in touch with me soon, it has been a little over a week now and no one reached out to me regarding my refund, instead I get all these adds for supliment and a personal trainer when I clearly wanted to cancel. I told my personal trainer that I have been wanting to cancel and waiting to receive my refund from the program since it is not to my liking and that I have sent 2 emails already and no one is assisting me at all. She told me "we do not offer refunds on custom plans. I would be happy to help you rework or adjust your diet plan to make this more doable for you. Please let me know what works and does not work with your plan and we can go from there!" I don't want a diet plan I would like my money back and I shouldn't have to explain it either!
