    I purchased the system around the holidays after reading that there are only a few 9mm the system doesn't work for. I didn't meet the 15 day deadline and by the time I got to try it the system does not work with my firearm. I contacted support and after 3 weeks (beyond the 15 days anyhow) they are not willing to help.

    Thanks for your message, we didn't accept the return because you contacted us 4 weeks after the order was delivered, we have a 15 day trial period/return policy. I checked your email and I see the firearm that you are using it not on our incompatibility list. We are willing to work with you, if you would like a refund, please kindly return the product as soon as possible (within the next couple of weeks) and email your tracking number and we will provide you with a refund. Thank you.

    I had placed an order on 1/8/23. They said shipping 1 to 5 days. They said to follow along with Shop. I have sent several emails, due to no phone number listed, and asked for a follow up. As of today I have not heard from anyone and have requested a refund. I still have not heard from anyone. I have asked to have the refund put back on my card. They pulled the money right away, so they can return it right away.

    Strikeman offers a large range product for ****** free shipping.They also offer for the same product a 20% discount. When you take the regular price there is no shipping charge, but when you take the discount they charge you ***** shipping which still has you paying 199. To me this is false advertising as their discount doesn't really exist.I have made multiple contact attempts with the Company to no avail. I think this unfair practice needs to be stopped and honesty should take its place.*******************

    I am sorry for any confusion. Our site is very clear that you must spend at least $199 or more to receive the free shipping, if you use a promo code then you could be brought under threshold of that. Free shipping automatically applies once the order is over the $199. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1) I never received alleged email response from Strikeman.  

    2) I need the 9mm laser cartridge in exchange for 223 laser cartridge I mailed back to Strikeman in December (supporting documentation provided with initial correspondence with BBB).

    3) Even if I attempt to go to Amazon, I do not have the incorrect 223 laser cartridge that I mailed back to Strikeman in exchange for the 9mm cartridge.  Strikeman has it!

    Thanks for your message, I have reviewed you email again and it says that your order number is Amazon order #***-7266706-6890644, this means you purchased via Amazon which is a 3rd party company, I checked out system and there was never an order placed with *********;Holstein with the address provided. You will need to do an exchange with Amazon since the order was purchase through that company.  Please contact Amazon support and supply your order number, someone there can assist you, we can only assist with orders placed with Strikeman.     I purchased the Strikeman laser training system on Dec 24 2022 in the amount of $94.19 and didnt receive the product until 5 Jan 2023. I set the product up per included instruction and downloaded the app needed. Upon installation of this app on 2 different. iPhone 13 Pros with the latest IOS, I found the application to be unstable. The app would constantly freeze up or restart and not register shots or register shots minutes later. After several attempts to troubleshoot I finally gave up. I attempted to contact Strikeman via email. They do not list a phone number for customer support. Their site is they are available to an answer questions 9-5. I have sent multiple emails now with no response. Your site instructs the customer to contact support and return the product in 15 days and pay for shipping. I would like a full refund to include shipping. I think with all the issues with the application prior to my purchasing your company is well aware of the problem but seeing the app has not been updated in 6 months, your company is not doing anything to correct the issue and continues to sell the product knowingly. I would like a full refund to include return shipping.

    This companies return policy has got to be one of the a worst Ive ever seen. 15 days to use the product and test it is bad enough, but then they make the customer pay for return shipping on top of that. Just horrible. Shipping times are incredibly long, I ordered on 11/28 and received 12/13. So of course it wasnt opened until 12/25, and then a few days to use it, already outside the return window. Now onto the product itself. It doesnt work with the firearm type I have. Its the correct caliber, but the laser system is flawed and the response given from Strikeman was to oil the cartridge. This did nothing to fix the issue. The laser cartridge itself is cheap. Every time you put it into the same gun the laser will shine on a different area relative to point of aim. So the feedback given is horrible and trains poor aiming habits. Overall, I cant believe how poorly made the product is, how terrible the customer service is, and just how scummy the company seems.

    Purchased the Strikeman Pro Advanced Laser Firearm Training System around October. I do have an order number. I did not open the item right away. It was about a month later. I opened and put it together and I was under the assumption that all parts where there to use it. Apparently it does not come with a laser. I'm unable to use the item and when I email support, I get no response. There is no contact number or address. Only an email and it only gives you days to try the item or mail back. So if I mail it do I get my money back? Who knows. Very bad business.

    I ordered a Strikeman Pro for Christmas for my husband Nov 2, 2022. I just gifted it to him Dec 25, 2022. He doesnt want it. I went on their site, and it says I would have to have returned it 15 days from purchase. I want to return it for full refund. There is no phone number to contact them and they are not responding. This was not cheap purchase. Terrible customer service. I would never have ordered if I knew this is how they operate. I want a refund for ******

    I placed my order with Strikeman on December 5th, 2022. I received a confirmation email with order number #********. By December 17th I had not received a shipping email; so I emailed their customer service asking for an update.. By December 19th I had not received a reply, so I searched them on Instagram only to see hundreds of comments talking of a scam, and angry about never receiving their product. I have messaged Strikeman on ******** with no reply. I want my money back in full.

    Strikeman has not sent me my complete order. I send an email and they do not attempt to correct it.
