      worstttt!!!!!!this is a scam !!they are looters!they will never pass you and retake is after 28 days its pathetic !!i gave test 5 times i did my best and still same points!i would not even give 1 star and customer ********************** is pathetic !!they will transfer you to different departments its frustrating and depressing!!!

      ******************************************************************BEWARE:The CONTACT number for CUSTOMER ********************** if you are a TEST TAKER is NOT in ***************** and DOES NOT have the resources OR AUTHORIZATION (Per x3 statements from Customer ******************** routed OUTSIDE *****************. The Supervisor that I spoke to at SIX 09NINE21**** stating she is a direct employee of ETS and stated it would be at least 2-3 weeks to "investigate" that at the **** of the **** the CORRECT address was verified and a week later (they have no record but I have an ICLOUD verified ************* stamp showing proof of call) including in the ETS system login my CORRECT ADDRESS ---HOWEVER in the system the TEST RESULTS are not viewable - Parapro stated that there is NOTHING via EMAIL NOR available ONLINE --- as in YOUR Parapro account to via test scores. "Supervisor" stated that Parapro/Praxis test takers CAN NOT view their test scores online when logging in to account. BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR **** WITH THIS COMPANY --- IF YOU TOO HAVE EXPERIENCED HARDSHIP with OBTAINING YOUR TEST RESULTS PLEASE CONTACT THIS GMAIL ACCOUNT FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT - BUT BETTER YET- TO HOLD THIS COMPANY ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT PROVIDING FACTUAL REPORTING OR RECORDING INFORMATION FOR TEST TAKERS NOR PROVIDING A FREE AND "REASONABLE - **** DAY" RESOLUTION --- AS THE EIGHTHUNDRED SEVEN729476 (SAME CENTER AS SIX 09 NINE21 **** and NOT IN *****************) DOES NOT (PER CS AGENTS) HAVE THE RESOURCES OR THE AUTHORIZATION TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES AND WILL ADVISE ONLY THAT FOR $50 WITH A CC GIVEN OVER THE ***** WILL THEY RESEND THE TEST SCORES IN ANOTHER "2-3 WEEKS" WITH NO GUARANTEE of CORRECTED ADDRESS NOR a GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY. THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH IN THE U.S. THAT IS AN ETS EMPLOYEE NOR ANY EXPEDITED PROCESS NOR IS THEIR A RESOLUTION OR ESCALATION TEAM AVAILABLE. OVER 3 MONTHS OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND ZERO ASSISTANCE.

      These people are an absolute joke. The costumer service are the most rude and unknowledgeable I have ever spoken to. This is what happens when you outsource jobs to save a dime. The people over the phone are rude not helpful they have zero idea on what they are talking about. I wish I could leave a zero star. Why would I pay for something that provides not help or support when problems arise. Why would I every utilize this system again? Schools need to get rid of this it is an absolute shame.

      ETS is the most ineffective, inefficient, indifferent institution! My online test didnt work and they blamed me before I got mad at them. Then they told me to take onsite test and it got canceled after I received an email from confirming my registration!! I am heartbroken after I called and emailed them multiple times and still got no solution after 6 business days!!!!

      My name is *****. I took the toefl test on February 5. They cancelle my scores for no reason. I didn't received any email. I didnt cheat, no warming during the test. I'm really confused about it. It's really a joke. I think ETS just think Chinese students are rich and stupid. They just want money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      ETS is a joke. They just want to scam you out of your money. They are not interested in helping you at all! They make it almost impossible to speak to anyone who can or is willing to help you. You just get the run around. They punish you for not knowing the correct IT information before the test. I should not have to pay for their lack of information.

      Extreme proctoring from ******* U - flagged for cheating - cleared - asked for a retake since I was harrassed the entirety of my exam. Ignored for months despite numerous emails. Then told if my concern was legitimate, I would not have agreed to have my scores sent? Biggest scam around. Terrible company that does not advocate for students. In my case I merely asked for a free retake since it was the company's fault I was not able to have a fair test taking experience - not to mention my ongoing stress. So far I have been shut down. But I will continue to voice my experience and my concerns. Starting right here.

      Hello my name is *************************** from from ******* I will schedule to take the take home practice test **** and it was scheduled for 10:00 when I got in I was not able to log into the system by the time I got someone on the phone it took another 20 minutes for them to get the test up and running when they've got the test up and running they said that the text expired that I had to log off the computer and start over even though prior to taking the test on the 31st I did a system checking everything was set during the test of the practice **** none of the study material that I study was not on the on the test I finally got my results back 3 weeks later and I did not get a passing score I missed it by one point according to the **************** I caused them to get this rectify they informed me that I have to wait 3 days to get a test advocacy then I had to pay another $65 to the company to get a score review for the score review it takes another two weeks and they're still no guarantee that that I'm going to be able to get ************* that I need to pass the state exam for ******* yes this company is a scam because they have a student's take exam get material and none of the material that far as vocabulary words is on the exam so what do you do do you continue to buy study material from other places and on the hope and a prayer and as an educator this is not fair and it needs to be rectified and they need to be stopped the practice system needs to be stopped because they are scamming students and taking their money and knowing that the facts of those tests is impossible to pass you have to be a genius to pass the test that I just took knowing the facts that everything that I study for none of it was really pertain to special education it was more like a psychology or biology test that I was taking and this is where I knew I scored low in when I looked at the test acknowledges of yesterday and it stated that I tested low in areas because those the area.

      I have tried to schedule the praxis 3 times now and every time it never goes through. Every time I call Im on hold for at least 30 minutes and the people are NEVER helpful. I paid $150 and they said, well can you try Firefox and see if that works, if not we can schedule it over the phone and wave the $30 charge. I asked this man so you want me to pay ANOTHER $150 on a different website to SEE IF THAT WORKS, and if it doesnt we can do it again for another $150? Idk who in their right mind who ask someone to spend a total of $450 to take a test. If theres any way I can schedule through a different company Im all ears!

      On 12/23/22 I was scheduled to take the Praxis Basic Core exam from 8 am to 12 pm at home. I did the pre-check, as well as completed all the requirements provided. The ***************************** from *****, continually lost her internet connection with me. However, she blamed me for her poor internet connection, which was just the opposite. In fact, she didnt even test my internet connection, which I believe was because it would have proven I was right and had no issues with my internet connection. In the past, I've taken several proctored exams with no problems. She also restarted the session 3 times for a total of 45 minutes with the procedures of showing my ID and showing her the room. This created delays each time it took me time to reset my camera, which was very frustrating. I was only able to complete one question from the Reading section before she lost connection with me completely. This is utterly ridiculous!From 12/27-30, I called 3 different numbers in an attempt to reach customer **********************. On **/**, I called customer ********************** yet again about the 12/23 Praxis Basic Core test disconnection to reschedule due to ********* poor internet connection. Before reaching a customer ********************** rep, the automated system forced me to listen to 15 minutes of information, none of which pertained to my situation, and only delayed speaking to a live person. Every time I called this was the case. After reaching a rep, I was on hold with *********************** for 25 minutes waiting for authorization from her manager to reschedule the test. She clearly didnt want to hear what happened because she kept interrupting me. She said she couldnt resolve this issue but promised me that a manager would contact me within 2-3 business days. I never received a call and its been a week (1/7/23). I gave up waiting and called my credit union to dispute the charge. ETS are scammers! ETS is an unreputable source!
