On 7/7/2023 I purchased a Strikeman product for cash and didn't notice there was no receipt. I had the opportunity to try the system with another purchaser and it doesn't make me a better shooter.Their refund policy states I can return it for a full refund. My system is not opened yet. I purchased a Strikeman Laser Pro training system. I also purchased a Strikeman 45 colt laser cartridge. The cartridge does not fit my Springfield 911 45 pistol. It is much too large to fit in the firing chamber. I have tried several times to request assistance from this company. I have sent 4 emails with no response. I cannot find an actual phone number to contact anyone at this company. There is no phone contact number listed on their website. I don't know if the cartridge I purchased is defective or if this is a reoccurring issue with the 45 cartridges. Help!Business Response

Order a Strikeman training system which was delivered. Upon trial of the system the laser registration was so inaccurate (either no registration or multiple shots registered without pulling the trigger) that I decided the system was not for me. After following the return instructions, the entire package in original packaging was delivered (mail tracking shows that someone signed for the package upon arrival at Strikemans facility). Now 3 weeks later and 2 email requests for returning the money, Strikeman does not even respond and money has not been returned. If this is not settled soon, I will have to take other steps to get my money back.Business Response

On March 31, 2023 I ordered the Strikeman dry shoot system. Today is 4/24/2023 and I have yet to receive it. I paid $94.99 for the system and have been emailing them for the past 2 weeks to find out why the order has not shipped and why they are communicating with me about the order. Each time I email them I am told the following:Thanks for your response.I have reached out to the warehouse and they have started shipping. However, they were not able to get to your order yet. They should be able to ship your order this week.Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.That was last week. There is no way to call them, the only option is to email them. I no longer want their product. I just want my money back, this is the second time I have requested my money back. Is there a way to file a report against them? I am rejecting this response because: This is the worst experience I have had with a company ever! Yes, they said they shipped it and yes it says it was given to DHL. *** said they gave it to **** and **** said they delivered it. But it is not here. They said it was delivered to my front door but I have cameras all around my house and the cameras did not alert me to package being dropped at my door. In addition, it is not in my mailbox.If you would like video proof, I have it. No one came to my door and the package is not here.

I found their Black Friday/Christmas Sale by website. The item was ordered and delivered on time and put under the Christmas Tree; upon opening the gift, my spouse did not like the gift and did not open the package, he asked me to return it. I went to their website and have contacted them many times since to seek a refund. Their refund policy is only 15 days; which means the gift would have had to have been opened before Christmas. Regardless, I have tried to get someone from **************** to reply to my emails in hopes to reach an agreement; I was happy to pay the return shipping. No one has ever replied to me and there is no phone number to contact them. I simply want a refund. The items are still new in the package, never opened.Business Response

I placed an order on Nov. 09, 2022 for a dry fire system and ordered different caliber sizes so I could use the system with all my guns. After receiving the shipment I set it up and tried using it. Nothing worked. I tried all the troubleshooting techniques on their website and on ******* nothing worked. I sent an e-mail from the website asking for help with no response. I then sent a email from my personal email explaining the problems I was having and 12 DAYS LATER I received a response saying in part, "HI ****, Thanks for your email. Sounds like you're having issues with the app and I understand this situation can be frustrating. Please make sure to use the latest version of the app." this was from ******************** The rest was just a repeat of the things listed to try. I emailed back saying I tried all these and the laser itself does not work, I even tried to replace the batteries and that mad no difference. The response 6 DAYS LATER was in part "To help you troubleshoot the issues you're experiencing, I wanted to suggest some general steps that have helped other customers. Please try opening the app settings for the Strikeman app and deleting the cache and storage, and then uninstall the app entirely. Next, please restart your phone and reinstall the app again. Before doing anything else, restart the phone once more." Now it past the 15 day return policy so according to them I cant return it, but it took them over 18 DAYS to respond and never once allowed me a return. their website states "Email customer care at ********************************** Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Let us know if you would like to process a return or exchange and we will walk you through the process" They do not have a phone number so the "Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday!" is a lie and they do not respond fast enough to initiate a return within 15days.READ all the complaints here and on the internet they are a scam!Business Response

Thanks for your message, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. I see that we did respond your emails late, within 5 days with the first time and 6 days the second time, I apologize for delay, we were behind due to Christmas time. We are currently respond within regular time now. We did offer trouble shooting advice but never got a response after the second email so we weren't aware the problem still persisted, there was never a return ignited in the emails. You are more than welcome to respond to our latest email with your app issues and we are more than happy to assist. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the order as there is a current credit card dispute placed, once that is pending dispute, the credit card company will handle the refund/dispute, we no longer have the capabilities to refund an order on our end, I am sorry about that. You will need to wait for the credit card company to settle the claim. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to email us regarding an app questions, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:The company keeps commenting on me having trouble with the app. This is not the case but was suggested by their customer service! None of the lazer cartridges work!
I even changed out batteries in case they were faulty. **************** wrote back saying im haveing troubles with the app. Now after filing with BBB they still say I'm having trouble with the app. The physical products do not work! But this is what they do is play theses run around games until your out of time. I know BBB can not enforce a refund but at least with another complaint here that people can see it will help them realize this company is a fraud and only out to scam people. I wish I would have done some research before purchasing!

The credit card company does not have an open case, the money was charged back to my credit card siting " Strikeman indicated the product was delivered with no damage and customer has issues with the app" Since the charge back I have already paid the charge off. Plain and simple THE PRODUCT NEVER WORKED. Not the app not damaged it just does not work None of the cartridges worked nothing was working and for you to say " A previously mentioned this order as an open dispute with the credit card company and I am not able to refund the order due to the funds be held, please kindly be patient while the dispute takes place." Is just another LIE, if you had any intention of providing me a refund you would. I just hope this whole incident helps anyone looking to purchase your product.

Item arrived in Thursday 1/13/23. The following Monday was a holiday (MLK Day). On the Sunday before holiday, 1/16 I had a minor problem so emailed company (Email #1). The only available way of contacting them. By Wed, 1/19 there was no response. In the meantime I had done research and solved one of my two issues so I sent second email telling them but still needing assistance on second issue. T (Email #2) Ten days later I still had no response so emailed them AGAIN. (Email #3) All emails were politely expressed. It is now over 2 weeks since receipt of system, I need minor assistance but their supposed Customer Support is non-existent.
