1 starI purchased a TRAG PRO SERIES 34 BRONZE grill on October 24 2023. The item was picked up on November 1 2023. Throughout the month I tracked the shipment of the grill by FragilePak from Kent WASHINGTON to San Diego California. As of December 7 2023 the grill has not been delivered and is likely a lost shipment I have canceled my order and awaiting a refund.
FragilePak has horrible customer service reviews and this will be additional negative review of that shipping company. I suggest that military exchange discontinue service with this company.FragilePak

1 starFragilePak is a bunch of morons and liars!
Over the last two weeks I have tried repeatedly to fill out their online form. IT DOES NOT WORK. YOU HIT SEND AND NOTHING HAPPENS.
They just kept emailing from a "no-reply" email address saying they needed the information.
FINALLY someone emailed me from my online complaint. He apologized for their broken app and promised a delivery today between 11-3. I gave them a name and a number to call. Here is what happened:
Driver called me at 1:19 he was 10 min away. So I was here with in 10 min. That he would wait for me. Never saw a truck. When I spoke with them this morning they told me they would call me 30 minutes before arrival . Then I called and spoke to a lady she told me they were held up another job and they would be here by three. I got here at 1:30 and leaving at 4:30 then I talked to a man and he told me he would call me I am still waiting for a call back.
FRAGILEPAK TOLD ME SOMEONE TRIED TO DELIVER AT 1. THAT IS A LIE.
THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY. THE MEN AT THE GATE SAID NO ONE FROM FRAGILEPAK ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CB2 OR FRAGILE PAK AGAIN.FragilePak

1 starScheduled a delivery and no one showed up.
Not even a phone call.
Paid laborers to bring up stairs and FragilePAK didn't show up or call.
Cost me $300 for laborers to stand around.
Absolutely disgraceful and now you are too busy to return for another 18 days.
How about you service the customers you screwed over before you deliver to someone else.

1 starHorrible Experience.
I guess I should not be surprised after reading the other reviews, but the customer service is horrible. They scheduled delivery in the afternoon and we planned our day accordingly to be home during a 4 hour window. Got a text at 9:00 am informing my wife they were on the way. My wife just had surgery and I was at a PT appointment that I had to leave, coating me $90 to be home for the delivery. We tried the callback number and the text provided but there was no answer. I made it back in time for the delivery which was okay.
Tried to contact customer service and after 2 hours on hold I finally presses 1 to be put in queue for a call back. No response.
It is obvious Fragilepak is understaffed or does not care about customer service, probably both based on other reviews. I see that they respond to other complaints with kind words, but after the fact (or after complaining) responses are too little too late.
So now I am out $90 bucks, my wife is upset but at least I have my bed. I guess it could have been worse based on others' issuesFragilePak

1 starThis is the worst delivery company. They give you a delivery window and then do not stick to the time. I was told it would be there around 8pm...ridiculous. The representatives are not helpful. In this day and age, why can they not reach a driver directly. I may have to cancel my whole order. Two wasted days.FragilePak

1 starThey just didn’t show up at all for delivery window. I got a phone call and a text message saying they were 30 mins away. And then they just didn’t show. There is no number to call, only an email address. I’ve heard nothing. It’s unreal. I cannot imagine operating a business this way.FragilePak

1 starFragilepak damaged my washer and dryer. I needed them to pick up the damaged machines back to the retailer. Was supposed to pick up on a scheduled time window and date and they never showed up. What’s more frustrating is they confirmed pickup! This company is full of lies. They’ll say they delivered and contacted you when they didn’t, even when there’s proof through a home camera that they never showed up. It’s no wonder they have horrible reviews! 1 starThis freight company rescheduled my delivery 3 times and Still wanted to reschedule the delivery again! Since we have to be home to receive the delivery, and have dr appointments that need keeping, we cannot continue to be put off with a delivery to stay home. After the 3rd time postponing the delivery, we cancelled the order and sent it back to the seller.
Nobody needs to be treated like this.FragilePak

Waited on hold forever - told apparently incorrect information on delivery status - automated submit question link broken after wasted time filling out the form. Horrible customer support. I should get $500 for the trouble. Had to arrange for refrigerator removal. The two local movers helped but it wasn’t their fault nor mine that the white glove delivery was never entered apparently into their system.Thomas W

1 starI ordered a pool table over a month ago and still have not taken delivery. Every time I contact customer service I’m told it’s in transit and they cannot give me a day for delivery. This company is the absolute worst for package delivery. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with this same issue with fragile pak. The first time I NEVER even received what I ordered. If you want to pay for something and never get it use fragile Pak. They will definitely slow walk what ever you order. To the point of never getting it delivered.FragilePak
