      For over a year I've been trying to get my washer repaired! It's still under the 10 year warranty plus I purchased a 5 year extended warranty. They sent 7 different repair technicians and none of them know how to fix it. The last repair man told me that it is cheaper to replace it than to fix it, then he put in the report that there is nothing wrong with the machine! Ten minutes after he left the machine started banging as usual.

      I purchased several home electronics including a dryer, washer, dishwasher, and range directly from ** through ******* during a 10X cashback promotion, spending $4,369.45 in total.Before placing the order, the ** salesman explicitly assured me based on information from a training session conducted by ** that using his provided coupon would not affect my eligibility for Rakuten cashback. Relying on this representation, I used the coupon. Had I been informed otherwise, I would not have used it.However, after completing the purchase, my cashback was denied. I contacted both ******* and **, and each company stated that my order does not qualify. I requested that the ** representative escalate this matter to upper management, but I have no evidence that this was ever done. The representative failed to copy me on any communications and offered no proof of escalation. Based on their lack of transparency, I strongly believe my case was ignored and that I was simply given whatever response was most convenient for them.This is a clear case of deceptive sales practices. I relied on false assurances from an ** representative, and as a result, I lost out on a significant cashback amount. Such conduct violates consumer trust and could constitute misrepresentation.I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled and will not be doing business with ** again unless this issue is resolved promptly.

      My complaint is about ********** Machine, Model WT6105CW bought from ********** on May 27, 2025. It does NOT spin out enough and is causing a longer drying time. After having the new machine repaired, I am still not satisfied. ** **** suggested just adding another spin cycle. How is this energy efficient? How can they say the washer is energy efficient if it takes double the time to dry?I asked for a refund and ** said to contact **********. ********** said I have to contact **. I am getting the run around and feel like I am stuck with a washer that has double my laundry job AND increases my energy bills.

      ****** terrible customer service on June 10th, they received my return and promised to issue a refund within 14 days. It has now been 80 days, and I still havent received my refund. I have called six or seven times, and each time they promised either within 72 hours or within 14 days, but so far nothing has been refunded. Their after-sales service is absolutely awful. Every time I get transferred, I am left on hold for hours, and then they randomly hang up on me. The staff have no training at all and clearly dont know what they are doing.

      I will never buy another ** product again. The companies warranty service is terrible. We are on our 11th repair in a year and they will not replace the unit. Stay away.

      Wow, so many bad reviews of LG electronics. We purchased a new ** top load washer from Lowes (model WT6105CW) March 30 of 2025. It started leaking but was still under warranty so we called and got sent into endless loops and transfers to departments, repair, customer service, locator, online chat. We got nowhere and it has been 3 weeks now since this started. ***** is avoiding us as well and wont seem to help with a machine that was purchased in good faith. I am so frustrated, I could commit road rage with words and complaints. Hope some of you have gotten your issues resolved. I am out of patience but have no recourse.

      My new LG gas range has had a GAS LEAK since it was installed. I bought it direct from ** with delivery and installation. The range LEAKED GAS into my my home for a week until I had a plumber inspect the leak. Theleak is coming from the gas regulator on the range and my home gas line was confirmed to be fine. ** will not get anyone out to fix it for TWO weeks. ** seems to have ZERO concern about a gas leak. This is shockingly dangerous, as one might think a compny woudl care about killing it customers with a gas explosion due to a defective appliance. I would have been better off with my old beaten up cheapo stove. ** is the WORST COMPANY I've ever experienced. PLEASE let put this company out of business, messing with gas leaks is no joke and ** does not care one bit.

      Poor quality, products, and terrible service. I was a fan of ** and I purchased a very expensive refrigerator and it went out under a year of purchasing a product. It started with a water filter by the next day. My refrigerator was not working ** had given me a service date of the 19th which was five days away, but when I called back to say my refrigerator was not cooling and I was losing everything in it and my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and I had family coming in into town on the weekend. They explained to me that they could not that they would not change my service date because they did not have any technicians and I would just have to let my food spoil and they had a reimbursement program for that. When I tried to escalate, I was told I was in the escalation department speaking to ******** and that was as high as it went there was no one above her as I searched online, I noticed that it was a link that said sin complaints to the presidents office and when I asked her about it, she was like oh Im going to escalate it to them for you and someone will call you back so no one was escalating prior to that conversation and I still havent received a call back as of yet. I did put in a complaint online but theres no one that you can reach out to about issues and I started to reach out to other technicians to see if I could have someone come out to look at my refrigerator because of the situation I was in and I was told that there are many people out there having issues with ** products. Terrible customer service terrible products. I am not a fan anymore.

      they sneaking to avoid to pay or give you a replacement or a refund for appliance on warranty And all time they asking us to wait 48 hours so they can replay to us and never happened
