    The absolute worst website to try and make payments on. If you can get past their log in page. Their captcha literally made me find the images in the box 10 times LOL wow. Their website is very glitchy and if you miss a payment due to THEIR problems, you will be fined. What a scam of a company. Any property that uses this company is also scamming you out of money. If you see ANY property asking you to pay with CLICKPAY, you are going to lose a lot of money.

    Suddenly Im having a charge to my credit card from click pay. I have no business with them, fraud chargeback investigated by credit card.

    Horrible company with awful service! I agree with all the negative reviews. I was double charged for a payment after trying to pay an *** fee through them which is only annual, I was put in an automatic payment status and they cannot explain how that happened. To get the *** fee expeditiously paid, I used a credit card and then ClickPay charged me a $9.74 service fee. I was willing to pay that to get the *** fee paid, but when the auto billed me the exact charge and another $9.74 service fee 4 days later, I began contacting the *** management company and ClickPay for a refund. It took over a 1/2 dozen calls but eventually ClickPay with the management company's authorization refunded me th *** fee but NOT THE 2nd ERRONEOUS service fee. Multiple calls later to both the management company and ClickPay resulted in my being told they would not refund me the 2nd service fee. Their system is totally user unfriendly and uncooperative and unfair. I am going to try and work with the management company to ask them not to use ClickPay.

    This company refuses to verbally communication and explain they don't understand i was never told i be changed higher price and i never got mail to my address telling me this and when i was talking about reverse transaction when i had that bank card i wasn't ever told or explained about anything about a block on my account if i reverse the transaction when i give this company my account number to save money. Its not my fault my bank canceled my card do to fraud and scam from online dating and i am now told i would have give them private information about my bank account when that information is for me and my bank to have no outsiders about reverse transaction when i was told i had to pay rent with a money order to my apartment and they will remove the block. I been told many stories today i was told i would have to reverse the transaction when i already paid money owed to the the apartment complex with a money order. This bad business and they sure don't know how to treat people who have learning disabilities and can't explain verbally communication

    I been using click pay for the past 2 years I had a bank fraud which reversed charges however when I found out I did not ask for the money back my bank chase released the funds back to them since I used chased **** debit the money was put back accepted and should of been sent back to click pay . However when I call click pay they have no records of my money . Since they blocked my account no payment can be accepted from ********************** . My management office stating will proceed with eviction since click pay cant prove they have the money . ***** confirmed they accepted the funds . How is this my fault now ** being a victim of fraud again?

    Bunch of thieves! Extremely unethical business practice. I'm not even sure how is this legal for a business to be stealing and set up an online paying system for the sole purpose stealing from consumers. Pay attention to those fees that are coming out of nowhere and when contact them, you'll get a run around for hours, with agents telling you that there's no supervisor available to take calls and when ask to speak to a manager you get sent to an automated voicemail which means they are just stealing from you if they don't want to resolved the issues. I really hope they get sued and get shut down! Don't set up nothing with auto pay with those mobs and Co tinge to complain here so our issues can be resolved

    I recently bought a place and the *** payment is set up through Click Pay. The support provided is lousy and I cannot even pay on the first of the month. There is poor communication between the property Management and Click Pay and Click Pay wants me to do their communication with the ******************* team, when it is them that cannot set up payment at the right time. Secondly, and more importantly, Click Pay has added a property to my account that I have no connection with! I have emailed and made them aware but they keep sending me emails saying that my name is attached to this property! This is ridiculous and serious! They have access to my bank information and who knows what they will do with it? I don't know how this could negatively impact my credit score if I put a stop payment through my bank while they list this property under my name and report it to the credit reporting system for non payment. They are so inefficient and aggravating. No one bothers to call and ask or explain and there is no effort to fix the problem. Totally unethical and incompetent. They should be put out of business!
