      The most rude and unhelpful company. If you are running 1 minute behind they make you reschedule but they have no apology for you if you have to wait an hour for a scheduled appointment!We ALL have stressful jobs. They could stand to recognize that. If I were that rude to my patients I wouldn't have a job.Gold River and UV.

      Quest Diagnostics is possibly the worst facility I have been to. I scheduled an appointment online for 8:10am. When I got there no one was working in the front to greet and sign in. They had a kiosk to self register but it wasn't working properly. the waiting room was full of people that had 8am appointments that had not been helped yet. Finally a lady came out and said I'm sorry we are having issues... Walked back and shut the door. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and left as I had other appointments to attend. This was my first and last experience with Quest.Quest Diagnostics in ********** **

      I've been trying to make an appointment for my daughter for over a week unsuccessfully. I can't believe there aren't slots available in all their locations. She went personally and was told she won't be assisted. It's unacceptable they don't change working hours or bring more personnel. This is not a store, this is health related services written people very sick looking for diagnostics. Do something

      Horrible! Absolutely no way to discuss a bill. I was erroneously billed $7.51. I am completely covered. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at the company. All they have is black hole to pay them online. If you have a choice go somewhere else!

      I have been to ******** ** quest diagnostics lab. The first time which was sometime in 2021, I think my experience was good. The next time I went which was Friday the 7thof October 2022, just a walk in, the nurse walked to the lobby where I was checking In and she was very disrespectful, rude and disregarded my presence and all she said to me in a yelling voice is to get the h*** out because they are not taking walk-in and I had to make an appointment I said ok and left. I made an appointment for the Monday the 10th the appointment went ok but the thing that really surprised me is that, the nurse again did not acknowledge my presence and didnt even care to identify me with any identifier. She didnt ask for ID or ask me what I have done I dont know if this is the norm nowadays but I have been doing health screenings for so long since Im a traveling nurse I kind have to go thorough it every year and I have never seen any other facility gray people the ways she did. I understand some frustration in medical field being a nurse but dont disregard the patient or fail to identify them . You never know what if you did the wrong stuff on a wrong patient I dont think you want that lawsuit from anyone: just saying

      I'm dealing with a billiing / insurance issue and was disconnected four times trying to connect with the next level service agent. Quest billed me for a co-pay on preventive care as part of my annual physical and claimed that the insurance company didn't pay it due to a coding issue and that the issue needed to be resolved with my primary care physician. Quest provided the pathology and lab services so I'm unsure how my PCP is responsible for the billiing and coding that Quest submitted to my insurer. Weird thing is that they coded 2 of the 9 tests correctly and my insurance paid those at 100% just like they are supposed to for primary care.After almost an hour on the phone Quest's final answer was for me to contact my insurer because the problem was on their end. And the circle goes round and round. The health care industry in ******* is a joke.

      If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. They are one of the most incompetent places I've ever had to deal with! They have cancelled appointments without notice. They lose appointments. They're rude. And to top it off... THEY LOST MY BLOOD!!!! I WASN'T NOTIFIED UNTIL 15 HOURS BEFORE MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT! I will NEVER go back to them again!

      Terrible place for bloodwork. They lost my samples and did not respond to 3 emails, 2 messages sent on their website, and 3 phone calls from my doctor. I spent 4 hours on the phone for the lab that did the draws, stepping through every menu option. Not once did I receive the option to talk to a live person, and they have no option to address lost samples. 4 weeks later, and I have to go back for them to repeat the draws.

      The Quest Diagnostics on:14050 ************************************************************* is a wonderful facility.They are extremely clean and work very fast and efficient.My experience with Lab Tech Phlebotomist ******************* was Amazing! One ***** and no pain at all and she was done. She has a very steady hand and she is extremely accurate.She's been doing this work for 13 yrs, and it definitely shows! I highly recommend this location. She made the experience every comfortable & easy. Thank You Quest Diagnostics for employing such a dedicated Lab technician phlebotomist such as Mrs. *********************************************************** **
