I have a dishwasher that has been flashing lights and stops in the middle of a cleaning cycle. It won't drain every time when it stops. It makes random chime noises. It is a little over a year old. And has never worked right. I am being told by some non English speaking customer service representatives that I should have bought a extended warranty. I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING BUT AN ** DISHWASHER. I WILL NEVER BUY AN ** ANYTHING/ EVER. WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We purchased a new fridge from ********** about four years ago. It is still under warranty but it has gone out. We went back to **********, who tried to tell us it was not under warranty and that we needed to purchase a new one, even though we clearly have documentation that we have a 5 year warranty. We finally reached ** after dealing with several robots and they assured us that they would come out to fix the fridge. Three weeks later, living out of a cooler, they have not showed up and strangely have no one that can come to our home to fix it. They randomly send texts to see if we have hired someone on our own or if we still need help but no humans will contact us. When we reach someone, we hear the same thing.."someone will contact you in 48 hours." I don't know how they expect someone to live without a fridge for 3 weeks, but I assure you that I will never buy an ** appliance again and I will recommend that none of my *********** Clients purchase ** either. It should be illegal to allow a business to not perform on a warranty like this.

** is a scam. I purchased my first appliance when I moved into my first home, an ** refrigerator. After 3 years, the compressor broke. ** said they would fix it as it was still under warranty. I live in ******, **, and ** uses ***** to do repairs. ***** never showed up. For weeks, they would schedule an appointment and then never show up. ** finally agreed to give me a credit for the fridge. They refused to let any local repair person fix it because they were not certified under their warranty program. To get the credit I had to rip the ** tag out of the fridge, cut it in half, and mail it in. I also had to get on a call with ** to verify the fridge. This was months ago. I have been waiting for my credit to be "approved" for over two months. My fridge broke 4 MONTHS AGO, and I still have no credit. Apparently, someone named ******** from the ************************ Team" is working on my case. You cannot call anyone in this team, email, or text them. You can try, but they never respond. I call ** every week and every week the person says they will "escalate" my case. It's all a lie, all a scam. Never in my life will I purchase an ** appliance. First appliance I ever purchased and a ****** learned. ** does not prioritize its customers and delivers subpar products.

My ** refrigerator is broken. They have been coming out for almost a week now exchanging the Compressor and its still not working. The technician has no idea what he is doing. He keeps fixing the same thing and saying its going to work, but my fridge still is not working. Its still blowing out hot air. I spoke to solutions team. They have not escalated the situation. I feel that they just dont care and theyre not even offering to switch out my Fridge. They just keep sending out the same technician not qualified to repair the Fridge or even diagnosed the issue..they have a hold on my credit card with a pending open case..This is ridiculous. Dont ever use ** Dont buy any products from **. Definitely not electronic

I bought an ** air conditioner on May 2, 2025 from ******. The air conditioner was picked up from the store May 9, 2025. It was installed in the Bedroom Window on June 15, 2025. In the early morning of July 5 at around 4:30/4:45 AM. My husband and I were awaken by the ** air conditioner making a terrible noise as if it was going to explode and as if it couldn't run correctly. I turned it off. Once I could contact ** I did. I was told no one could help until Tuesday, July 8, 2025. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told one would call me back no one did. I went out and bought a different unit from a different manufacturer. I am uncomfortable putting that unit back in my home. It is unsafe. I am now being told that if the unit can be fixed I have to accept the unit fixed despite the fact that I feel unsafe.

LG Electronics has poor customer service when it comes to standing behind their products. In our case, we are able to reach ** customer service but they "have a process" and resist budging from it:I bought a $2700 ** refrigerator, model # LRMDS3006D/01 in Feb 2025. There is a problem with the icemakers on this model and ** will do everything they can (sending multiple repair techs) but replace or refund their product. If you want ice on a regular basis, save your money & buy a cheaper refrigerator! The refrigerator did not make ice when delivered. I was told to wait a few days for the freezer to reach a temperature for ice and it would work. It didn't. My first contact with ** was thru their Chatbot. I was given a link to ******* and shown how to hit the rest button for both icemakers. Then they started working. Within a week, the door icemaker stopped. The only way to get it working is to open the icemaker door, take out the catch tray and hit the reset button. Then it works 1-2 days, then stops. We have contacted ** on several occasions. First time, they mailed an icemaker out and said I was to replace it myself. That icemaker worked a few days and also stopped working, requiring me to hit the reset button almost on a daily basis. The next time we contacted **, they sent out a technician (saying the tech will have to determine if the frig was unrepairable before they'd elevate the issue). The technician scheduled a visit, only to say he didn't have the icemaker in stock and needed to order it. Another week goes by, and he comes to replace the icemaker. It didn't last a day. We are now fighting with ** to just refund or replace the refrigerator. They want to send another technician. We feel its a defect in this refrigerator and we don't want to have to go "through their process" of sending multiple technicians, to probably replace multiple parts & continue to inconvenience us, before they'll just take the frig back.

Purchased a ** 4K ULTRA ***** in July 2023 and it now has a permanent line across the bottom (that flickers). The warranty only lasted a year. The TV I had before purchasing ** STILL WORKS AND LASTED OVER 12 YEARS. It is unacceptable for a tv to stop working properly after not even 2 years. I did not buy an extended warranty because I did not and knew I would not cause damage to the item. The glitch in the TV came on suddenly/item defective ON ITS OWN. Nothing has touched the TV TO CAUSE the glitch. I am sharing my experience for others consideration before purchasing this item. You should NOT HAVE TO buy extended warrantys for items that are supposed to be designed to last for 10 years EVEN 5 years might have been acceptable. There is hi point in paying for service to come look at the TV. With the cost of TVs now I might as well buy a new one. But it will be ******* . Never had issues with a **********. This was first time buying ** and will be last.

I purchased a washer and dryer combo almost a year ago and the dryer intermittently cuts off and wont power back on until the machine is unplugged and plugged back in the outlet. After multiple calls and multiple troubleshooting attempts they still dont want to send anyone out to look into the issue. This has been the worst customer service *** ever dealt with over the phone. They all read from the same script and tell you the same thing like I havent already been told this before. I guess Ill just use this overpriced dryer as a place to store clothes because it sure doesnt do anything else it was designed to do. Pure garbage, way to go *** you knocked it out the park.

American ciitizens save your hard earned money and find a much better company to spend with! These companies come from over seas and have high retail prices for their items but put little effort into the small details. I purchased an ** MICROWAVE, ***** AND DISHWASHER, for the emblem to fall off!! I mean the letters look to come from a ****************** If Im paying a substantial amount of money for these products the least they can do is INSCRIBE their emblem! Im completely distrusted! I purchased a ******* refrigerator and noticed THEIR product emblem is ENGRAVED! So its safe to say thats where my funds will be spent going forward, ** dont cheap out on the small details they count!! Ugh!! Shame on You!!!!
