On May 1 I subscribed to the V Shred program for $59. I also ordered three bottles of the burn supplement for $144.87. Subsequently, my doctor told me not to use the program or supplements due to my health conditions. In the marketing video, the company said that they would return money with no questions asked. I attempted to contact them by phone and email and I got a response that they would get back to me in 10 days. I then noticed. So I bought a whole deal or program for $67 from Vshred plus $200 for six Burn Bottles about a week ago I have sent five or six emails I havent gotten one response back somehow they dont answer emails accordingly nor do they provide a phone number that works where you can actually interact with a human being and get a refund. Is there email contains a number they provide for supposedly dissatisfied customer or if you have questions and when you call they say that they are no currently doing any customer service of type and then I have to reach Vshred through email. Supposedly, they said you get your money back guaranteed but that is not true. They just lie to people they also claim that they are so busy and theyre trying to get back to people as in emailing them back in a timely manner because they are supposedly so busy which is ********. No one answers to emails no one calls, and Im not sure till when Im gonna get my money back. I clicked on it, it asked for a few things and when it asked for my payment info, i should have been wary, but i wasnt. From there whatever product i clicked on, it automatically purchased!! I signup for the fitness program a month ago and never received the email with temp password to created account. I received supplements that I need to return did not feel well when taken. Purchased Ripped in 90 days and custom diet plan on Wednesday April 26. During questions I stated I have dumbbells and kettlebells for home workouts. On 4/20/23 I sighed up for the fat loss extreme program ($57 plus tax). I also signed up for custom diet plan ($67 plus tax). As of Monday 4/24/24 I had not received the custom diet plan. I emailed them requesting cancellation of the custom diet plan on three separate occasions (4/23/24, 4/24/23 and 4/28/23) via their support email. I also contacted one of their trainers (******) via text on 4/26/23 to report issue when she was following up for one on one training. ****** said via email that they had been SUPER busy but would let her supervisor know. As of today 5/1/23- I have not received any information on my refund request. I do however continue to receive multiple emails and texts about other offers. I am merely requesting a refund plus tax for a program the company did not fulfill. I no longer wish to obtain now as it is too late. At the end of December I ordered two different supplements from shred/ sculpt nation. I received them and started taking them, discovering that they not only upset my stomach but in going to the doctor I suspected they were throwing some of my blood work off. I notified them that I wanted a refund and was told that they would comply. But it took a several weeks and a few emails to get the shipping label from the the paperwork I needed to fill out. I sent the refund paperwork in and the adverse reaction report in and shipped my product back. Although I have sent several emails asking about my refund I have received nothing but push notifications as to when my refund will be applied they told me 5 to 10 days I shipped it in March 17th, 2023. They have also not informed me if they've received the adverse reaction form and the refund paperwork, hence I have no idea what's going on and I have $400 in refund money that I'm waiting for. I tried to contact them by phone but they do not do customer service over the phone. I have been more than patient especially considering I can't contact a real person and they have not told me if they have everything they need to process my refund.Business Response

We replied via email on March 12, 2023, at 10:06 am, with a link to retrieve their return label, as well as a form to detail the adverse effects they had experienced.
We then received emails regarding the status of their return on March 29, 2023, at 12:33 pm, and April 5, 2023, at 6:05 pm. We replied via email on April 18, 2023, at 1:52 pm, explaining the refund process. We then received another email from the customer on May 1, 2023, at 12:52 pm, inquiring about the status of the refund.
The supplements were received at our warehouse on March 27, 2023, and we processed the refund on May 4, 2023. We recognize that the timeframe to refund the customer was longer than acceptable, and additionally, we dropped the ball in our response on April 18. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused the customer. On April 12, 2023 I saw an ad on ******** about VSHRED and bought 2 items:Toned in 90 days bundle $57 custom diet plan $67 In the ad it said they had 24 hour customer service and you could get a refund at anytime.At the time of purchase I had just had abdominal surgery and didn't realize my recovery time was going to be 3 to 4 months so I called the customer service number and the recording stated that it was not working at this time so I sent an email requesting a refund. I did receive an email acknowledging my request and that they would get back to me in 10 days, they haven't, I sent another email at 10 days and have heard nothin back at all. This company is a fraud, nothing they said in the ad was true. I want my $ back, can you help me?Business Response

Our goal is to handle all customer concerns with urgency and provide a timely resolution that addresses all their concerns. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience experienced by the customer and want to assure them that our customer service team is working hard to address all customer requests in the order in which they were received.
We received the customer's email requesting to cancel their program purchase, the Toned in 90 Days Bundle and Custom Diet Plan (299ab70d-7f19-4b25-a3af-9cda404486e8), in the amount of $124.00. We responded by email on April 30, 2023, to inform the customer that we have issued a refund for that program in the requested amount. We kindly ask that the customer allow **** business days for the funds to fully reflect in their account.
We recognize that the timeframe to resolve the customer's concerns was longer than acceptable, and we apologize for the frustration this may have caused. We assure the customer that we are taking steps to ensure that all customer requests are resolved in a timely manner.
