    Sam has been a godsend

    Made a booking through a third party that gave an astronomical rate all of a sudden. He helped troubleshoot and got me a new reservation at the same rate. Thank you Sam

    TOTAL SCAM!!! I had a terrible experience with Drivo Rent-a-Car. They falsely accused me of causing damage to the car and are overcharging for it. I am currently disputing this with my insurance company, as we refuse to pay for damages I did not cause. They returned my security deposit and assured me everything was fine, only to claim a week later that there was damage.

    The before photos clearly show scratches on the bumper, yet they are insisting I am responsible for them. A friend of mine also had a similar experience with Drivo and warned me about their practices.

    I strongly advise you to read other reviews as well—many people have reported similar issues. I am taking this to the news outlets to ensure no one else falls for this scam. Be cautious and consider other rental companies.

    one star for lack of having a zero-star option. they're scammers selling you insurance you do not need and have already paid for. they make it look like they're modifying your reservation and saving you money, however in reality they are just scamming you into buying more unnecessary insurance. funny enough, they don't provide any electronic or paper copy of what they make you sign
