    Do not use this service charged a service Fee of $155 for a $15 payment. They are deceiving to customers.

    Clickpay/Realpage is a third-party payment processor that processes payments for property management companies. The fee associated with **** card payments are fixed and flat based on the average rent amount set by the property management company, instead of the transaction amount. Other card types and ACH payments have a different fee structure. There is a fee chart provided in the Clickpay portal that discloses the fees associated with different payment methods.

    Clickpay is taking money out of my account without authorization. They are double charging, double the amount. Rent is 2500, They bill 4500 twice in one month. They did the same back in March. This is crazy. My management company is refunding the money but how can I be sure this doesn't keep happening.

    Clickpay/Realpage is a third-party payment processor that processes payments for property management companies. The complainant created an automated payment schedule to initiate a monthly payment. The complainant also initiated one time payments while the auto payment schedule was active. Therefore the auto payment and one time payment resulted in two payments. The complainant can reach out to Clickpay Support if assistance is needed with the auto payment schedule.

    I see why companies use click pay to rob hard worker people of there money I will be looking for legal counsel if I get evicted because of this company I told them to many times an the managers dont care they dont care if you get evicted because of them an it looks as if they are doing it to a bunch of people an there still in business

Clickpay Customer Support advised the complainant to work with the property manager regarding the request to make a split payment, since the payment portal was configured to accept payments in full. We encourage the complainant to work with their property manager for alternative payment arrangements.

    Click Pay is allowing this management company to withdraw funds from my account without a bill, my knowledge or consent. I have a credit that was for the rent and the manager just takes money out of it with no bill or anything. Just taking money out of my account. How is this not theft?

According to the communicaton logs, there was a payment reminder email sent on 4/30/2025. Please note that ClickPay does not have access to the statements. For any statement-related questions, we encourage the complainant to work with their property management company regarding the deductions to the available balance.

    I did not have a site here on 4/30/25. You have not given me any options to freeze my funds that I have credited for rent only at all. Your company is entrusted with my funds which you have allowed the management to withdraw for payments in which there are no bills. Management is doing this, these ARE my funds that I entrusted to Click Pay and it has been misappropriated.

    In order to pay my maintenance fee of $1429.03, Clickpay charged me $885.00. They took more than half the money which means I only paid half of my maintenance fee and now I am in arears. I will also be charged a penalty. This seems so unfair.

    Clickpay/Realpage is a third-party payment processor that processes payments for property management companies. When the payment was made via a **** credit card, there was a service fee assessed. **** has rules that the service fees must be a fixed amount. To adhere to the rules, the **** service fee is based on the average rent amount for the property that provided by the property management company. The complainant's property management company set the average rent amount at $30,000, so when a resident pays with a **** card the fee will be based on the average rent amount, not the transaction amount. The fee is disclosed at the time of scheduling a payment and the payment screen. It's also on the fee chart in ************************ portal. We encourage the complainant to work with their property management company regarding the fees that were assessed.

    They changed their service fee policy without giving notice to charge a fee if you are not using their autopay feature, and their customer service department takes days and sometimes weeks to respond.

    Deceptive and useless. They pride themselves on being an online services platform yet penalize you when you do. Charging a monthly $9.95 service fee when using a debit or credit card even when enrolling in autopay? Ridiculous. Usually places offer to waive a fee like that when enrolling in autopay. Tried to call and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Hung up after an hour of waiting. The free way to pay (e check) is hidden pretty well in the platform. Really deceptive and frustrating.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They are nonresponsive, we continually have payments that do not post or come through and we have to manually add them, causing frustration for both members and staff.I now see why they rate a D-

    Waited on the phone for over an hour, " as we are helping other patrons at this time", only to be told their site was down, If you're not assisting other customers, it shouldn't take you an hour to answer the phone, to let people know we're wasting our time.

    Owner Condo 15 yrs Assessment required we pay yearly separate Check.. sent a check and click pay Also took a payment from our bank account now they have 8k of our $$And pulling CC .. we were not aware they were taking Assessment from our account always paid with separate check. Manager said to stop automatic payment .. Did for one day..Still havent received my check..Called my bank also visited to reinstate payment to click pay. Of course no check was presented to Bank attempted to pay several times Bank has NO records of any payment requested from click pay.. called click pay several and I mean several times until click pay requested to Open up a New Account so the payment will go through .. Payment went through for 3 mths and now they been sending me late payment Fees of ****** which I dont think I am responsible.. Of course I called several times they say we have to pay I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM ALWAYS PAY OUR BILLS AND THE ACOUNT AND $$ IS THERE ON TIME.THEIR SYSTEM IS MESSED UP..
