      I've had the absolute nightmare dealing with quest.. its almost 11 months since my date of service. Quest keep lying about sending my claim to my insurance company to have the claim paid. Everytime I called quest they would say" ignore the bill they have sent it to the insurance company " they never did. I even called my insurance in tears about this situation.. they even called quest with me on the phone trying g to resolve this.. its was only then that quest sent to claim over to my insurance. But, still sent it to collections. AFTER QUEST WAS PAID FOR THE FULL BALANCE!A collection company called me saying I'm in collection.. I've always had excellent credit!! I called and give quest a piece of my mind and after 11 months of being lied to the problem was finally solve. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WIRH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They can ruin someone life just because they are lazy and refuse to do their jobs.. To everyone else having the same issues.. keep all your note of everyone you speak with.

      I was billed twice for one lab test. I called them and they agreed that the test dates are the same and the same tests. But somehow Quest Diagnostics put two different billing numbers, so they billed me two times.

      The absolute worst company with the worst customer **********************. They are not helpful at all to patients or providers. You cannot contact any sites directly, only customer **********************. Then they say that they cannot help you and you need to talk to the service sites directly which is impossible because there is no direct phone numbers and they will not speak with you unless you have signed in for an appointment. Customer ********************** is always rude and impatient. They talk to their customers terribly. Its unfortunate that my office has to do so much blood work through them. I would 100% NEVER recommend this company to anyone if they werent the only lab available in the area.

      This has turned into an ongoing nightmare. First being turned into a collection agency, contacting Quest in good faith to resolve the issue only to get incorrect information I was told to pay a fraction of what the collector was asking for and they would take me out of collections. A week later, I received another correspondence from the collection agency. I contacted Quest, was told the information the *** gave me was incorrect and I still owed a balance. I have since attempted to contact the corporate office billing and much to my surprise, the call is dropped. When I contacted Quest again, with no resolve once again, I asked for a corporate phone number. Lo and behold, the number you have reached has been disconnected. This is without a shadow of a doubt the absolute shadiest company I have ever dealt with. I will not stop until they resolve the issue!!! Im fairly sure this will never happen needless to say, my credit gets to go down the tubes thanks to a company who doesnt care at all about their customers

      In network lab but Quest sent them out of network without consent and now insurance wont cover what should be 100% covered. Customer ********************** is the worst I have ever encountered put you on hold for 45 min then transfer you to a survey multiple times. They are zero help and always say there is nothing they can do. Emailing billing they say they work on it but then send bills to collections therefor Im forced to pay! **************

      My wife and I recently planned a trip to *****. The ******** government requires a negative covid test within 72 hours of leaving home for those, like ourselves, who have not had the vaccine. Samples taken at a Rite Aid pharmacy in ******, ** were not picked up by Quest until two days after the samples were taken, leaving inadequate time to test and report. We received the reports well after our scheduled flight which we were forced to cancel.After scrambling to purchase new travel arrangements at significantly higher cost, we scheduled a second covid test at a local CVS pharmacy which performed more reliably. I provided our Quest test reports to the ******** authority which rejected them because it was not clear how the samples were taken (nasal swab). It is a simple requirement that is made very clear by their quarantine officials. Weeks before our trip I contacted Quest customer ********************** and was assured this would appear on the report.After appealing to the ******** authority, they suggested I acquire an email from a Quest lab confirming the sampling method. Quest customer ********************** persons would not provide me contact information for lab personnel. Finally, I convinced one customer ********************** person to copy text from the Quest website describing the sampling, paste in an email, and send to me. By good fortune the ******** Authority allowed that email to be sufficient where the test report failed. That was a band aid, not a solution.As a result of Quest's poor performance, I incurred additional cost of $3655 to our trip. Words cannot describe the anger and frustration this caused before our trip even began. On return home I decided one more time to contact Quest to share my experience in hopes they can correct this issue. I doubt we were the only travelers they handled badly. They acknowledged the problem but said they cannot correct a simple flaw in their report. How utterly ludicrous. The truth is not that they cannot, but that they will not.

      I had difficulty making an online appointment, so I went as a walk in. I was there 2 times and didn't get seen either time. There was a walk in AFTER I checked in, the 2nd attempt, that was seen while I was turned away. I was finally able to make an online appointment while I waited in their lobby. Now I have to wait 2 more days to see them. If I hadn't paid online in advance, I would be going somewhere else. Utterly ridiculous.

      Billed incorrect amount, paid the bill. Taking forever and so many hoops to jump through to get my refund. They asked me to FAX my EOB to prove they billed me the incorrect amount, yes - FAX! Its 2023! There are no fax machines! Outdated and unreliable billing experience. Id like my money back pleaselike now.

      The Quest Diagnostics lab company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. By the looks of the reviews here I am in good company. This company will literally bill the patient for the portion that the insurance does not allow. I am insured and Quest billed a large amount, the insurance allowed a portion and I was billed by my insurance for the balance. Quest took it upon themselves to bill me separately for the amount my insurance claimed was over allowed amount. Then because I won't pay it and my insurance told me not to and has called Quest several times explaining this, Quest has sent me to collections!! They are the most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. Even my insurance claims they have problems with Quest on a consistent basis.

      The attention and service at Quest Diagnostics at ******************************************** is the absolute worse. Ive put up with it until today.
