      Wish It Came With a Tent and Cooler Only lasted 4 months before breaking. Called **, waited 5 days for repairtech canceled. Now going on 2 weeks without a fridge, and they cant come for another week. Warranty feels like a joke. For the price, I guess I should have also budgeted for takeout and ice chests.

      Sadly I too am a victim of very poor service from **. It is now 3 weeks that we have been without a refrigerator waiting for ** to find a technician in our area to come and determine that our fridge is not repairable. This is the third time the compressor has failed during the life span of this fridge. We have attempted in good faith to comply with the process at ** of having a technician come to confirm the fridge is not working, but after 3 weeks and multiple failed attempts by ** to find a technician authorized in our area, enough is enough. We need to have a working refrigerator in our home and we have no faith the ** will be able to find a technician in our area. The same vendors that are unable to service our fridge keep being contacted with the same result: they are not able to service our fridge, How long are we expected to wait? It's been 3 weeks. I believe that is more than a reasonable time to try to resolve the issue. We paid $420.14 for a repair that has a 90 day warranty. That repair failed less than 3 weeks after being completed. I have spent countless hours calling and trying to no avail to get my money for that repair refunded so that I can go out and buy a new refrigerator. ** continues to refuse and keeps sending us back through a broken process that is not working to resolve our issue. Enough is enough. I keep being told that our case is being handled by the **************************** but that means nothing when I continue to be put off and told a technician will be coming only to have it cancel and then start all over again. Unfortunately since I am getting no relief from **, next step to try to get some assistance is to file a complaint with the consumer protection office of the ****************************** in ********. Please save yourself a lot of time and frustration: NEVER buy anything from ** and if by chance you have an ** product that fails, DO NOT pay them to service it - just go buy a new NOT ** product.

      ** lrmds3006s 30cubic foot refrigerator, two compressors, ice maker were replaced and all evaporator fans, evaporator and condenser coils replaced within the first two years of ownership. Still not working right. ** offered a replacement refrigerator if I opted to go through ****** to order. Shipping from ** went through a third party brokerage and no delivery, no help from ** as they kept saying that delivery was fulfilled? *** I never got my appliance, cancelled order and now waiting for ** to receive it back from the shipping company that they engaged before I can get my refund. Absolutely the worst phone center ever, no help at all and will refuse to connect to any kind of management when requested. I am an hvac service mechanic and I had to remind the ** techs of correct repair procedures while they were replacing the compressors, evacuation, pressure testing and using a micron guage all not done correctly by them. I will never buy anything ** again and will do everything I can to persuade anyone I know to do the same. No customer support after spending 4K at ********** for a refrigerator. Also shame on ********** for selling an appliance that has an active class action suite against it at the time of purchase.

      I dont want to leave not even 1 star. My compressor got damaged also and there giving me the run around. They lied to me. Please dont purchase the side by side refrigerator. The service of this people are horrible.

      Purchased microwave in Oct of 24.Nothing but problems from day 1!!Incompetent technicians. 6 different techs have tried to resolve the problem!!

      By far the worst customer support ever!!! I bought all new ** kitchen appliances from Lowes 6 months ago. After 3 months of use, one burner of a 5 burner ** glass cooktop stopped working. Although I have the Lowes receipt, the model number, the Lowes order number, the Lowes store number, the date of purchase, the item number, etc. ** will not honor the warranty without the serial number (which is NOT on the top of the cooktop). They want me to remove the cooktop from the new countertop myself and find the serial number for them. ***** is of no help either, saying it's under manufacturer warranty so good luck. By the way, I bought the 5 year extended ****** warranty on all the appliances. The serial number is not on the Lowes receipt so how am I supposed to find it????. Nobody should need a serial number anyway to fix a certain model of cooktop, especially one that's only a few months old. Just awful, rude and condescending customer support. Also anytime bad weather is anywhere near the cooktop turns itself on and all the control lights start flashing erratically. Never again **.

      I purchase a refrigerator February ******* and in May the city where I reside did water testing. It showed elevated nitrite (NO2?-N) levels in the refrigerator water and ice, with results reaching up to ***** mg/L. These levels are significantly higher than those from other water sources in the home and may indicate contamination within the refrigerators water system.Despite notifying the company, I have been informed that no corrective action will be taken. As a consumer, I find this unacceptable given the potential health concerns and the clear evidence of internal contamination.They just give you the run around everytime you call. There is no resolution.

      NEVER BUY ** CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THE WORSE EVER!!!!!!If I could leave negative ?? stars I would. I got a microwave and it has never worked. Had just gotten it and was told to contact **. Did what I needed to do with factory/manufacturer warranty. That was July 1, 2025. I am still without a microwave and have been given 3-5 different case numbers. (I lost count)Lg gaslight and ghosts their customers.We have everything ** (except our phones). WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY AGAIN.Even the company that makes our bed is known for their lousy customer service...** has them beat hands down. To bad ** is like this. We have had their products for over 20 years. We have a product we have had for 15 years (our last microwave) and thats why we went with them again.DONT DO IT PEOPLE. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THE VASELINE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

      We bought a new refrigerator 8 months ago, it stopped working. We were told someone would be out within 3-5 business days. On day 5 we are informed that no one is available to work on our refrigerator. We are still waiting to hear back from them on day 7
