      Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The delivery team arrives 2 hours outside the window for delivery- I had to call the company to make sure they were still coming because no one had reached out and I took a half day from work so I could be there for the delivery.
      When they go to drop off my couch- the delivery team clearly had no idea what they were doing. They manage to get my couch stuck in the front door after they ripped my front door off its hinges. It’s snowing and below freezing and at this point my front door is now damaged. The delivery team tells me it’s my problem and then they threaten to call the cops on me for asking to talk to their manager. They then leave and I have to move the couch by myself and fix my front door because it was snowing and I live in an unsafe neighborhood.
      After that I contacted the customer experience team no one responded to me or apologized for my horrible experience.
      By far the worse service I have ever paid for and experienced. Stay away from this company at all costs.

      Worst delivery service ever. Ordered high-end Caracole dresser from ******** on 2/4/2023, which included white glove delivery. Due to supply chain issues, shipment wasn’t until 3/9, which was not a problem. Kept checking tracking and finally was contacted on 3/27 to schedule delivery. I work 2 24 hour shifts a week an hour from my home, so can take delivery Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10 and all day Friday. When they called me, they had already scheduled a delivery for the week of April 3 on a day that I could not be available. They further informed me that they only deliver one day a week and the day is different each week. We rescheduled to 4/13 and I told them it needed to be after 12 as I already was scheduled to be in surgery that morning. On 4/12, they emailed to say that the delivery window was 9AM to 1PM. No phone number to contact. I emailed back to say that it was impossible; I got a form email back saying they were working on a response. The response came saying the same window. I Googled the company phone number, reached a very nice woman who said that they never put in the request for PM delivery and that she would get back to me with a new date. She didn’t. I ended up calling ******** who said they’ve had many problems with them and that Fragilepak told them that I requested mornings. On 4/17, I emailed again. Received a non-responsive reply. On 4/18, I called ******** again. They told me that Fragilepak would only deliver in an acceptable window for an additional fee. ******** is eating that fee (showing their great customer service.) I still don’t have confirmation of delivery window. I have had many furniture deliveries in the past. I have never seen such incompetence. Given the other reviews, I’m also very worried about what condition it will arrive in and how much damage they’re going to do to it or my home during delivery.

      The delivery team from FragilePAK refused to assemble my white-glove delivery items from Crate and Barrel. They tried to dump the items in my garage and leave. The two men were verbally abusive when I said that they would either need to assemble the items or take them back. The entire FragilePAK team was rude and unprofessional, not to mention extremely late with the delivery. I would not recommend this company.

      Terrible company I ordered a couch and a bedroom set in February my delivery keeps getting pushed back for all sorts of excuses from we don’t have a truck big enough to now the truck is broken and they don’t even call and say they’re not coming they just no show it is now April and I still do not have my furniture!

      I’m 100% satisfied! I didn’t read any reviews for this company until after I ordered my sectional, so I was stressing for a few weeks. Yes it took a few weeks to deliver, but everything was packed as it should be, and the 2 drivers were very helpful!

      HOW IS FRAGILEPAK IN BUSINESS?!? I’m wondering why reputable furniture companies work with such a joke of a company like FragilePAK. They have one job, and they repeatedly fail…over and over and over again. It’s the same as every other review on here: my “confirmed” delivery has been a no call and no show four separate times. Still not here. And the customer service is a joke! I don’t want any more apologies for your terrible service. I want my products here, and I want a refund for the $$$$ “white glove delivery”.

      Item (75" TV) shipped from the Exchange service on March 17, 2023. As of April 10, 2023, I continue to receive notifications that the item has not arrived at the final warehouse location for delivery coordination. In one week, 30 days will have passed since I paid for the item and the item was shipped from the purchaser.

      If I could give it zero stars I would do that! I ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered in a week. It was wrongfully scanned and shipped to the wrong hub in a different state. When you contact them, they’re annoyed you’re asking the status. They say they’ve “already contacted the hub” but never provide the location of your item or status.
      Long story short. No sofa, terrible customer service and complete logistic incompetence. If you’re buying something and they use Fragile Pak run the other way!

      This company is a joke. Cannot get my items delivered (Crate and Barrel). They tell me I did not make a reservation (I made two) and now my delivery is another week out. Let’s see if they actually show up. This has me questioning any and all figure purchases from Crate and Barrel. What a massive disappointment and inconvenience.
