      The Vista location in ******, **. Has the worst staff. They are rude and very unfriendly. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. They have a sign on their wall that say something about kindness ha really? They are not kind or friendly!

      They took my insurance data wrong and I tried to contact them to correct it. But they never answer the phone. Now I have the collection after me for their lazy customer ********************** staff

      Nurse was distracted by the conversation with another nurse and wasnt even looking when she was applying the bandage. As a result of this, I was heavily bleeding when I was leaving the facility. When I returned and asked to fix the bandage, she told me that it was all my fault, I should have been more attentive and adjust the bandage as necessary. I have never in my life experienced anything like that, it was always responsibility of the nurse to perform procedure from start to the end.

      I will ask where results are sent before dealing with this company again. I have spoken to customer ********************** three times in the last two weeks. I have been told 7 different amounts owed (three in the same phone call with two different people). The funny thing is none of the amounts quoted on the phone are the same as the bill. I can't deal with their billing while fighting a medical condition.

      Horrible Customer **********************. Have been working with them since 8/31. Every time I call them I get a different answer on how to correct a billing error. Dr faxed letter-did not receive, I faxd the letter-did not receive. Elevated and was told both faxes were received...but not what was needed (even though that is what they instructed me to have the Dr send). Had Dr call with required codes. I called to follow up-they received them and sent to billing ***** Was transferred to billing-did not receive codes....this is just a short version of what went on with them.

      I tried to schedule appointment online.Website never works. It happened to me twice during last several months when I was sent for blood test by my doctor.VERY inconvenient.Needs to be fixed!

      Don't use Quest Diagnostics if you can avoid it! I'm in Mercy's network and Mercy has contracted with Quest for their lab tests, so I'll have to leave Mercy. The Quest staff, both locally and at their corp office, are rude and borderline incompetent... Billing and claim resolution is ridiculously bad. I have an $835 bill for lab test that has doctor prior-approval and is covered 100% by my insurance plan, but Quest continues to bill me directly and threatened to send to collections if I didn't pay in full. Over 6 months I've had 5+ calls with Quest to resolve... I've been told at least twice that it is resolved. Their cust serv reps don't take proper notes and don't follow up with what they say they're going to do. This bill should have been an easy resolution if Quest had simply contacted my insurance company again or properly filed the docs from the insurance company. The worst part, and this is truly BAD BUSINESS, is that Quest sent this $835 bill to a 3rd party collections company!!! And they knew that this was to be covered under my insurance plan.. So now I have a collections company calling and sending letters. The insurance company has sent all needed docs to Quest yet they continue to drag their feet to remove this charge and call off the credit collections company.

      Was not aware I had a bill with quest. Started receiving collection calls. Contacted quest to make sure wasn't spam or fraud. Come to find out I had a bill but was never mailed or emailed anything. Never received any contact about bill. Now have to work with collections for a bill I wasn't made aware of. Horrible company. They said they would review and get back to me and email me my invoice when I gave them my email the first time I called. Never received email or contact as well. Quest had my address wrong and refused to pull it from collections so I could make payment. This is due to them having my phone number and claiming they texted me. I verified the dates they claimed they texted me I never received a text from them.

      I sat in the waiting room for an hour as my wife and 2 year old sat in the can until they had the decency to tell me they were not able to see me. Thankyou for waisting my time. you would be better off going elsewhere

      The staff at the ******** ** collection site are ****, uninformative, unhelpful, and aspire only to waste the patients time. There is no urgency to perform tests, and they default to asking people to come back on another day.They performed 0 tests during the 30min I was in the waiting room, when finally the staff popped out of the door to curtly say: we cant take any of you and quickly closed the door again before anyone could understand why or what to do. No questions allowed. Quest is lucky they are a monopoly in this area - they can charge for services without actually rendering any services at all.
