      I went for blood work and blood cultures. The woman who "tried" to provide the service in ******** ** was totally incompetent. First indication was that she didn't pull the undercounter keyboard so she was looking under the desk to find the correct letter. The she proceeded to gather the culture and regular blood tubes. She couldn't decide which culture bottles to use and it was like playing the old shell game. She use an alcohol swab but was supposed to use and iodine swab for the cultures. She then lied to her supervisor but I interceded with the truth. She took the blood and them put the bottles on the floor so she could do a normal blood draw. After she finished with that arm she discarded both the needle and the blood draw into the hazardous waste container. It was horrible experience and person should be shown the door immediately so she doesn't compromise other tests.

      They told me a particular lab test was not covered by ******** so I had to pay it, then I found out it was supposed to be covered it's been nearly a year and I still cannot get a refund from them even though I'm doing everything they request.When I call back I always get somebody new and have to start from the beginning. And they never return my calls. It is so frustrating! I have never had these issues with any other labs.

      I have been receiving horrible service from Quest diagnostics. I had a blood test done last January, and provided my insurance info. They sent me a first notice in May 2022, stating I needed to pay the bill. I called them again and stated they should submit a claim with my insurance. They only provided the bill in October, and in November my insurance denied it since it was not an original itemized bill. I've had at least 5 exchanges with Quest by email (their phone number does not work outside US), and they have yet to submit the form and it is February 2023. Then they sent my claim to a collections agency! Unbelievable. I will never use this lab again.

      Quest's contact for information or appointments model is irritating, useless and is designed to not help anyone with any questions or request for information. It is designed to frustrate it's patrons.
      I had the same issues 10 years ago and do not know why I choose to use them again. I hoped that by now they had cared about their patients to fix these problems but they persist perpetually.
      The bottom line is that they couldn't care less as long as they get paid. USE ANY OTHER PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY THAN THESE BLOOD SUCKERS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. THE WORST HEALTH CARE INTITY EVER!!!!!!!!!

      Sent prospective employee for pre employment screening with the pre booked appointment slip. Quest said THEIR slip was invalid. Employee came back as a WAIT appointment a 2nd time and left after 5 hours. Third appointment employee showed up and was told the prefilled form needs filled out by Quest, not employer. After 3 trips for this employee-to-be I cancelled my corporate contract with Quest, because they jack your employees around. Absolutely horrible experience. I spend a lot of resources finding high quality talent for employment and Quest is incompetent with their own drug screening processes.

      The workers at **** ******** are extremely ignorant. You can obviously tell that they dont care by their rating. They obviously dont reach out to people to resolve problems. The employees know that theyre not going to be held accountable, so thats why they act the way they act. Extremely sad, considering they deal with the elderly majority of the time.

      I had my *********** for bloodwork on 1/26/23 in *******, **. They told me the results would be back in 24 hours, maybe 2 days. A week later and no results. I had to cancel my doctor *********** today since the reason I was going was to get prescriptions written. This is a new doctor and she will not write my prescriptions till the bloodwork shows that my thyroid and Vitamin D is low and what my heart BNP number is. This means I will be going without my meds. I have tried to contact Quest to find out what is going on and there is no way to actually contact them. No live chat, no phone number, no email address. I did send in "Feedback" asking for my results but haven't heard anything for 3 days. I have ACA with a $9000 deductible and this was the least expensive way to get my bloodwork done. I am going to dispute the charge with my ************* we'll see if that will make them take any notice. I would give them Zero stars if possible.
