1 starI was expecting a shipment weighing several hundred pounds from Overstock/BB&B, and I would receive notification 24 hours prior to delivery with signature required. Never got the notification and delivery was two days before tracking said it was expected. They dropped it off in the driveway in the middle of our garage door blocking us from pulling cars out of the garage. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if there are no cars in the driveway then they must be in the garage. ****** ******* was the original carrier but they handed it off to Fragile Pak for local delivery. They got a conference call going with Fragile Pak but they were no help at all. In fact, the lady at Fragile Pak was extremely rude, a regular *******. Avoid this company at all costs!FragilePak

1 starTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They didn’t show up for 2 different delivery windows and didn’t communicate about any of it. Each time I called, the service rep said in so many words, “There’s nothing I can do.” Not an apology, not reschedule on a different date, nothing. They didn’t return phone calls. It was awful. I found out after being home ALL DAY the first time they “tried” to deliver (of course nobody called) they drove to the end of my road, said it was “too narrow” and drove away. We have had multiple freight deliveries with no problem. The second time they no called no showed and I asked for help, I was BLAMED for them not showing up. “If you could’ve stayed later it would’ve been delivered today.” Furthermore, my husband and I both lost work time, I pulled my kid out of school early, moved two doctors appointments to meet THEIR time window. They won’t even give you options for a time window. We ordered a desk for my son’s school and he was without one for three weeks because of these people. I am astonished they are still in business. I have worked in customer service for years and I’m telling you, I would’ve been fired if I had acted this way. These people are terrible at what they do, they don’t offer customer service, just excuses. They don’t give one flying fig about people.FragilePak

1 starI am completely disgusted with this company. I ordered a bunk bed for my children to be delivered on September 1st from ******* Kids. FragilePak confirmed delivery for Sept 1. On Aug 30, I got a text saying my delivery was unscheduled due to my merchandise being moved from one warehouse to another because the original warehouse no longer did business with FragilePak. Now, my delivery is scheduled for Sept 5. I get a text THE DAY OF EXPECTED DELIVERY, saying that my package is unscheduled. WHERE ARE MY CHILDREN SUPPOSED TO SLEEP?
This company is absolutely disgusting. I keep getting the run around from totally unhelpful people who are uninformed and unable to offer my any actual solutions. STAY AWAY.FragilePak

1 starHorrible. Ordered a kayak on July 6. Got a notification that it was picked up on July 7. The shipping window was 17-21. I thought that was a long time but ok. It took 10 days to get from Texas to Georgia. It sat in Georgia for a week. 3 hours from where I live in South Carolina. It is now going to South Carolina to a location 3.5 hours from where I live. When I have called them they are not particularly helpful it’s like we’ll get to you when we get it to you. I don’t know how they’re still in business after reading other reviews. I’m not sure why the company I bought from uses them. I expressed my extreme frustration dissatisfaction there’s not enough words. Simply put NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!FragilePak

1 starI specifically ordered a kayak because the delivery time was reasonable at 20 days per the company I ordered from. This order was placed 6/22. I waited for an email to select my delivery date, but that email didn’t come until 27 days after I placed my order.
Sadly, the dates given by Fragilepak were in August. One of which I will be out of town. I chose August 9th just to secure a date. That’s another 20 days! I contacted Fragilepak in the hopes I could do something to expedite the delivery, but was told that the August 9th date was when it was expected to arrive at the delivery warehouse and not my home. The reason was due to Fragilepak loading and unloading delays.
My kayak is only two hours away from my house so I asked customer service if I could pick it up since it would be faster. I was told they cannot release my order that I paid for without approval from management. I was also told getting approval might take longer than waiting for the delivery! Just like so many other customers!
Cody H, who had the same experience as me put it best. “How is a company that’s so incompetent allowed to continue screwing people over. After reading other reviews I doubt I’ll even get my order in the extended 2-3 weeks. The fact I can’t pick up my own order that I paid for with the invoice and all other information pertaining to my order is asinine.”
I fear that the kayak season will be over by the time it is delivered. If I could, I’d give Fragilepak 0 stars.FragilePak

I was able to handle this by escalating the matter to the seller directly. They confirmed that the customer service rep from Fragilepak, who told me it could take a week or more to get an approval to pick up, was not correct. The approvals are instant.
I had to do what the Fragilepak rep should have done. I also had to forward the confirmation email authorization twice in order to facilitate the pick up. I was able to do this within a few hours without having to wait longer.Review fromCody H

1 starI specifically ordered a kayak because the delivery time was before a tournament I entered into giving me a week to setup my new kayak for the tournament. Unfortunately thanks to fragilepak they want to deliver my new kayak at least 2-3 weeks late. My order is only an hour from my house so I decided I’ll just pick it up so I can actually fish in the tournament, or so I thought. I was told they cannot release my order that I paid for without approval from the seller. I was also told getting approval might take longer than waiting for the delivery. 1 starThe delivery team showed up over 2 hours past the scheduled delivery window without a 30 minute warning call. They downloaded what I believed to be my entire order but did not inventory the pieces being delivered. I’m rushing to get back to work and quickly sign the paperwork. When I’m finished with work, I go to inventory the delivery and find 2 pieces missing and part of someone else’s delivery. I reach out to Fragilepak and let them know of the issue. I follow up once a week because I have furniture I can’t use and don’t have the product I paid for. Here I am three weeks later without the items I purchased and there appears to be a disconnect between Fragilepak and the local shippers that they use. Customer service reaches out to shippers, doesn’t get an answer, and so on every week. Their customer service seems polite but logistically the company is horrible.FragilePak

1 starAbsolutely horrible transportation service and customer service. They seem to handle all the deliveries for Appliance Connection (AC), and because of that they handled the gas range I purchased from AC to my home in Las Cruces, NM. They have had the range for a week (picked up 6/2/23) and it is still sitting at their HUB in PA only miles from the pickup location. It's clear they do not have the volume to meet the AC "Estimated Delivery" time of 7-14 days because FragilePak is quoting 21 - 27 days! They are a COMPLETE JOKE! Stay away - BUYER BEWARE.FragilePak

1 starWHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!
I ordered living room furniture that was to take 2-3 weeks to be delivered from a town less than 3 hours drive away. The arrival date kept changing with no intimation to me the customer. When I tried calling their agents did not know anything except to keep apologizing and even they could never reach their warehouse! Finally they asked me to schedule delivery that was another two weeks out that I reluctantly accepted, not having any choice. They promised that 24 hours prior I would receive a call to be provided a 4 hour window. Of course that did not happen and nobody at their end was surprised when I called to ask for the window. Finally on the delivery date after I had wasted half my morning waiting for them to tell me what that 4 hour window would be, I was first told that it would arrive around 1 pm that then changed to between 2 and 7 (can they do any math? That is their 4 hour window??). Anyway, after having wasted my morning waiting to learn this I was stuck. The window came and went with no information or updates. I kept trying to call any and all of their numbers I could find and reached the truck driver who told me that they would deliver around 8 pm. I had just wasted an entire day away from work so I said OK to that. After 8:30pm I started calling again with no response except a text message showing that they were stuck in traffic 15 miles away with no indication about their estimated arrival time!! No answers to phone calls either!! Next morning when I called, I got another vague unmeaning apology and an offer to re-schedule in another 10 days!!!! What a nightmare!!!!!FragilePak
