Against Ask-crew I paid a one time fee for their service. Without my permission they gave me a subscription and now try to charge me$46 a month. My bank flagged it and cancelled my card but they somehow got my new number and i did not give it to them. I am tired of changing my card number every month as a result of their fraudulent activity trying to charge me $46 mo.Business Response

I ended up in a website called askcrew and was asking a question before I realized where I was. However, I was advised I would be charged a dollar. I disconnected from the this website. Sometime later a charge of $46 was applied to my credit card by askcrew and denied as I had reached my limit. It took me a while to remember who that was and then was very angry as to how they had my card information that I did not give. Later they charged my debit card for $46 again how did they get my card information. Then now today they charged a $1 which is the amount they declared they would charged.
