      We bought a new refrigerator 8 months ago, it stopped working. We were told someone would be out within 3-5 business days. On day 5 we are informed that no one is available to work on our refrigerator. We are still waiting to hear back from them on day 7

      Run don't walk from purchasing an ** washing machine! I purchased a new machine 21 months ago and I'm experiencing black flakes all over clothing and in the bottom of the drum at end of the wash cycle. ** Sent their technician to view the machine and he basically said the issue was caused by us. Ironically, this same tech had on a glove that had the same black flakes on the palm of his glove...I assured him we were not washing any items with black plastic. He refused any attempt at repair and informed me that another client had a similar issue and she admitted to washing a jacket. Given his quick assessment ** will not provide any repair or replacement. Hard to believe a washing machine can only last less than 2 years. At a minimum, ** should provide a complimentary repair or if they're really interested in keeping me as a customer replace this defective design with another similar unit.

      Don't purchase the ** side by side Smart refrigerator. The compressor on mine, failed 8 months after I purchased it and I am still attempting to have ** return it for refund. The compressor has been replaced and I have yet to see if the second one will fail too. ** refuses to return it based on the compressor failure. The company feels they have done their part by replacing it. The model #is LRSOS2706S. Do yourself a huge favor and don't buy it.

      It has been 60 days since my refrigerator went out. Within this time ** has done nothing to accommodate or facilitate its repair. The only thing that has been accomplished is the same BS laundry list of hoops to jump through. All for them to never send a technician and close out the case. I dont see why I needed to pay $400 extra for a warranty they wont fulfill. Honestly at this point Id have less of a financial loss trusting ******** marketplace or ***********

      If I could give a -10 stars, I would !!! *** appliances have flooded our home. They have refused to take responsibility. The machine was less than three months old. Its caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage. They have used every excuse in the book to get out of paying a claim with us now we are forced to go to court against them. I have several homes all ** appliances. I wish I could return every single one of them now I have a second washing machine that is flooding my Vacation home in ******* the compressor on my refrigerator went out. They sent a repair man who didnt properly fix it and a month later all my food spoiled because the compressor went out while I was away for about 10 days came home to a refrigerator with spoiled food. They havent paid that claim either . Their service department is horrific. The service individual who has been denying our claims is Temmell ***** They avoid your phone calls, emails, everything - they dragged their feet for nine months and now they offered us a measly little settlement. They told us to wait for five days while they sent out an inspector to look at the damage who never came. I waited for five days at my home with stench flood water. They told me I couldnt fix anything until it was inspected. It took them 96 days to repair a washing machine. It turned out that it was a broken drum the largest piece that you could possibly break. And it was broken on the inside. They hired a contractor that did not send the part back an ** has refused to pay anything it also shorted out our electronics in our home and has caused well over $40,000 of damage flooding down to the first level and all they did is offer us $3000 After denying our claim 10 different times !!! horrible horrible, horrible company I will never buy ** again

      Worst refrigerator ever. I bought an ** French Door refrigerator/freezer less than 5 years ago. Last year the water would not turn off. And this year the compressor needed replacing. Their warranty is no good so this cost me $1500 for repairs.

      We bought a brand new ** washer and dryer. The stackable washer and dryer cost just shy of 3k that did not work. It was delivered, we turned it on nothing. **************** said that it can be repaired and that the part is on order. The part never came and ** said it would take another week to get the needed parts to replace the display . Its been a month now with no working washer and dryer that was purchased BRAND NEW!. We were then told by ** that they would not refund or exchange the washer and dryer! . When did the roles reverse? when did the company get to decide and tell the customer what they will do? Do not buy and ** appliance.

      We got a ** qned tv in feb paid 2000 for this tv. Worked great. I have always love ** products had tvs before have a frig never had a issue till this tv....now my story starts on May 8th we watched a show then went outside then came I side my tv wouldn't work was purple black the screen. We call **. They trouble shot it nothing. We take pics **** of purchase which we order from ******. sent them every Pic. They start a ticket. Took 45 days before finding a tech which they kept say they had 30 days from may8th to get a solution or refund or ***lace the tv. That is a lie. So in June the tect comes out ** order parts they guessed was wrong. None worked. The panel in my tv is what is bad however the panel is now on back order with eta of when it'll be in. The **** they hired tells them to come up with a another solution bc he never heard of company just making g someone wait **** to a part comes in. I have called ** weekly. Every cust service **** and their supervisors tell me they put a complaint and ticke in to the high up bc they have to decide to ***lace my tv which they should. Every *** also claims it should have been done after 30 days of the date of May 8th. But the high up who u csnt get a number for never calls me in 24 to 47 hrs. This is 19th ticket for the high up. They claim they dont call bc my complaint is denied. Bc they feel like the tv can be fixed faster. Um ok when. The part if it comes in the earliest would end of aug the tect told us. May 8th my tv was down. And even end of aug if he gets it in doesn't mean it couldn't be damaged in shippenment ect. Paid 2000 for a tv that lasted 2 mth and ** warranty customer service refuses to ***lace it. Also the part is also discontinued so it might jot ever come available. I would love to no how high up denies my claim for a refund with all the info in 2 mth a tect they hired asking them to ***lace my tv. ** basically ripped me off 2000. Never again

      New dryer stopped heating. ** customer service was difficult to deal with. They issue a repair order which was grabbed by a company from a state hundreds of miles away. That company stated they "had techs in my area" but couldn't get to me for over two weeks. I had to cancel that and then **** the entire service appt with **. Same company grabbed the repair order (mistakenly...) and then proceeded to cancel it. ** couldn't and still can't figure out how to get a different service technician to my house. We are over two weeks out. I live on a huge metropolitan area of the ** where there are hundreds of appliance repair technicians. I escalated this issue to the "President" and got a "Presidential Liaison" assigned. This person "********" did absolutely nothing other than call me and verify I had the issue and it wasn't being addressed. He said he call me back. Never did. Still haven't heard back from him. ** is by far the worst company for customer service that I've ever dealt with. I will NEVER purchase another ** product in my life. Ever.

      Worst product I've ever purchased, and their customer service department is terrible. I bought an ** dishwasher, and we have had nothing but problems with it since we bought it. Their products are very poorly made with low quality materials. It is nearly impossible to get someone to actually talk to at their customer service department and when you do, they are very unhelpful. I have called multiple times, finally got someone on the phone who was very unknowledgeable, got put on long holds multiple times, to finally got hung up on. This happened over and over. It is impossible to get refunded for a product even if the fault is with the product (I was not able to get the product serviced or any money refunded). I want to warn anyone to stay away from ** products if at all possible. I will never buy anything from them again and hope my ****** can help someone else not make the same mistake I made. In terms of specific issues with the dishwasher: The pump is poor quality and couldn't pump the water out making the dishwasher smell. The trays are very flimsy and hard to push in and out. It did not clean the dishes well. My biggest issue with ** however, is their extremely horrible customer service department, their policies and procedures for servicing or refunding customers, their very untrained clueless staff, and how extremely hard it is to actually get someone to help. The fact they don't provide a phone number on their website should hint on their unwillingness to assist customers. You have to go through multiple steps to even get a phone number. ** is a large company that doesn't care about their customer's experience one bit. Their purchasing/marketing material is deceiving since they make it look like it will be an easy process if something goes wrong. From my experience it is not, and I've spent over 8 months trying to get help or money refunded.
