    I placed an order with this company on 12-1-22. They were quick to charge my credit card. I choose expedited shipping at checkout. I have received zero communication from this business. I have emailed twice. Once on Dec 8th, 2022 requesting information on the status of my order. No response. I emailed again on Dec 12, 2022. Again, no response. There is no phone number in which to contact the seller. i am filing a complaint due to lack of any communication whatsoever regarding the status of my order.

    I ordered TWO Strikeman units. I received ONE. *** asked for this to be corrected. No one returns emails. There is no telephone number for customer service either.

    I simply cannot get in touch with the company to be able to track my order ! I have sent multiple email request for the shipping tracking number with no response . Why dont they just get a ****** number !!! Im mad already and after reading the reviews this seems like a waste ! They put a lot into their commercials and videos but not in service and customer support ! Please get a phone number and respond promptly to emails !

    Nov 25 th. 2022 I purchased the laser training 9mm on 11/28 I received a email that the package was on its way. I kept trying the tracking numbers but nothing changed . I tried to get a hold of the company/ no phone number. Email only I keep sending emails but get no response. They did respond to my initial email about the 15 day trial period . I asked that the 15 days start at Christmas as this is a gift, they said no. When they have responded it takes 2-3 days for a email. The website says 2-5 business days to arrive. The shipping information I received on their email 11/28 shows tracking numbers for DHL and **** cant get anywhere with DHL. **** says it has not received the package yet . I just want to know if this is a scam. Please help

    Placed order #********, received an email on 11/28/22 with a DHL tracking number. Now 12/7/22 and tracking # still says DHL is waiting to receive the shipment from Strikeman. Sent 2 emails to Strikeman via ********************************* (no phone # provided for customer service) with no response. I just want my order before Christmas, but if that's not going to happen, I want a refund. The lack of communication, and no phone number, is very concerning. Such a shame, because the product concept is excellent. The lack of customer service is crippling to their success.

    I ordered the basic product from Strikeman along with 2 extra calipers. The money was taken immediately with an email stating they will let me know when it has shipped. One week went by with nothing so I contacted and was told it was on backorder. No problem, so I asked for an estimated time and was told the following week they will restock and ship. I did not hear a word the following week. Meanwhile I continue to receive emails from them to buy other items and upgrade the item I previously bought. The website continues to show everything as available for purchase, no mention of backorder, very unethical and misleading.

    you cannot contact this company by phone. you are required to contact via **** site. then you get the electronic run around. cannot make the product app work without tech support. i am 79 yrs old and not verry **** site savvy. i am returning the product via their on line instructions. we will see how that goes.

    On 10/8/22 strikeman received my return of their product that I was not satisfied with per their return policy. I have yet to receive my refund and strikeman list no phone number for a customer service representative. Im just trying to contact them because they dont respond to my emails.
