      Bought a ****** dryer direct from ** website and paid for installation; $69.99. The dryer was delivered and we were promptly told someone would contact us within 24 hours for install. After 2,weeks of repeated calls to get an install and getting NO follow up or date, I decided to cancel the order. 10 days later Im still waiting for a refund. The dryer was picked up but no refund. This has been the worse experience EVER, **************** is useless. Theres no escalation policy. Manager never called me back. Still waiting for a refund. ** should not sell an installation if they cant deliver. Fraudulent practice hoping the customer will pay for private ********** NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM ** DIRECT!!

      Terrible. Bought a dryer 12/8/24 it stopped working on 01/22/25. Doesnt heat and wont dry clothes. I called customer service 3 times trying to get a technician set up. They keep saying I need to get a duct specialist to come clean my ducts thats why its not working. I sent pictures explaining that not only were they brand new and completely clear. They go literally from the Back of the dryer to the wall which is straight outside. And they refuse to admit that its the dryer or sensor issue and keep saying its my duct and wont do anything till I pay for professional to come clean the brand new exhaust hose that was installed when they installed the dryer. Terrible. Dont buy an **. Not worth the hassle.

      Absolute worst. Their refrigerator "pantry shelf" self destructed after less that 5 years. Customer support ran me around for an hour plus and then referred me to their one year warranty and hung up on me.

      I purchased the ** 27" UltraGear MiniLED 4K UHD Nano IPS 144Hz Gaming Monitor, expecting a high-quality product backed by solid customer support. Instead, I ended up with a defective monitor and one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.The monitor had color uniformity issues and light leaking from the frame, making it unusable for gaming or work. I reached out to ** support multiple times, spending over 10 hours on the phone and through email, only to receive robotic, unhelpful responses. When I finally managed to get an offer for a return, ** tried to charge me a 10% restocking feeon a defective product! At that point, it was clear ** had no intention of taking responsibility, so I filed a chargeback with my bank, which was ruled in my *********, instead of acknowledging their failures, ** has sent me threatening emails from their collections department, demanding payment for the product I already won the chargeback for. This level of aggression is absurd, especially coming from a company that refused to provide any real support when I needed it. Rather than investing in better customer service, ** seems more interested in intimidating customers into submission when their policies fail them.Its honestly shocking that a company of this size operates this way. If you buy an ** product and it turns out to be defective, be prepared for a nightmarebecause ** wont help you, but theyll sure come after you if you take matters into your own hands. Stay far away from buying directly from **.

      Dont buy ** products because if you need a replacement part they are 0 help.I needed a new filter screen for my dryer. Thats not what they sent me. I called ** customer service and told them . They told me they were sending me a replacement part and then gave me an order number that, when I checked tracking, is incorrect.

      I ordered a new dishwasher directly from **, thinking that this would not be a problem. Pricing was good and reviews of the dishwasher were good. The problems began because of the delivery and installation. The installers who were contracted did not seem to know what they were doing. They didn't install the dishwasher correctly, claiming that they couldn't raise it any higher, so there was a huge gap in between the top of the dishwasher and the counter. They told me that there was nothing that could be done and that it was because of our counters. When they left, it turned out that they had taken the bottom front cover plate with them. I have been trying to get someone to send it back for a month now with no luck, including asking ** to just ship me a replacement. After they left, I also took a closer look at the dishwasher and noticed that there was plenty of room on the adjustable legs to raise it more. I ended up requesting a refund on the installation and having to hire a local company to install it correctly. They did supply a refund on the installation fee.I have called both the installation company and ** customer service trying to get a replacement for the missing part with no luck. This included asking to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that the supervisor was "on leave." I wrote an email to the customer service asking for the part to be shipped to me, and they replied with "We are pleased to confirm that your installation refund has been processed and released dated 01/02/2025."This was obviously not the issue that I was writing about. Overall, this whole process has been a nightmare, and it has not been over a month without the replacement part. I will never buy directly from ** again.

      ******** garbage company with the worst customer care ever. I bought both a washer and dryer of theirs and within two weeks both have had issues and I am unable to wash or dry my clothes. I work 12 hour days 6 days a week and I have baby twins my wife is busy with all day. They havent done a **** thing to fix the washer or dryer and I have never been more disappointed and livid with a company in my life. Ive never left a bad review like this but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will be getting attorneys involved at this point and I will pursue legal action. If they wont uphold their warranty and actually get the **** things fixed or replaced then Ill be taking matters into my own hands. F*** **. I hope no one ever buys one of their products again.

      ** customer service is an absolute joke. Bought a new fridge on 12/10/24. Fridge did not cool from the beginning. Was gone from home about a week and called customer service about 12/20/24. They wanted me to reset the fridge - did not work. Not shocking. Was gone for another week. Contacted again on 12/31/24 for service, said it would be 5 days. CONTINUOUS calls to customer service and here we are 1/20/25. Can't speak fluent English and can't service what they sell... ** *****. Not shocked to see a 1 star rating.

      paid 8500 for a high end refrigerator. it broke 2 times in 3 years with one being the compressors and one being the temperature display. they had no issue fixing but given me the run around about paying for the food loss! this is a billion dollar company with really bad business practice and customer service. they claimed cause the repair was done in 48 hours they are not responsible. well food starts to spoil in 30min if its defrosted and above 40 degrees. it took them 2 days to send someone out! all the food spoiled! its time to hit them with a lawsuit. i wont ever buy anything ** again. nor will i recommend them to anyone. also calling my district attorney office to voice my opinion on this illegal practice. hopefully they can sue them after i am.

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ended up canceling my order after waiting for almost a month for delivery. Don't ever buy an ** product.
