      On 12/28/2023 I purchased an ** Microwave oven from Home. I additionally paid to have the microwave installed. Around December 1st of 2024 The microwave's lighting began to fade, and within a week or two it stopped working. I called ** on 12/17/2024 (still within the one year warrantee period) and filed a repair request. As it was the end of the year and they could not get anyone out to see me before the holidays so it was agreed that they would come after. Around 1/11/2025 I called ** back to schedule the service to fix the light. I was told all was good and then received a call from the tech stating that he would come out to fix as soon as he got the part. A week later, I had heard nothing so I called the tech back. He told me that no **** part order had been ordered so he couldn't help me. I then called ** and fought with them a good bit as they tried to back out of warrantee responsibility. Eventually, they yielded and gave me the **** part number. I then called the tech who said he would come over and fix it. Upon arrival he determined that the microwave oven had to be full uninstalled from the kitchen cabinetry to replace the build. TO REPLACE THE LIGHT BULB!!! He then said, he was not allowed to uninstall the microwave and left. I now have a microwave with no light, and have to pay $200.00 to have the microwave oven removed from the cabinetry EVERY time the bulb fails out and needs to be replaced. In summary, ** engineering can't even s**** in a light bulb!!! The only remedy that would make me happy at this point is for ** to come remove their junk microwave at their cost and refund the money that I wasted on their junk product. The product is an engineering FAIL.

      Compressor was repaired and considering the circumstance the agent indicated there would be food spoilage that would be reimbursed. Check never arrived and multiple contacts have failed to result in reimbursement.

      I purchased a refrigerator from **, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. They attempted to deliver the fridge twice, but both times it arrived dented. After the second failed delivery, they informed me that they couldnt issue a third replacement and would process a refund instead. That was on January 4, 2025.Its now January 17, 2025, and ** has yet to process my refund. Their excuse? The delivery company they chose (***) hasnt returned the item to their warehouse. When I contacted ***, they said its LGs responsibility to pick up the item from their warehouse. Meanwhile, every time I call ** customer service, Im told my case is with their presidential liaison, but no updates have been provided. To make matters worse, there is never a supervisor available to speak with, regardless of the time of day.This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. In the meantime, I purchased a refrigerator from **********, which was delivered and installed seamlessly with zero issues. *** inability to issue a simple refund is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid ** at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

      Some of the worst customer support experience I've ever had. We bought a washer/dryer because we liked our ** stove and dishwasher. We decided to buy direct from ** and save a few bucks. Big mistake. If you're going to buy an ** product, make sure you buy from somewhere else so you don't have to deal with ** support for your delivery and installation.Full story:We ordered a washer/dryer from ****** with installation and parts included. On the day of the install, the delivery company shows up and asks us where the parts are. Of course, we don't have any parts because ** claims on their website they include parts in the installation. So the crew was unable to install our new appliance. So they left it in the box in our house, and we were told they would be back to install later that week. Then after calling **, ** said the installer was supposed to provide the parts, the installer RXO said ** was supposed to provide the parts. Then after back and forth ** claims they'll send me the parts. Almost 2 weeks go by, and after 8 phone calls we still never got the parts and never got it installed. They made it **** near impossible to get ahold of anyone who was able to help at all, and constantly tried to deflect ******** the end we had to return it. Losing hours of our life for nothing.Don't order direct from **. Just not worth it, even if the advertised price is cheaper, it's not worth it.

      ** does not honor their warranties. It has been over 5 weeks that my fridge has been broken. They offered a refund and then told me I was misinformed and took it back. They have given no time-frame of when or if it will be fixed. Never buy anything through **, especially a fridge.

      Without a doubt, the customer service is beyond terrible. We received damaged merchandise from ** upon delivery and were told we are not allowed to use the stove until a ***lacement arrives. The customer service *** asked if we had a grill to cook on. I would never order from ** again.

      We have purchased a ** washer dryer combo recently; it has a number of problems, some serious; the heat sensor does not function and does not switch off hence a fire hazard.LG Electronics has given us a run around for the past couple of months even though the product is still under warranty it has failed to address the issue. It is regrettable that we purchased their product. Buyers be aware.

      I bought a ** **** on 11-5-24 and it did not dry clothes it would take t three hrs to dry a small load. ********** graciously ***laced it. The new dryer does the same thing and the costumer service *** stated that I need to pay for a dryer vent specialist to fix the **** I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ** PRODUCT AGAIN!

      Ridiculous. I am begging to PAY/Schedule a repair technician to come out and repair a $4000.00 refrigerator and customer service is refusing. They want the customer to do the repair. This is an absolute JOKE.

      ** compressors have a 10 year warranty but you are lucky if they last a few years. We are just finding out that we are among thousands of customers with an ** fridge that goes out so soon. We called a repair company and they said they won't come fix it because it would just be us wasting our money because the ** compressor will go out again. He said, "I wouldn't take an ** fridge if you paid me." Customers need to know this BEFORE buying an ** fridge.
