      We've purchased a french door refrigerator for over $3K and we started having issues with the icemaker which was served and repair by the only ** tech that came here. From there problems with the cooling and complete failing of the fridge function.We had to pay out of pocket to have a technician come home to diagnose the problem because **'s technician were busy and we were a week without a fridge. ** promised to refund the $75 charged by outside technician and they NEVER came through. After ************** (authorized repair) changed the compressor, a week later, we had to call ** again because that compressor was also damaged. They came back and changed the compressor again. Mind you, the fridge is only three years old. We were promised to receive Food Loss of a third of the value of what we had in the fridge and nothing happened. We've sent purchased receipts, scanned receipts of what we could find and a Presidential Liaison named ****** who NEVER follow through or replied to any email, call or text message.Finally, we received a link to and absurd $250 for the first time without a fridge and when trying to open the link to a ** ****** page, the link doesn't work. We've called time and time again to complaint to them and nothing happens. We found out that ** fridges have issues with the compressor. So stay away from that brand that once they get your money, they do not care for nothing more.

      Purchased French door fridge with craft ice. $3k purchase. Within 2 weeks the freezer stopped working and the ice melting all over my brand new floor. I used the chat feature and requested service. The very next day the fridge stopped cooling as well. I escalated to the chat yet again. I was promised a 48 hour window for service by the agent via chat. I was then given the contact info of the office that would be providing the repair. I was told 5 business days to order parts. I asked to return the fridge on warranty because I could have another fridge delivered the next day. My request to return was denied. My fridge was broke down for almost 2 weeks before it ended up getting fixed. Very upset with this whole process. One hand does not communicate with the other in this company.

      ** is absolutely the worse leader ever. I purchase a ** signature refrigerator and the Compressor went out 50 hours later and they want replace it. They want to send a repair person. Why should I have a ***** dollar refrigerator repaired when I just got it. Please dont purchase from them

      I purchased an ** dishwasher through a military partnership program, expecting high-quality service. Instead, the entire process has been a disaster:*** chosen delivery company, ***, failed to deliver on the scheduled date. I later learned the driver didnt show up for work and had the dishwasher in their personal possession.When *** finally contacted me, they said the item was damaged and pressured me to decline delivery, even though I hadnt seen the damage. I reluctantly agreed, but the entire situation felt mishandled.**s customer service added to my frustration. I called multiple times, only to be transferred repeatedly, given unhelpful answers, and told I didnt qualify for any resolution because I rejected the damaged item. When I asked to speak with an American representative, I was told none were available. After significant effort, I finally reached someone who understood my concernsbut no meaningful help was ***********, weeks later, Im still waiting for a dishwasher, and my confidence in *** ability to resolve this has plummeted. For a company that partners with military members, I expected better treatment and professionalism. Had I known this process would be such a nightmare, I would have gone to ********** or Lowes, where I could have received the same military discount without this ordeal.

      The worst customer service? Everything is iutsiurced to another country where they read a script. No answers to even the simplest question. 1 hour on hold to get someone to transfer you again?Ordered with est delivery date of Dec 4th. No one knows when itll be delivered? Now told they dont have the washer and dryer in stock? Way better to order with local provider like Lowes or HD. Because **, who could make the product, sells it and then I guess the rush production and you wait weeks/months? And? Get no answers. The worst!And no need to send a note to the president. The little girl just sends a standard reply and never gets back to you. A non caring company who has zero customer service!

      ** and Best Buy support were incapable of reconnecting my one year old ** smart TV to the internet. The ***** automatically updated its software and will not connect to the internet. All other brands of TVs in my home are connecting. The steps provided by ** dont exist on my TV. I purchased the Best Buy Total Protection because they said they would come to my home for no additional cost and repair internet connections or physical problems with the TV. Dont purchase ****** or Best Buy Total Protection.

      What a ripoff. I had a problem with the top of the dryer separating after less than a month owning it. The dryer was supposed to be under warranty. I chatted with a *** who told me to join just answer for $5. When you clicked on the link, they asked for $37 and it signed you up for a monthly service.

      Bad customer service all around. I purchased a window A/C unit and it broke down a month later. When I requested a warranty replacement they told me that my old unit was out of stock so they offer to send me a different unit. I said thats fine only if the different unit is not a lesser model than the one I originally had. They said its not a lesser model. Sure enough they lied and the replacement they sent me was a lesser model. Then when I call customer service to ask for a refund of the price difference between the models they say no because they already sent the replacement. Will never buy their products again or recommend them to anyone.

      Did not respect warranty under year purchase, claimed it was out of manufacture warranty, but their book clearly states from purchase date which was still under a year. Would allow a technician to come out to see if it was a manufacture defect, or something else (only like they can tell) and if it was the former, we would have to pay for the visit.
