      Overall had a really positive experience, especially dealing with our sales **** ********** He was very patient in explaining the company, process and why Solar is a way to go for the long term. He explained everything we were signing and why. There was no pressure on us at any point. The think I liked/appreciated the most is he checked in through the rest of the process something I dont think he needed to do. It felt reassuring to have someone to answer questions a long the way.

      On January 20th 2023, a Momentum Solar salesmen came to my home. After telling him I am waiting for a call from my Accountant, he told me if I sign, I can cancel within 3 business days. On January 23, 2023, I spoke to my Accountant and we decided it was not the right time for me to spend that money. I immediately followed the cancellation instructions and both used the email address for cancellations, and mailed in a cancellation.I also called and spoke with *********************************** at 1:34 pm. I informed him that I emailed and mailed a cancellation that morning and had not received a response nor a cancellation reply. He stated thats because they never received the sales contract from the salesman but he would take care of it and tell the correct person to send me a written cancellation, as I requested.I also texted with the salesman and after a hard try to retain my business, claimed he would get me a written cancellation and the refund.Here we are, a week later, January 30th 2023. I have received nothing. I again texted the salesman and received no reply. They will not refund my deposit. I think this company, who I purchased a system from before, has become a scam. This retention of money and failure to send me a written cancellation is not a way to do business. I would avoid at all costs. The sad part for them is a, I will get my money back from my credit card, b, I now will not use them in the six month timetable my accountant set forth and c, I am going to be leaving bad reviews for them anywhere and everywhere. This did not need to happen

      I am patiently waiting for a reply. Wondering how come it was easy to sign a contract on the day of the sale and take my deposit, but here we are eight business days after I sent in the cancellation and still have not received a simple email with confirmation of the cancellation nor a refund to my cc. I have made the calls, the texts and the emails but nothing, no reply

      Here we are 2/15 and no refund. They sent an official looking form saying refund to my cc account. As of today, my cc company has yet to receive it. Dishonest

      *** worked with the sales ************* who s an awesome guy!! It was through our conversation and his personality that allowed me to give momentum a try. Hes a very respectable guy! Coming from a guy who has been in Corporate Leadership for over 15 years, I was impressed with his work ethic. Hes a guy who wants to win at everything he does. He then transitioned me to ************************* who has really sold us on going Solar. This guy taught is everything about the company, how the panels are built, elaborated on our coverage protection, placed us in a great price plan, and become a very good friend; as he consistently check on us to ensure all pieces to the puzzle are in order. When I win the lottery and build my own company, Ill need to hire them on! ********** and *******, we appreciate you both more than you know. May *** continue to bless you both! ??

      Our experience with our sales representative began with her arriving and rather than parking in our large drive in drive out driveway, she parked on the side of the road on the lawn. *** was asked to move her vehicle off the grass so she proceeded to park in the driveway but still mostly on the grass (which is meticulously cared for year round). Already not a great start.The projected ***** minute consultation turned into a 3 hour waiting experience. Our rep claimed none of this could be done over the phone when my husband had hit his breaking point in waiting. Once all the technical difficulties were ironed out, we were asked to complete a credit application and e sign various documents in the event we agreed to proceed. Again, more waiting with sporadic bouts of small talk peppered in but mostly uncomfortable silence with the rep just staring at her devices.We FINALLY had figures and calculations broken down and our rep begins requesting additional e signatures. My husband asks what the signature is for and she explains it is for the permits for the installation. My husband explains this was a consultation and we were not prepared to commit without shopping around. Rep became agitated and explained that she needed a commitment now because it costs the company money to keep sending out reps. *** then asked if she offered a discount would we commit now. He said this is the first company we've consulted with so no. *** said she would call the next day for our answer as she angrily put on her coat, grabbed her belongings and left without even shutting the front door.

      I would have given a (.5) but that was not an option.I received your sales representative in my home on 11/26/22 and signed on for panel installations after the technical team performed the panel needs evaluation. All total, it came down to 31 panels. I was informed that Momentum would manage the permitting process through it focus team. All well up to that point.On Dec 15th, received an email from technical review was received, to get my approval of the panel installation location. I responded that the location was fine. In documentation, it is clear that there are 31 panels to be installed. On Dec 20th, installer showed up at my home to install (21) panels vs (31). Since then, I have not heard from anyone at Momentum Solar - no e-mails, nor calls to help me understand what is going to happen next. All I have received was one call telling me that my system is on the back burner, but nothing else. That is truly sad, as I had referred Momentum to (3) neighbors that where ready to receive Momentum in their homes for quotes today they put Momentum on the back burner as well. I have no idea Momentum is doing to complete the contract signed on Nov 26th 2022.No resolution as of 1-15-23. Not sure why Momentum has not tried to correct the problem.

      There are supporting documents that illustrate I was told and shown 31 panels but when signing the contract it was not pointed out that the number of panels had changed - further, the 21 panels DO NOT generate enough energy to reduce or eliminate my dependency from FPL as the sales person communicated - it was all a scam. I have had other solar panels companies visit and all have indicated it was a slip of the hands - all indicate more than 21 panels required, even though I never indicated how many Momentum had quoted. To potential new customer, be aware of this companies practice. My son was also scammed by Momentum - someone should look into their practices.

      My only exposure to Momentum Solar is that they called and asked me a couple of questions and then moved to schedule an in-person appointment with me. That might have been fine a week or two ago, but I explained that I already have done appointments with several other companies, each willing to provide me a proposal based on 12 months of electrical bill/usage I provided them, and without requiring a meeting in person. But not Momentum. To them, I'm too dumb to have the benefits of solar power properly explained to me any way other than in person. Perhaps they could have come in with the best price, but I'll never know.

      I was excited about installing our solar panels. The first year was great. No electric bill and plenty of credits. Now ************** has changed policy and now charges for delivery charge, and a base fee. They totally wiped out our credits. Now we have two bills. Not worth it. It is not MSolars fault what the electric companies do, but again, I am beginning to regret our purchase.

      My solar panels didnt work for two months. Contacting customer service over and over again and not getting this rectify. **** us two months to finally get someone out here to fix it. I actually contacted the *** *********************************** on LinkedIn informing him of my frustration. He immediately rectify the situation and reimbursed us for the high electric bill. I was really impressed how he got involved. I recommend Momentum to anyone seeking to witch to solar.
