      Worse company ever and constant lying
      Worse company ever: Ordered a couch from a reputable retailer who uses Fragilepak for deliveries.
      Had 3 different dates for delivery and waited all day and each won was a no show. Was in contact with customer service each time who supposedly talked to driver and said they were running behind,driver will contact us , and will still make the delivery that day. Driver should be fired. Not even a phone call to let us know he was going to be a no show. 3 TIMES. Will ask for refund for the couch since I can't get it delivered. Unbelievable disregard for the customer.

      Worst delivery service imaginable. Poor communication, and when they called I offered to meet the driver on the highway because my place can be hard to find. Sat there for an hour and half and no show. Calling Fragile Pak results in repeated "apologize for the inconvenience". On hold for an hour...twice... and gave up.If you cannot reach anyone and have the same problems everyone else seems to have with hese people, try the *** or President.       Agree with everything negative said. Nothing but excuses. Finally had to drive 80 miles to pick up my appliance. Even then I had to stay overnight to convenience their dock. They should not be allowed to be in business.

      Made an order through crate and barrel for furniture. Contacted to schedule FragilePak to obtain the item and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks later. When Fragile Pak contact me with emails or texts every 2 hours, I scheduled a delivery on Oct 21, 2022 and received multiple confirmation emails and a phone call for 9am-1pm that day. No one called or showed up. I emailed Fragile Pak and they replied a day later that they had attempted delivery the day before (10/24) and no one was home, and they need approval by crate and barrel to attempt a redelivery. I let them know that was an absolute lie because there was no doorbell camera record or phone call. When I called to complain to crate and barrel, a new scheduling link was sent. However, in the middle of the chat with C&B, I was told "it's not our fault" that the delivery service they contracted with was not able to deliver the furniture I paid for including shipping. Based on other reviews of Fragile Pak, I would steer clear of any furniture orders from crate and barrel until they can contract with a better shipper. The furniture was delivered on 10/26, however when they came they attempted to forgo the placement, unpacking, or assembly because "it's not that hard." So we had to argue with them yet again to provide the services already paid for and promised per their confirmation email.

      Whats the point of having a confirmed appointment scheduled day if you dont even show up and then reschedule it for another week out. Everybody needs to reach out to every manufacturer and business and ensure that this company doesnt get utilized ever. It is unacceptable. I even had to try and contact them twice hours apart just to get someone to reach out.

      We ordered a mattress which was delivered to Fragile Pak. After weeks of no word I contacted the company to which we bought it who stated the order had been shipped. When I spoke with Fagile *** they stated they had not received our order. We contacted them numerous times over the next couple of days but they just kept denying they received the shipment. Finally a dock search was completed and miraculously they found our shipment, only after a month of having it sitting there. Then when it came to scheduling they couldn't get us on the schedule for a week and a half. So we were again not a priority. They not only screwed up our order but then we were made to wait even longer to get our shipment. So unprofessional.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order with ********************** in August. They held my order until we moved into our home mid September. I paid $800 on 9/1 because I was told it takes about 2 weeks transit time to get to *******. My shipment was not picked up until 9/16 and now, it is 10/11 with still no idea where my shipment is. Every email I have is a representative saying they dont know where exactly my shipment is, to use the tracking link which is extremely vague and just gives an ETA. Also, had I not reached out, I would not have been informed my order was delayed. No explanation on why it was delayed either. They do not answer the phones and this company is not transparent about the location of your shipment which is not comforting. With a $3k furniture order and $800 for shipment, I would expect more from a company. There is a reason this company is 1 star company.

      I don't know what kind of scam FragilePak is running. I have an email thread with them that goes from 8/10 until today (10/3.) According to the original tracking info I was provided, they've had my dishwasher in hand since July.... The delay to deliver my dishwasher was originally due to the number of flights of stairs to my condo. They've sent multiple links to schedule delivery since August, which take me in a loop of "sorry, there is an issue with your delivery. Please contact customer service." I do that, they send another link, and I run into the same issue. I ask them to just schedule the delivery for me. They then tell me they're still trying to figure out this elusive "stairs" issue... THEN a couple weeks ago, the story changes. They don't know where my dishwasher actually is. Now I'm waiting for my dishwasher to be shipped to my state...although their tracking says it reached my state months ago. I've sent at least ********************************************************** JUNE. This company needs to be shut down.

      I would give zero stars if I could. I have been waiting for a stove to be delivered, which is in the state already, and it's been 2 weeks. I cant get a return phone call, nor do they properly respond to emails. They keep saying that I'm not responding and it's a total lie.
