      **************** is terrible. Extremely difficult warranty process. No communication or follow up on the process. Escalation and case numbers do nothing to improve the process. Over charged credit card and refused to refund. Promised and lied to multiple times. ********* failed in 3 months. Authorized credit less than the amount of a replacement because I bought the unit on sale.

      We purchased an ** refridgerator in July 2024. Last week (Friday) we were having issues with it cooling properly. We tried to use the online customer service chat and the incompetence was flabbergasting ! I disconnected and re-connected 4 or 5 different times because of the shear stupidity and robot script reading to trouble shoot EVEN THOUGH they were told we've already done this step... I finally called the 800 # for repairs and got a run around and transferred 4 times to get repairs set up. THEN they wanted to charge us a flat fee of over $300 (pre-pay on CC) before they even came out to diagnose the matter. WE TOLD THEM WE ARE UNDER LABOR AND PARTS WARRANTY !! We were told a repairman wouldn't be out till the next week !! WE WOULD LOOSE ALL OUR FOOD BY THEN. I called today to cancel the appointment because we never heard from anyone, this was an emergency, and we were told the repairmen don't work on weekends.... then all of a SUDDEN (after I cancel) I start getting texts from Dosyak Appliance asking for the Receipt, Make and serial number of our fridge. Then another text saying that **** from Dosyak would be out ON FRIDAY (8 DAYS LATER).....When I looked up this company and phone number that texted me - They are out of PA and only serve NY NJ and ** - SO WHY THE H3LL WERE THEY TEXTING ME, We are in IL ?

      I bought a refrigerator and it is under warranty. I called the call center 4/24/25 it is in the ***********. My case was sent to a local repair ****** Appliance. They have come out to my home 7 times and for repairs 6 times. According to ** I have not provided them enough repair attempts. Like 6 repairs are not lot. I have been without a working refrigerator for 7 weeks. I have been in constant contact with ** call center and a Presidential Liaison **** that has repeatedly miss informed me of the next steps. I have requested to speak with a person in their legal team for weeks with no avail. The last call she actually hung up on me. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I have been patient with process but it is not easy being with a non working refrigerator. You can't buy groceries or put anything away. I am considering legal action myself. When you buy something this expensive you have an expectation of good will from the company but I guess ** does not honor their own regulations.

      Purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from ** on May 12. The dryer showed up damaged at the first delivery attempt. Visible scratches and dents on the outside from the shipping company. ** sent a replacement dryer that also showed up damaged. Now it is taking weeks to get an approval for another replacement since their policy is if the second appliance arrives damage, they just refund you. Which is a bizarre policy... We purchased these appliances during a sale and cash back offer. If we were to take the refund, we would lose out on hundreds of dollars. I have no dryer and it is taking weeks to get an answer from ** about a replacement. This is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is horrible, and I truly hesitate ever purchasing another appliance from ** again.

      Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get a dishwasher under warranty fixed for four straight months. All I get is the runaround. The agent barely speak English and they make promises. They never keep.

      My daughter was in the process of gutting their old kitchen and updating it with new appliances. My husband and I decided we would buy then a package deal offered by ********** of l. G products. This included a refrigerator freezer, a range and a dishwasher. We paid for it in full from ********** and it was delivered, april twenty seventh purchase was in march. Upon arrival, the 3 items were put in the house, but not in the place. In the kitchen. The reason why they were not hooked up right away is because the kitchen was being remodeled in piping had to be relocated. On May 10th, the stove was connected. But at that time, my daughter did not use the oven. A few days later, she went to use the oven. It would not light, I contact it ********** and was told I had to contact l g. A technician was sent to the house on may fifteenth. At that time, the technician said it has a faulty valve that he has to order it. On june fifth I received a call stating that their technician will be out to install the new part between eight and five ******** The technician never showed up he text a message saying the part that he has now is it's not the right part and he has to reorder it. He stated in his text that my home visit has been canceled. I immediately called ** and ask what the hell's going on? They had no idea. I spoke to 13 people, including 3 calls back to **********. ** said they would have to call us with this digital number. ********** had no idea what I was talking about. I told the woman the story she said she'll get back to me which he did. She told me that the technical department from l. G was there on thursday, june fifth, that was a total ****** one came there per the text that hit the technicians sent. Today I get a new date now. They're coming june twelfth with the new part. I am very frustrated. I will never buy another l. G product number 10 was my last time. The technical department is a bunch of a*******. Total lack of communication.

      I ordered a washed and dryer on *** website (instead of from another retailer) on 6/4/25 because of the advertised delivery date being so soon. They promised delivery and installation on Saturday 6/7/25 and promised me that someone would reach out to me to schedule the time on 6/7. Tracking was unavailable on the website. Because no one reached out to me until the morning of 6/7, on 6/6 I had to cancel all my plans for the day of 6/7 to be able to receive them at any time. In the morning of 6/7, they told me my delivery would be between 6-7pm that night. I drove over to receive it by 6pm, but at 6:04pm I received a call saying actually it would be closer to 8pm. I drove back again at 8pm to receive it, then found out they were one stop away in the adjacent town still and would likely be there soon. I waited until 9:14 at which point I called again to find out they would not be able to deliver that day at all and they could not tell me when theyd be able to deliver and also ** is closed on Sundays so I have to wait 36 hours to talk to ** about rescheduling. This was false advertising and so disrespectful of my time. I wasted my ENTIRE day off waiting for this delivery and still dont know when my washer/dryer will be delivered. Their excuse was being over capacity. Why did they let me book delivery for that day then if they were over capacity? How does ** have an A+ BBB rating when it has an average consumer rating of 1/5 on BBB?

      Cancelled an online ******* order from ** partner store before it was shipped. They still delivered tv wall mount after couple of days which came free with the tv and only refunded partial amount ($3184.50) instead of $3,615.53. It is by far my worst experience with any retailer since I had to call several hundred times from past 5 months and still only received partial refund. When I call and follow up for full refund the online *** will say a case has been initiated and then nothing happens. I've tried emailing them but poor response there as well. I wonder if anyone is even looking at these emails. Never ever purchasing from ** again.

      ** makes you sign in with some obscure procedures that have created total frustration with **. I will NEVER purchase another ***** as long as I live. It is totally frustrating to have a TV paid for that I can't turn on and use. The applications require a large amount of time updating to newer versions. On top of that ** wants me to grant unlimited access to my data...there is no way to opt out. This company is ****.Do I need to say more? ** requires more upkeep than all the appliances, home insurance, car maintenance -- and everything else totaled together. I hate this company!
