    I thought I was chatting with a Rockstar games employee via messaging in a chat box online about an issue I was having with a package I ordered from them. They asked me for $1.00 that would be refunded to assist me further, it did seem weird but I did agree to give them $1.00. After that moment though I felt sick and quit the chat and checked my ****** which then showed a charge of $38 then plus the $1.00 from this company called ask crew and the $38 was listed as an ongoing subscription. I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted ****** for the unauthorized $38 charge to be looked into which they investigated rather quickly less than an hour, and declined my dispute in favor of this 3rd party scammer. I continued to contact this ask crew place as suggested by ****** for a refund and they denied each request because I filed a dispute against them. I contacted ask crew several times via email through the day and one phone call to get a refund because I didnt sign up for them or even know it was a 3rd party I was talking to until it was too late.

    On December 29, 2024, my bank account was charged $1.00 by a technology company known as **************************. I have never heard of this company, and I did not request any of their services.

    This business charged my ****** account $43.00 on 11/27/2024 and $ ***** on 12/27/2024. After I complained to them that I did not ask for their services I was refunded $21.00 on 12/27/2014 out of $85.00 paid total with nothing received. I like the balance of $64.00 refunded to me.

    On Dec 18, 2024, I was connected to ASKCREW by ****** to resolve a problem with my ****** Pixel phone, when the ****** technician was not able to fix it. I was told they would charge me a dollar which would be refunded, so I provided my debit card number. The technician from ASKCREW did not solve the problem. I was charged not only the one dollar, which was not refunded, but an additional $42 dollars.

    I asked one question of ask crew and you are automatically signed up for a subscription without your permission they charged me $46 for asking 1 question called several times to get a full refund and all I received was a partial will not give a full refund I want to report these scammets

    Recently I noticed several payments to a company called Ask-Crew that I know absolutely nothing about. The first charges were for $46 and $1 on 11/15/2024. I got a second $46 today. I called them and they told me I had signed up for their services as well as for automatic renewal. The only possible connection I can make is that I was trying to get help on my internet service and would be charged $1 . I did not sign up for it, nor authorize $46 recurring fee. I do not feel this company acts in good faith as they have only refunded ***** to date and Im going around and round with them in email for a full refund. Seems like a complete scam. I would hope they would the refund $46 x 2 minus the $23 they refunded me.
