      I paid almost 5K for a refrigerator 6 years ago. The fridge is already out. Do not buy their product.

      I purchased an ** OLED65B3PUA 65" ******* in 2023 for approximately $1,500. Just over one year later barely a month past the expiration of **s 1-year warranty the TV began to experience a serious hardware failure. The screen starts black, gradually turns solid blue from top to bottom, and then begins power cycling with loud internal clicking sounds. The unit becomes entirely unresponsive to the remote and onboard controls, and the only temporary workaround involves unplugging the device for 2448 hours. Even then, it only functions for 1030 minutes before the issue returns.While ** did authorize a one-time courtesy repair, the technician was instructed to replace only a wire. The technician himself expressed concerns that the directive made little sense and would not address the root issue a diagnosis that appears to have been correct, as the failure reoccurred shortly ************* this point, ** refuses to provide any further support. It is incredibly disappointing and arguably unethical that a premium *******, priced at $1,500 and marketed as a high-end home entertainment product, would become essentially unusable within 13 months of ownership. Even more concerning is **s unwillingness to investigate what may be a systemic defect, particularly when the initial repair was superficial and potentially negligent.I believe ** is taking advantage of a legal technicality by relying on the expired warranty while failing to uphold what many states recognize as implied warranties of merchantability that a product should function for a reasonable period of time. This TV clearly has not.I am requesting that **:1. Fully cover the cost of a proper repair 2. Replace the unit 3. Or provide a significant reimbursement I am also filing this complaint to make a formal record of what I believe to be predatory warranty practices and substandard post-sale support.

      **************** is the worst of all time. Bought a product brand new and doesn't work I've called probably 30 times in the last month I have gotten zero help. I will never buy an ** appliance again!

      ** appliance service is very bad. My family purchased 35k in new ** appliances and i was offered a complimentary home service with two free filters for my fridge. They gave me a window of a few hours and the technician called 90 min after the end of the time/window and has refused to come at a latwr date because i wouldnt allow him to disrupt our dinner. He has refused servuce and its been 9 months! I call and call and they say he wont respond to their request to honor their services call! DONOT trust ** buy a different brand! Since when can a technician decide he wont service a product because he cant make his appointments on time! Very very bad customer service!

      Do not buy these refrigerators!! We have bought two l g refrigerators stainless steel. With the big pull out bottom drawer.2500 down the drain. After not even three years on one. They have rescheduled over twelve times to fix our refrigerator. I have.The screenshots to prove ***** has almost been two months now. Had to purchase a brand new fridge when it is under warranty for the compressor. Keep getting the run around.Even had a manager call us say they were going to do something that they did not!! They can't see me get their c*** together on the phone when we call.They said this and then another person said that.We will never be buying ** again!!Do not buy their ************ will be very dissatified!!They act like they never said something that they said it's all ************ good luck with that one. A technician through ***** has rescheduled since 5/28/ now it's 7/2.And got rescheduled again!!Got a lawyer on it anyone who wants to join email us!!!!

      Had a fire in my ** microwave under 1 yr old . Mind you I purchased my second ** microwave. **************** refused to replace it or refund me and blamed me for the fire because I put paper towels in wrapped wet around a sweet *********** said that youre not supposed to put paper towels in the microwave, which is so not true. A lawyer friend of mine sent me a text stating that it is ok to put paper towels in the microwave to cover what you are warming up. I contacted ********** where I purchased this microwave. They were in complete shock and in a loss for words ********** reimbursed me immediately and I re-purchased another microwave not **. I will never purchase anything with ** again because the customer service was just so horrific. Im still in a loss for words terrible experience. !

      I would NOT recommend buying any ** products. We bought a refrigerator and in a few months it started making a weird noise. Called customer service and they said we had to record it and call back. Would never do anything about it so fast-forward another few months and the refrigerator completely quit. I have spent a month trying to deal with ** to get a refund as I will not buy ** products anytime. They do not stand behind their products and their customer service is ridiculous to deal with in getting it fixed. We never ever buy ** products and I dont recommend anybody else by **. They do not stand behind their products and **************** is c***

      I ordered a fridge, dishwasher, and got a free small fridge. Was supposed to be delivered and installed on 6/27/25. No phone call, text, etc. No one showed up. I was told it was reschedule to July 1st. I was refused a supervisor. Now im being told 4 different stories and that they don't even have it shipped yet. Again....refused a supervisor. This is unbelievable.

      Trying to get a repair/return/refund on our ** refridgerator has been the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. It has been almost 9 months of dealing with this and it is still not resolved. I have had to email/call/textchat dozens of times, including 20 calls averaging ***** minutes each. I have had to resubmit my receipt 6 or 7 times. I have had at least 6 people, including one manager named **** PROMISE they would call me back for follow up and none ever did. I had one person approve the receipt I sent then the next didnt approve it. Everyone gives you different information. Its like they are trying as hard as possible to make you so frustrated that you give up. They finally agreed to give me a refund but then inexplicably gave me a refund that was 200 less than the purchase price. In short, I will never ever EVER buy from ** again and I will encourage all of my friends and family to never buy from them again as well.

      I love my ** products and have a house full of them. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase has made me question my loyalty. We purchased 2 All in One washer/dryer combos less than a year ago. My husband deep cleans them weekly. Unfortunately, they are not working properly, the soap dispenser says that the detergent is low, even immediately after refilling and both of the washers are leaking. My floor has now been damaged and ** is not helping. We have done ALL the troubleshooting as required multiple times and finally they sent out a technician. The technician did not know the product. He opened it up and looked inside and said he didn't see anything and that was it. He was rude and very condescending and didn't believe us. He refused to help with the soap dispenser either. We are sitting here now with washers that we can't use because they leak. I called and messaged ** to request a supervisor to call me. They said they would call me on Friday and they didn't. I messaged them again and then they said they would tell a supervisor to call. I am still waiting to talk to someone and this has been a terrible experience. At this point, I just want a refund on these combos. They are defective. I am very upset by this whole experience and wonder if my loyalty means anything to **.
