      The warranty process is riduculous! The custoner service are no help! Dont ever buy ** products! Porscia from their corporate or presidential doesnt even know what she os doing!

      Just bought my 2nd *****. Great price for a 65 inch set, and great picture as well. The problem is the ***** channels app. It is epically frustrating to use. Adding or deleting channels is an ordeal. To make matters worse, ** added channels to my favorites that I did not want. I finally gave up and deleted my ** account, favorite channels and all information. Would recommend a **** capable or ********** instead, even if it cost a few dollars more.

      ** becoming personal with my life and **** . Fema is suppose to be an emergency support that is paid thru taxes that are reserved for Hurricanes and disaster relief for the country . Most of the country understands this . I have applied for Fema and still waiting for the relief for it . Well I was suppose to get 750 from Fema and didnt . I FOUND IT ODD THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET A WAIVED REPAIR FEE OF 360 FROM ** AND NOT THE **** MONEY . I DID NOT GET THE ISSUED **** AMOUNT BUT SOMEHOW I FOUND IT ODD THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ** REPAIR FEE WAIVED . This seems more like a **** review because I am still waiting for the relief but havent received it . It is going on 90 days . I just found it odd that ** WAIVED IT AND IT WAS NICE BUT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF I DO GET THE **** MONEY ? IT seems political .

      Purchased a microwave on November 19, 2023. It stopped heating food on December 9, 2024. Smart diagnosis did not indicate any problem. It did run but it did not heat. Contacted consumer service and since the warranty had just expired they could only help with giving repair services. The ones that were given did not answer or did not work on microwaves. I am very disappointed with quality and assistance.

      Purchased a new ** dishwasher 11/2019 with ** extended warranty thru 10/2023. Made a warranty claim 12/2020 got the claim approved and validated, and then nothing ever happened. Called and emailed several more times, still nothing. The original issue a cracked control panel, led to electrical issues and machine no longer being usable 12/24. Maybe if the original problem was addressed the machine would be repairable!

      I usually dont like yo write negative reviews, however I am so disappointed that I feel the need to write one. I have been an ** customer for over 10 years and have several ** appliances in my home. I recently had an issue with melting ice and after calling them several times they refused to cover the replacement of the compressor which was replace under warranty only 3 years ago. The service technician also mentioned that ** refrigerators have compressor isdues very often. Needless to say. First I am disappointed that they would not cover the part second I will not be buying ** products in the future! So they just lost a loyal customer for life. ********************** good? I dont think so!

      I strongly advise against utilizing this company. Their customer service is severely deficient. An incorrect refrigerator was delivered, and the subsequent exchange process was excessively complicated and protracted. The return process proved equally problematic. I urge **'s CEO to conduct a thorough review of their operational procedures, as this experience may significantly impact future sales. Furthermore, the utilized delivery service's exclusive use of Korean presents a significant communication barrier. Since November 25th, attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful, resulting in multiple proposed solutions and reference numbers, yet a definitive refund remains outstanding.

      Installed 3 appliances. Next day water is coming up under my flooring, leaking from ice maker/ water dispenser. Called.Contractor came out and said "call plumber". Tried to explain that the problem was from the install. He left. Called ** and after several hours. I am left with a technician coming to fix the problem tomorrow. I was transferred multiple times, talked over, and ultimately was transferred, unknown time, to asurion. Poor guy, poor me neither of us knew what was happening. The complaint number on line is the same number I have called the last 2 days. I have generally been happy with both their products and services. I cannot ever either recommend them or use them again. Hope this saves someone some aggravation.

      Purchased an ** dishwasher LDTS5552S. Absolutely horrible dishwasher and ** will not even replace the defective machine that is brand new from April of this year (its now December, but have been dealing with this for months). It is loud, makes all kinds of noises. Have had service techs come out from ** many times and say its normal for the dishwasher to sound the way mine does. I dont think so, my other dishwasher never sounded like this at all. It is noted online on their website as a super quiet machine. It is anything but quiet. Ive had parts replaced on it and still the same issues. Clearly the machine is defective and ** will not do the right thing and replace the machine. I have everything documented on my phone which I have sent over to them and probably even more at this point. An absolute joke. Months of calling ** and getting the run around and doing the same things over and over, and still they will not do the right thing and replace the machine. Ive even wrote a complaint to the presidential office of ** and still nothing. Tried calling back after they left me a voicemail and still got nowhere. So this ** dishwasher and this whole situation is all around just a joke and yet still I have a dishwasher that is clearly defective and not at all as quiet as it is advertised by ** online.

      We've purchased a french door refrigerator for over $3K and we started having issues with the icemaker which was served and repair by the only ** tech that came here. From there problems with the cooling and complete failing of the fridge function.We had to pay out of pocket to have a technician come home to diagnose the problem because **'s technician were busy and we were a week without a fridge. ** promised to refund the $75 charged by outside technician and they NEVER came through. After ************** (authorized repair) changed the compressor, a week later, we had to call ** again because that compressor was also damaged. They came back and changed the compressor again. Mind you, the fridge is only three years old. We were promised to receive Food Loss of a third of the value of what we had in the fridge and nothing happened. We've sent purchased receipts, scanned receipts of what we could find and a Presidential Liaison named ****** who NEVER follow through or replied to any email, call or text message.Finally, we received a link to and absurd $250 for the first time without a fridge and when trying to open the link to a ** ****** page, the link doesn't work. We've called time and time again to complaint to them and nothing happens. We found out that ** fridges have issues with the compressor. So stay away from that brand that once they get your money, they do not care for nothing more.
