      Its about time Quest /Toxicology is looking for certified Medical Technologist to be a Supervisor, not someone to pretend to have a certification from Europe, useless in **. Incompetent individual, never worked in a hospital setting.Hopefully they hire someone who has at least masters degree, certified Medical Technologist with advanced technical, management, communication skills.

      They rapidly changing fee for blood tests, all time it was covered by ******** and supplemental plan, last time they want to charge $270 for same tests, Don't trust this company.

      For *************************************** lab in *******, ***** ----------------------If you want a good experience, I recommend making an appointment!I'm the apprehensive type. I don't like having my blood drawn. I'd rather be anywhere else than in a phlebotomist's chair. She was kind and thoughtful and put me at ease. I bruise easily; so she used a butterfly needle. It was virtually pain-free, even though she needed to draw multiple tubes of blood. I don't know why I made going in so hard. With this lab technician, everything was a breeze. I'll certainly be back again, the next time I need to have my blood drawn!

      Called Quest Diagnostics on November 1, 2022 in response to an email I received on October 31, 2022 stating I owed $148.10 for lab work done on 10/12/22 at my physicians office. I spoke with two different Customer ********************** representatives (***** and ****). Waited 17 minutes each time from 12 noon to 12:24 pm. First time, as I awaited ***** to look my account, the phone went dead and I received a call failed message. Tried again. **** responded. She also asked for my name and date of birth as **** had done. **** tells me that she cant locate an account number. I then asked how can you send me an email message stating I owe a bill if you cant find an account number? She replied that she would have to transfer me to a different Customer ********************** agent. I declined her offer. I said that I was going to report this and what I am doing. I have health insurance to cover my health care expenses. Theres no reason why I should have been sent an email stating I owed anything in the first place.

      Website very poor. Took 45 min to schedule appointment online. Wish there was an alternative to Quest. Will go elsewhere for future tests.

      Do NOT pay your bill with anything but a check or money order. They've taken 5 unauthorized payments off of my card and when I call to contest it I'm told they can reverse it, but it will take upwards of 20 days. So I spent several paydays broke since the first unauthorized payment came out of my account right after paying them. Then the next payday they took not just 1 payment.....but 3. I suffered through until the next payday. After the stunt they pulled I only owed about $10. Low and behold they've decided to take another unauthorized $60 payment from my account. I now have to cancel that card and have it replaced to make sure they can't keep taking from it. On top of all of that, I was making payment through their website. It lumps any bills from them together with no option to pay each bill individually. I'm making payments thinking that the payments are going equally toward each billl when I get a letter in the mail that they've sent 1 of them to collections. When I call the company about it, I'm told that the website doesn't allow partial payments. Then how have I been paying this whole time? Absolute nightmare of a company that deserves to go under. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

      Quest Diagnostics didn't bill my insurance and send me the bill with full amount. I called them and they asked me that they will rebill and that should take ***** days. I called the month after and they said the same thing. Surprisingly they sent me to a collection company even though i contacted them and that promised to fix the problem. This problem started since 5 months, i called them more than 15 times, spoke to supervisors from different department. Every time I spend hours on the phone and get a promise that never happens. the problem is not solved until today

      0 stars!! In short, Quest Diagnostics is terrible. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TESTS TO GO HERE!They will inform you that they accept payments, cash your payments, and then still send you to collections with no communications and no assistance on the matter.Quest cashed my payment 10/12, then sent my account to collections just 8 days later.It is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME that patients just know to contact them to set a plan up (even though they already cashed my check, so things looked completely fine on my end and there was no reason to call).If it is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME I knew I was required to contact them, why is it not acceptable for me to have ASSUMED they had me on a payment plan since they had cashed my check? It is completely unacceptable that they double cross patients and someone needs held accountable.

      I made arrangements with Quest Diagnostics billing department to be on a payment plan however after I gave them my debit card information, they charged me for the total bill. Being that this was a debit card and not a credit card it caused NSF fees on other automatic withdraw accounts. When I called Quest Diagnostics back and tried explained that I needed a credit to my bank account as soon as possible I was promised a return call from a supervisor that never happened then calling back another time to be hung up on. I was able to find out Quest Diagnostics ****************** employees work from home and do not have the ability to call their supervisors.

      Try to ask your doctors to use recommend another lab! Quest doesn't make accommodations for peoples schedules. They boast about 24 locations and still can't make you an appointment. They open at the crack of **** when nobody goes and close early at 3pm. When they say you can walk in that's a lie because they want to turn people away. They have complaints on yelp and ******* They mix up tests and samples. They are very rude and uncaring. Do not use this lab! Horrible customer **********************.
