      This place is horrible. Scheduled an appointment for a drug screening and arrived early. Sit there for a few then a lady comes out and says if anyone is here for drug screening we stopped at 10am and don't start again until 12pm... My appointment was for 10:40am. This is the closest location to me and it's still 30 minutes away from my house. Now I have to sit and wait for over an hour only to have to go back in and wait again. Such an inconvenience. If you live in ******** try to avoid this place if possible...

      I had lab work done on June 16 2022 my thyroid numbers came back high. My doctor ordered another test and they came back normal. The lab expects me to pay $276 for their mistake and they have threatened to turn me over a collection agency. I dont feel like I should be responsible for the bill since they made a mistake in the first place

      My girl that **** my blood was ***** @2581 ************ ************. She is efficient, courteous and knowledgeable..I never even feel the needle.I think this lab is efficient as long as you are on time and have an appt. ***** is a plus for your lab She gets ***** 5 stars..Thank you ***** for making my day a bit easier.. My appt date was Decent 8th @8:10

      After a two week appointment they lost my blood sample. On the make up of this test two weeks later they no longer had my original prescription order and couldnt test me. So for six weeks Ive been trying to get one simple blood test done. Why would I trust any lab result from such an incompetent organization.

      Quest Diagnostics improperly billed me for services that should have been billed to my Provider who I already paid for the services rendered. They sent my bill to collection, so I called the provider to help correct the mistake. They claimed to have dealt with, but 1 year later I continue to get collection notices for a bill I do not owe. I have no recourse to solve this even with the Provider who has contacted the Quest to assist. The quality of service with Both Quest Diagnostics and the relationship Quest has with Credit Collection Services seems to be predatory or simply incompetent. This should be a simple fix with but it has not been, even with the support of the Dr that provided the services, between the two of us attempting to correct this it has gone un-fixed.

      Billing me for screening that was paid for in the past; last 4 years. Giving me the run around why ******** wont pay. Called ******** and I was told that it was the doctors responsibility to check a box medically needed. Went to doctor and they have no such box to check off! The doctors office showed me a pile of other patients bills from Quest with similar complaints. In the end I will not be giving them anything and will ***********

      Never on time even with an appt. ~2hr wait. No chairs. People sitting on the dirty floor. Elderly,disabled standing. Worst place I've ever experienced. Rude staff!

      Double organ transplant. One week later no results yet. Very difficult to find appointment, a month before and most are already taken. Horrible!!!!!!!

      In less than one month, bill, that I was told to ignore, was sent to collections. My insurance was never contacted.
