1 starOrdered a large screen television. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery. FragilePak delivered. First thing I noticed that seemed a bit off, was that I was outside as they were going to offload from the truck. The guy opened the back of the truck and went inside and IMMEDIATELY shut the door behind him. Then he cam back out dragging the TV and again shut the door. They offloaded the truck, and brought it into my home. When we unpacked the TV later, it had a GIANT crack on the screen and was not usable. It had to go back so I arranged that with the place I bought it from. I received an email from FragilePak, and they said they appreciated Feedback, so I responded to the email and gave them feedback. Their response was "sorry about that, but you have to contact the place of purchase". So they didn't really want feedback, nor do they seem to care all that much.Review fromTerri B

1 starI've had problems with delivery personnel on several different occasions.
First: My Sofa was delivered damaged with grease stains on the couch cushions on 1/5/23. The sofa was first delivered to the wrong house and it was unpacked there and placed inside that house. When the delivery people realized their mistake, they threw all 6 couch cushions into an open box with trash and other packing materials and then brought the couch and cushions to my house WITHOUT using gloves. I noticed the grease stains on the cushions immediately but they denied they were responsible for them. I then emailed Fragile Pak and explained what happened but they did nothing but refer me back to the supplier. they did state that they would contact their warehouse to ensure the next delivery team paid attention to every detail. THAT DIDN”T HAPPEN!
Second: My chair and ottoman were delivered on Feb. 23, 2023. As soon as they entered my house, one of the men said that their “tip” needed to be in cash. I replied that I had already paid for shipping and delivery but he countered by saying that fee was to the company and not them. I then told him that I didn’t have any cash on hand so he wouldn’t be getting a tip. I believe this affected the rest of the delivery because when he unloaded the ottoman, I noticed that it didn’t have any feet attached. He stated that that’s all he had and I would need to contact the supplier about the missing parts. I then asked him to look in the box that he had just unloaded the ottoman from and he found the ottoman legs. If I hadn’t said anything, he would have placed the ottoman in my house and left.
Third, I am awaiting delivery of my replacement sofa in the next month; however, FragilePak has already contacted me to pick up my damaged sofa before I even have a delivery date for my new one even tho I was assured that both the pickup and delivery would be done concurrently.Review fromBill L

1 starWorst shipping company! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a TV through AAFES and it took a month for delivery. Tracking information is non-existent. You do not know where the item is during transit other than an estimated date that it will be in the local area. This date changed at least 5-6 times during transit. I will never use this company for my shipping needs. Buyer beware of who ships your product. What should have taken no more then 5-10 days for a small 55" TV has taken literally a month with the TV in stock and shipped out the next day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!FragilePak

5 starsFragilepak did an awesome job they did in delivering my package and not only that, but delivered it at an earlier time than I requested which was great!
Furthermore, I don't know the Hispanic guys that delivered it into my house in Georgia but they called 20 mins before delivery to say they are on their way and they were awesome as well!FragilePak

1 starHorrible. I would never willingly purchase anything from a company that uses FragilePak and would recommend the same to everyone. Purchased furniture from Crate and Barrel. All the same comments as previous reviewers. No notice, no communications, and hung up on me when I told them I wasn't receiving their emails. I have a 3hr drive to accept delivery and I just wanted to know roughly when I should be there to plan out my day.
I doubt this review will do any good because I am not their end customer and they don't care what I think. Avoid any company that uses them.

1 starVery hard company to work with. My delivery window was moved wildly around several times and even cancelled without notice. I had rearranged my entire day to accommodate for their latest delivery window and then they cancelled without notice. Now after already waiting 3 weeks for delivery I have to wait another week. My confidence in their ability to deliver this couch is zero.FragilePak

1 starThis is another Army AirForce Exchange Service (AAFES) order.
I did not receive my sofa and loveseat delivered today because the delivery team said that they could not remove my old couch and put my new couch in without causing damage to my property and the furniture. This would have been the second delivery due to damage caused by the first delivery team. I have sent several emails stating the problem after the first delivery team caused damage to my house and furniture.
I still have the damaged furniture in my house and the replacement furniture at the local warehouse.
This team also had my loveseat upside down on the concrete driveway. This action caused the damage to the first delivery.
I now received a phone call stating that the furniture was damaged in the warehouse. The next delivery is estimated in March. The original order was before Christmas.
I have asked supervisor call me, and still not receive one.

I received a phone call on Friday evening from Fragilepak. They stated that there nothing that they could do at this time. They want me to call them when I receive the shipping information for my replacement furniture. At that time they will look into ensuring that a qualified furniture delivery team will be dispatched to deliver my new furniture and pick up the damaged furniture.
I don't understand why Fragilepak can't be proactive and contact me first. I am now required to contact them to ensure that they can do their job properly.FragilePak

1 starMade an order with Poly and Bark and turns out they use Fragile Pak. I prefer to have nightmare’s every night than deal with Fragile Pak. The delivery dates were changed multiple times. I took off from work and waited for the couch and truck would not show up. Customer services had no clue where the shipment was. Imagine putting a needle in your toe nail and kicking the wall, Fragile Pak will give you more pain than that.FragilePak

1 starthis company does not care about its customers and consistently lies to the customers and never ever delivers on time. not ever. 3 times I have ordered bulky/large items from AAFES, because I am a disabled combat veteran and AAFES uses them for free delivery to its customers. they do not care about you, your item/product or when they ever get around to delivering it.....BE WARNEDFragilePak

1 starMade a furniture order through Costco online. They were supposed to deliver on a Monday and said they would call on Sunday to give me a 4-hour delivery window. Never called on Sunday. Sent an email to their questions email address. They responded with an email that said they would deliver in a 4 hour window that had already passed. I then received a recorded call saying that they would deliver on the preceding day between 9 and 1. Later received an email from a no response address saying that they would be delivering the day before. Still have not received the furniture 2 days later. I believe the complaint should be against Costco as well since they are selling items using this delivery service through their website.FragilePak
