      My husband and I purchased an ** refrigerator from ********** on July 16, 2025. We have been having problems with the door slamming shut when it closes. When I called ** customer service, they tried to troubleshoot it with my husband and when that did not work they reached out to a ***air company to come fix it. The technician said he could not fix it. He provided a reference number and told us to call **. I called ** for 3 days and was consistently told they had not received the ***ort from the technician, even though the technician only has 48 hours to file the ***ort. I called ********** **************** and they reached to ** and arranged for a new ***air company to come out. We went to ********** and they contacted the **************** department; the **************** ***resentative reached out to ** and they arranged for ** to send out another ***air company. The new ***air technician came out and said they same thing the previous company said. He also said the refrigerator needs to be ***laced. I went to ********** and they called ** who insisted on talking to me; I got on the phone only to be told they had received the ***ort yet. I called ** again today (9/8/2025) only to be told ********** needs to call ** Dealers ************* The other issue is the customer service is extremely poor. Because I don't agree with with the ** *** i telling me they will disconnect the call. In the meantime, we are still in possession of an appliance that we paid for that does not work properly.

      We have an ** under warranty that their local repair person refuses to fix. This has been going on for 4 months and ** refuses to take action on, and they continue to tell us that they will get back in contact within 24 hours. We have gone months without a refrigerator, that is under warranty, and they refuse to repair. We rate ** a zero in our book. So sad.

      I have had a 3 month repair, 12 parts so far, and a refusal to replace. The ** refrigerator has had two major repairs during the few years I have had it. They now say it over five years old, so past its lifetime. That means a multi thousand dollar fridge is basically a lease, it will not last, it is not built to last, and it is not built to repair, just throw away. **************** is horrible, with nothing more than platitudes.

      Absolutely Terrible Products and ************************** I bought an ** refrigerator in June of 2023 from *****. I have called ** and Lowes multiple times due to cooling and freezer fan issues. Now my refrigerator is metal piece of trash in my kitchen. ***** and ** both outsource repairs to local companies which do not have parts and fail to respond to your calls or messages. I will avoid Lowes and ** at all costs. I have lost more money and food due to this faulty refrigerator that I paid a pretty ***** for. ** does not stand behind their products, they build cheap faulty appliances that constantly fail. I am so dis-satisfied. I feel they need to recall this fridges so that others do not have to live through this nightmare.

      This company has field to honor there own warranty Ive been fighting and calling about a tv that broke in just 5 months saw others having the same issue with ** paid ****** for a broken product they keep not telling the truth and hope that will give up not going to happen Im a disabled veteran so if there doing this to me then there are doing it to other customers beware and dont buy anything that ** sells there moto lifes good theres nothing good about ** stay away dont spend your money on ** products you will regret it.

      Recall on ** slide in range with front mount k**** Model LSEL6331F Purchased during the Thanksgiving day sale 2023. Had it delivered in March 2024. Had it installed either in July/August 2024. Was for a new build Contractor working by the stove unintentionally bumped the k**** and turned the stove on. Bad damage They paid for a new top. The new build is for a rental. The renter moved in middle of September. Along the way the same thing happened to the renter and also to my husband and myself.I called ** customer relations Appointment was made, nobody showed up. Finally showed up on the second request. All he did was show us where the lock button was on the stove. Told him It is a fire hazard and I do not want it in there. Called customer relations Talked to *************** through the whole spiel again and how dangerous that stove is and I didn't want it in my rental house.He said someone would contact me.On 8-22-2025 called again and talked to ****** who sounded like ********** Told him .Wanted to talk to Annysia who is the Presidential Liaison. Did not receive a call so on 8/26/2025 called again and talked to ******, who happened to sound like ********* and ******. ?? Our conversation lasted for 29 minutes. The first 21 minutes we were going back and forth.Him on how the stove was out of warranty. I was saying the warranty should be of no concern because the stove is a fire hazard. Even though the ***air *** said the stove was still under warranty. I requested to talk to Annysia and he wouldn't let me talk to her. He wouldn't let me talk to anybody that could handle this situation. Then he called me a racist. After numerous times calling me a racist, I decided to tape the conversation. In the last eight minutes you can hear him right in the beginning of the tape calling me a racist. I can send you the audio of the conversation. Just let me know. So my complaint is with the stove and the ***resentative who called me a racist. He went to far!!!!

      Model NumberLSXC22396S.ASTCNA0 Our fridge is about 8 years old. Eight weeks ago, it suddenly died. We called LG "customer service", was told it was a common issue and were talked into buying a $399 "service" plan. About a month later, a repair tech finally came to our home to fix the fridge. I had to take a day off of work to be there. Shortly after arriving, he told me that the "new" compressor he was given for this job was damaged. So, we went ANOTHER four weeks without a fridge. Today (Sept 2) was the re-scheduled appointment. My wife had to take a day off of work. The tech arrived, only to tell my wife that BOTH PARTS THAT WERE SENT WITH HIM DO *NOT* WORK. This is absurd. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. We have gone EIGHT WEEKS without a refrigerator. At this point ** should be paying for our new one - which will NOT be an **. (Not to mention two lost days of work for my wife and myself). How do they justify treating customers this way? We understand and accept that appliances can break down. What we can not and will not accept is that the company who got our money doesn't do everything it can to make sure we are supported in a fair and effective way.

      i have bought a combo washer dryer, worked for first 3 months and it wont dry anymore, i called to get a repair and its been a month so far because they have been "looking for a technician in my area",

      LG Electronics is a terrible business. I purchased a washer and dryer. The latter has been acting up since day one. It does not dry the clothes. Most of the times it gives E90 error. I called LG customer service many times, they sent out techs, they did tests but couldnt solve the problem. Last time they promised to escalate the issue to upper management and provide a replacement or refund. Later a woman called and said that the only thing they can do is to send out a tech again. Their warranty is a joke, their products ****. I can only wish them to go out of business.

      For over a year I've been trying to get my washer repaired! It's still under the 10 year warranty plus I purchased a 5 year extended warranty. They sent 7 different repair technicians and none of them know how to fix it. The last repair man told me that it is cheaper to replace it than to fix it, then he put in the report that there is nothing wrong with the machine! Ten minutes after he left the machine started banging as usual.
