I ordered product and received confirmation email. When I went to track it for shipping it said it was not found. I have tried to contact them several times but received no response. I ordered their system on 11/25/23. They claim to have fast service but I had not received an email saying that the item was shipped, so I sent a request for information. They followed up with some spam and, after reading responses here, decided to cancel the order and sent them an email to that effect on Wednesday , 11/25 including a message through PayPal on 11/25 and 12/2. Neither PayPal nor I have received any response to our emails and will follow up with PayPal to get a refund. I have to wait until 12/9 to do that but will follow through.Initial Complaint

I bought a Strikeman dry firing system on Nov. 22nd 2023. I accidentally bought the wrong size Lazer bullet so I emailed them about an hour after making my purchase to see if they would be able to give me the right size bullet in my order. I never heard back from them. I emailed them again today to ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund since my package has not yet left their warehouse. I looked them up on the BBB website today and there are a lot of complaints stating they don't email back in a timely manner and that it causes people not to be able to return the product and get a refund. I wanted to come straight here in hopes that I don't have to end up in a similar situation. I am on disability so I don't have much money for Christmas presents so I need to make sure I get my refund so I can buy another present for a loved one.There is no costumer service number for the company and I can't wait weeks to hear a reply.Customer Answer

Strikeman was not able to cancel the order , I still have not heard from the company. The product arrived at my home yesterday and as soon as it did I tried to start a return on their website. I was brought to a web page that asked for me email and the order number. I put the information in and it said"order can not be found ." I checked to see if the order number from the invoice that was in the box matched up with the order number given to me through email. It did not match. The order number given to me through email was listed as the reference number on the invoice. I then tried to put in the other number and it still said that my order could not be found . Today I am mailing my order back. The *** instructions on their website state that I need to put my first and last name along with the order # on the outside of the box. Since I don't know the order- I put both the order number and reference number. I then put a short explanation on the side of the box as to why there were two numbers.

I ordered a cartridge for a 9mm and a 10mm kit. The 9mm jammed in two firearms, caused damage to one of them, and was unusable in both. I have contacted the company via their website, social media, and Amazon with no response. This is a scam on a large scale.Initial Complaint

The laser bullet went defective after about 20 shots replaced batteries and still doesn't work have emailed the company 4 times and never get a response. This company is a scam they wait till your 45 days are up before they respond to you.Customer Answer

I am trying to exchange a cartridge that doesnt fit. I have e-mailed back and forth 9 times and keep getting the exact same answer back. I asked to speak to a representative but was told that was impossible, the only contact is through e-mail. I finally tried to exchange the entire system but will not work either. I think it is extremely poor customer service and they are basically stealing money if you cannot return an item. I needed the .45 Colt cartridge not the one I accidentally ordered. They keep emailing to fill out the form online and it doesnt work. They refuse to let me speak to an actual representative to resolve this.At this point I am frustrated by the lack of customer service and just want to return the entire product, which has never been opened.Initial Complaint

I have a strike man system and a 9mm cartridge to use with it. The laser has never worked on the cartridge from the box. i've purchased 3 of these in about a year and they all go bad after a few months, two of them stopped working after about 4-5 months each, then - the 3rd stopped working today and is just on permanently - please send me a replacement back cartridgs only - the front ones are functional.
