      Worst customer experience EVER! I thought ordering a washer and dryer directly from ** would be the right thing to do. But no! Had a confirmed delivery date and 4-hour window but they never showed. No curtesy call or proactive call to let me know they weren't coming. No sorry we didn't show, just a text letting me know I could reschedule. Rescheduled for 3 weeks later (earliest possible) and received another "confirmed" delivery date and 4-hour window. Again, they failed to show. It's been over one month and I still have received my $1,700 washer and dryer. ** and **'s delivery partner ***, not responding!

      I will never buy another ** piece of Equipement again and I would recommend the same for others. If you have to ever have to use their customer service for a return or a repair you can forget it. They want me to send the item back to them and wait for a repair. I asked for a box and they told me to pay for that. It also takes forever for them to communicate with you.

      Some of the most unhelpful customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The ** products that I've had have not lasted long at all and have had multiple issues that were a LONG process to resolve - it took months for ** to provide service on a product that was less than 2 months old at the initial time of service request. I will never purchase another ** appliance of any sort. After taking a chance on this company, I should have listened to other reviews that stated similar problems.

      The worst TV I ever had. Please do not by ******. I had problems starting from first week after repairing three times it is still a failure. First Panel, next wifi and final the TV gave. up and never turn on. Repairs under warrantee take a long time.

      Purchase ** microwave and there was a issue. I was told it will be delivered on Friday Dec 27 2024. I was at home waiting. Delivery person callef me I missef it and i called back within 20min 4 times and left voicemail and driver not picking up or returning my call stated to dispatcher he attempt delivery and no one was home which is not true so overall they are not honest. ** have not honest delivery employees.

      Terrible customer service. Ive been without use of my refrigerator for over a month November 23rd. The Service provider assigned a copy to come to my home December 20th the individual came without Freon. I lost over $450 worth of groceries and Ive had to buy ice to keep my food in a cooler that has been water logged. I cant buy anymore groceries. This has caused great distress. No one seems to be concerned about my lost or inconvenience. *** had to call this company several times without any resolve. The customer service is awful when youre being told no worries when you have lost all of your food and cant buy groceries because theres no place to store it.

      Terrible customer service, can not agent, she offered to transfer. Brand new range delivered 11-20-24. Experienced the oven racks binding as they slide in and out. Husband looked to see what was causing it yesterday 12-25-24, Enamel is scratched off the inside tracks of the racks. ** says this cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty. I have live with it because I didn't report it within the first 48 hours after delivery. It's considered cosmetic damage that the racks manufactured for the unit do not fit properly and have damaged the inside of the oven's enamel coating. Photos available but no way to add to post.

      ***** treats its customers like yesterdays TRASH! The TV was delivered and had a TV mount guy install it for me. Setup started fine until I ran into the much dreaded error *** services country information could not be retrieved from the server". I scoured the internet and tried all of the fixes SEVERAL times to no avail. The agent was very nice and helpful.I was on the phone with him for an hour and again everything they suggested from their back end support did not work. Finally after exhausting all options in troubleshooting they said that it's an issue with the actual TV and that I can return it and get another one and gave me 15% off. Which is a nice gesture and much appreciated. BUT, I asked for a little more of a percentage off not only because of the hassle I'd already been through but also the following points.1) I have to now go through the hassle of returning the TV. That means taking it down and also losing money because I paid to have it mounted.2) I had to take off of work and lose money because of the limited times they had available to come and take the TV.3) I decided to upgrade to a better screen TV instead of getting the exact same one. I was willing to spend $400 MORE on a different set. This was a big deal considering all the trouble I've had with ** to this point.4) I would be without a TV for 4 or more days between switching out ******* with ALL those issues I didn't think it was asking for too much to ask for a little more discount (and the agent agreed with me). The manager wrote up a report detailing all of this and sent this to the higher **** She explained that I would get a call in 1 to 2 business days.I call back one business day wanting to expedite this if possible because of the free mounting deal ** had that would expire at the end of the month. The agent explained to me that the "higher **** had just responded to her request with a NO we're not giving you more that the 15%.They didn't have the decency to even call or even care

      ** sent me 2 parts on my range telling me they would send a tech to fix the issue on my range. Only to then try to say it wasnt covered under warranty. There is a HUGE lack of consistency in their customer service. Strangely enough they called on a Xmas morning to tell me this after having reported this issue well before and within my one year. Horrible experience, their product and service has completely deteriorated!

      **************** and wait times-no resolution for warranty items. Have a freezer that isnt working on my refrigerator and its just over a year old. Now weve lost everything in the freezer and cant get anyone to help us. This is the worst company ever.
