I recently (late December2023) purchased a Strikeman laser firearm training system. I have a Glock 27 Gen 4, .40. After assembling the system and following all safety instructions, I loaded my weapon with the Strikeman .40 S&W laser cartridge. After firing the weapon I racked the slide and the laser cartridge ejected from the weapon. I reloaded the cartridge and fired agin. When racking the slide, the cartridge ejected a second time. This continued after each time the weapon was fired, basically rendering the system useless. When I tried using the system during a timed shooting event, I spent the majority of the time reloading the laser cartridge after it ejected after the slide was racked. I contacted Strikeman support and spoke with ***** who indicated that this should not happen. She requested photos of my weapon after the laser had been inserted into the chamber, and also a photo of the laser. I sent the photos. ***** said they would investigate and if they could not solve the problem with the cartridge, she would send me another cartridge. It has been over a week now and no one has contacted me regarding an update, a solution, or a replacement cartridge, even though I have sent several emails to them. Their return and warranty website would not accept my attempts to return the system nor would it accept my attempt at a warranty claim. This is extremely frustrating, not only because the system is useless, but that I have not received any further contact about a resolution. I spent my hard earned money on a system that I cant use.Customer Answer

It worked/sort of the first ***** shots.. *** attempted to re-calibrate the gun sight to the target countless times, made sure the lighting was right. Tried it in bright day time, and well lit rooms at night.Its simply not working. The laser shows up on the target when I shoot but the app doesnt recognize the shot for ***** seconds and then makes the sound notification that I just shot the target multiple times in a row.The whole deal is glitching and very frustrating. Ive even bought new batteries for the 9mm laser round hoping that would help.Id like to speak with someone to get this resolved and to make the situation right. I think the product and idea is incredible. I purchased target to use with phone for my son for Christmas. After reading reviews my son no longer wants. Package was not opened. I wrapped it in the plastic bag. Made purchase online Dec 4 for *****. Company states processing 1-2 days, shipment within 8. After 9 days, I emailed bc purchase hadn't been processed or shipped. After 11 days after order (dec 15) with no replies, I opened a dispute with PayPal. At this point I emailed again and requested to cancel my purchase because it was timely that it be received on time and was already late. After this. I received a tracking number that it was shipped on Dec 17, 2 weeks after my order. Still no replies. It took another week to arrive, even though it was no longer wanted. I have requested information on making a return After the shipment was made, because if it arrived I wanted to return. Still have received no return communication. Item arrived om dec 23, 19 days later after order (when website states 8 days, so more than twice as long with no communication), there is a time limit to return for refund. Company is not responding to ANY attempts to communicate for return/ refund, as it did not communicate about shipment being late, canceling order as requested, etc.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Strikeman Pro with separate.45 laser on 11/27/23. I was very excited and even went as far as downloading the app (an additional $75.00). The product was projected to be delivered Dec 5, 2023. As of now it is still in ********** with the status of in transit. Several emails, ******** messages, instagram messages, and hours trying to search for a phone number to reach customer support. I have received no response back At this point in time I just want my money back. I have no product to return. With the lack of customer support I would be very hesitant to order anything else. I had to order a Mantis laser system which will be delivered today (1 week). Please make contact so we can discuss refund of the product I have never received.Initial Complaint

The company has not shipped my product. I have contacted customer service using their email multiple times with no response. After looking on their Instagram many people are saying the same thing. This company takes your money and doesnt send you anything. Its a scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Strikeman system and it never shipped. I emailed several times and I keep getting automated responses. I finally had to file a dispute through Affirm since thats how I paid. I ordered two separate orders on November 29th. One I paid extra for two day shipping to get it in time for my my fathers birthday. On December 3rd I ordered one for my husband for Christmas. I have not had any shipping updates. No one will reach out to me from the customer service. I just found out that the order I ordered on December 3 is already on its way but the other packages are no where to be found and no one will reach out to me.
